I want to like this store but it’s kind of going down hill. The fruit and veggies are always looking old and gross. It gets so chaotic in the parking lot, we used to only go after 7pm because it was so busy but now even that time is crazy!

This is a really large Ingles with many food options, huge bakery/deli area, Starbucks inside with seating area, friendly and helpful staff, and clean restrooms.

The store is well stocked and Deli employees are excellent! Only reason not a 5 star! I was shopping here last week Sunday or Saturday and a short very skinny black male wearing tan tee shirt black jeans, sunglasses and black cap followed me and scanned my business debit card info with his cell phone in the produce section! He followed me several times in the produce section! I did not find out until that evening! They processed a payment thru Amazon Mexico but thank God my bank caught the transaction and declined this fraudulent transaction! My bank knows I never ever use my debit card anywhere! So be careful of your surroundings! Buy a RFID card to keep in your wallet and purse, matter fact buy a few to protect yourself from these useless Scammers! I will shop here again because everything was fresh and store is very clean!

I have a like hate feeling for this store! If you don’t like black people then don’t deal with the public go hide under a rock or something because no matter how much you may not like or hate us we are here!! I went to the store this morning to fulfill my daughters WIC, I like going to this store because they have all the items label for WIC as Walmart do not so it makes it easier! I’m in the checkout line, there was a white lady in front of me checking out and the manager comes over to help bag her groceries and then asks her if she needed help taking her things out , she told him she got it. And then walked away. When the cashier got to me he do not come back but yet proceeded to fumble with the register right next to us, did not greet me nor help bag my groceries. The cashier HUNTER, he was greeted me but when it came time for him to give me my receipt he laid it down instead of putting it into my hand which I had stretched out to receive! I had some price differences so it required him to give me 3 different receipts and each time he laid it on the counter thing and each time I had my hand out to get it!! Usually I say something but this time I was really distracted. If you don’t want to touch black people hands then you could have held the receipt in away that your hand would not have touch mine! Trust me I don’t won’t to touch yours either. I would go to Publix the more up scale store, at least they are not this bad, the white employees knows how to pretend and still make you comfortable even though they may not like you. They know that the customers are the ones making their paychecks no matter what color they are or who they are!! Ingles y’all need to take lessons from Publix!!!!

Lovely store at a prime spot. The selection is vast and the shelves are stocked. Bakery had good looking treats, the produce section had a good variety of fresh veggies and fruits. Customer service was friendly and it was easy to sign up for a club card. I will definitely stop by again when in the area.

I got no customer service from that store. I need major help finding items. I can't scan anything there. I can't scan anything from the Wing Bar or any other food from the other bars.

Cane for a prescription refill, I was told 35 minutes max waiting time, 1 hour and 15 minutes later, and it is still not ready. I understand that things take time, but making people wait longer than promised it is why I give a 1-star review because my time it is valuable as well.

Had a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE this Sunday morning with ABBY the manager in the bakery section. Thank you for your recommendation of products & willingness to assist. I hope this wonderful employee's attitude rubs off on the rest of the Ingles staff in Locust Grove!!!!!

Probably the biggest Grocery store in Henry County. Great selection of just about anything. Not a fan of the Bakery at all. The staff is friendly. The store is clean and well stocked.

I just love their ugly donuts 😂 that's what they're called!! You've got to try it delicious 🤤😋. Very friendly people, also very polite when stocking, will back away while you look or get your product. I was very impressed!! That was the meat guy that was stocking the chicken. Thank You so impressed!!!!

Everything you want is here but you'll pay dearly lol. Some employees need courtesy training especially in the hot food section. Meats are fresh but always check dates on prepackaged items.

Me and my husband shopped there on the 27th of November and we bought some lunch meat (just from the prepacked section). Today, December 3rd, I realized the expiration date was November 21st!! It was already almost a week passed the e.d. by the time we bought it…Other than that I love this store.

