Clinton is amazing. Dropping off and picking up equipment, he is respectful, personable, and friendly. He is also reassuring. I wasn't sure about available space, and he deftly maneuvered everything, leaving no scratches and a peaceful aura behind.

I am 65 and disabled and we spent $3500 on a lift bed that had defective safety rails. Could not return because we used it, (for 6 days) which we understood why, but could not use it again after the 1st week. After a year of trying to get a resolution like a repair we finally filed suit this month. Then the rails show up. (Abracadabra). The bed sat in living room like a huge albatross and still sits there because we could not sell it either to recoup loss. Store manager possesses no testicles, because he has never stepped in, instead throws it off to some young kid. Who kept up the lip service. Will see what the judge has to say... Stay Tuned.. You Tube video next. I have almost 20,000 followersIn. response to your reply:That is not true. We never requested a tech to come out. Just wanted the rails. The bed rails were to be ordered. Since they were unrepairable. We have all phone recordings and documentation of calls. We did not want the technician in the house. We just wanted new rails so we could sell the bed. We were told for over a year they were in order and then we were told we could have the floor display rails. Never happened. The technician that shows up had no rails with him. just wanted to come in and talk music with me since he is a musician as am I. I was not interested. The rails we received now but now have to try to sell this bed while it sits in our living room. There was never any concern from any one that we had a an unsafe bed. You never referred us to a manufacturer. We attempted to find them but never could.I would like to also note that this was the fastest response we ever got from anyone there.

I agree with all those who have given a 1 star rating to this business. I walked into this pharmacy a few days ago with two prescriptions, one for a wheelchair and another one for a walker. I had already spoken to my mom's insurance and was told both items were covered. The lady by the desk had a very UNWELCOME attitude, she didn't even make eye contact with me and told me that my mom had obtained a wheelchair two years ago and that the insurance wouldn't pay for another one till 5 years had passed; in addition, she said that because my mom had a wheelchair, the insurance wouldn't pay for a walker because they don't pay for both. She told me she would start the paperwork to file for the walker but that I would have to sign an agreement so if insurance didn't pay, I or my mom would be responsible. All this without even making an effort to call the insurance company to double check. It's been several days and I still haven't heard from her. At this point, I will go get back those prescriptions and go some place else. I don't have time to deal with a business that doesn't treat clients with respect and compassion and on top, lazy.

I am so happy I made the switch from the big retail pharmacy to Wyatt’s. They make you feel like family with the level of care given. Any new Rx the doctor calls to explain and answer any questions and they call to let you know when meds are ready which is always quick.

The team at Wyatt's Medical Equipment provided amazing service for our home hospice needs. Everything we needed for the home health care was delivered and set up by professional people. Equipment use was explained and demonstrated. During our rental a repair was needed and taken care of that day. Nate was the repair professional and also picked up the equipment when we were finished. He was friendly and provided quick service. I believe I spoke to Larry in the warehouse when service was needed and he took ownership of issue and dispatched Nate for repair.Thank You Wyatt's for help making a difficult time in our lives a little easier to get through.

Horrible, trash outfit. Don't even consider going here. Unprofessional and just self interested in milking you and your insurance. They have zero customer service skills, zero care for the patient, and should be avoided like the plague!

They seem like nice folks IF you can ever get anyone to return a phone call or follow through with a scheduled delivery or pickup. I have been trying unsuccessfully to have a bed and side table picked up for almost 2 months!! I have left messages in the warehouse never a response. I’ve called and spoken to an actual person who set a pick up date for 11/22…I stayed home all day waiting, nobody showed up, called the next day and left another message, no return call. I couldn’t use my guest bedroom for Thanksgiving