Please STOP putting ONE item in its own bag. If it’s meat i understand but i spend $20 on one makeup item and it was not in a bag with everything else and my assumption is it was left behind in its own bag as many of my $450 worth of groceries were.

The experience at this store has continued to decline over the last 6 months. The deli continues to underwhelm. I went in today for a sandwich and had to wait in line for 45 minutes with only one person in front of me. They were literally out of every thing. No bacon, cheese, lettuce, white bread. Just an overall horrible experience. I have called and talked to management and the service has only gotten worse. The Stockbridge store was such a better experience. This will be my last visit to the locust grove store.

My wife and I Always have a racist experience when we go here. I hate shopping here but the only alternative is Wal-Mart which never has enough lanes open or Publix way on the other side of town. Not all black people steal at SCO and not all pregnant women use WIC. You really need to educate your employees on racism and microaggressive cultures. Just because you hire sambos to do the work for you doesn't make it any less prejudice.

Very nice store. Easy to find what you're looking for. Big wide aisles and everything's labeled with big print. First time I ever went to the store was Wednesday and then I turn around and went back there again yesterday which was Thursday because I was so impressed with the store. They've got everything imaginable in there when it comes to groceries and they got a deli with hot food which I took advantage of. The sweet and sour pork was great with a side of fried rice. I'm 4 hours from home completing construction on a remodel/addition on a Gulf Station so it's nice to know that when I get finished for the day I can swing through there and get something to eat on the way to my motel room.

4 STARS, and it would be 5 if the entire store was efficient, helpful, responsive, and managed as well as the pharmacy. I give up, after 4 attempts/trips using the Ingles card. It worked well the first few times, but somehow I was dropped off the system. Signed up again, and again, tried using my telephone number a few times lol, and after today...I'll simply grocery elsewhere. Of course, I will return for the pharmacy.

Store is clean, including ladies room. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Shelves are well stocked. Really like meat department. Produce is fresh. If they happen to be out of a " sale item " it's easy to get a rain check. A all around great shopping experience and convenientlocation.

I ordered one of their sandwich and bow tie salad platter for a birthday party I was giving. The salad and sandwiches were perfect. Both were extremely Delicious and fresh. All my gust were complimenting on how great tasting both were.But I have to give a real thumbs up to the bakery dept. I ordered the birthday at Ingles too. It was beautifully decorated. It was so fresh and delicious. One of the best cakes I have ever tasted.I just moved here and have been going to another local grocery store. When I walked in and saw how clean Ingles was and the variety and assortment of food, I decided I will be doing my shopping here from now on.

Tried to pick up 6 items at 10:30 am and went through the self checkout. 2 cashier standing there and was told I had to back to the deli and ask them to put on a price on the sandwich that they forgot to put on! No offer to help! So much for a quick experience! NO thanks for your help!Starbucks was very polite, efficient and helpful!

Has recently been remodeled. Starbucks addition was awesome, food court options I have yet to try as their prices seem a bit high but I'll try them eventually and decide if it's worth it. As a grocery store they're hit or miss on prices compared to some of competition but always have great staff and a regular visit for me and my wife depending on if they've got decent deals for that week. The free small bags of popcorn are a wonderful treat for anyone with small children.

I like to shop here. Prices are always manageable for our budget. I never go over. And always get enough. 3 out of 4 times I’ll end up with some really great deals on the meat I purchase. I pretty much only buy our meats here. Best meat for the price.However.... I HATE going to the deli. Its very unusual to have a pleasant worker back there. And if you do find one who smiles, they usually screw up the order. By going way over or under the weight requested, or crumbling up the American cheese by folding it in 3 parts with the plastic in between. (Think trifold poster board 😩). I have been ignored, eyes rolled at , when asked for a second order. And even had experienced a worker throwing pans all over the place by the sink, making a huge ruckus. Just awful.

Nice place to go for groceries. Salad bar prices are high. Deli and other dining options in store seem to always close early, tonight more than fifteen minutes early!!! Starbucks in store isn't much better about that. I've had much better Ingles shopping experiences.
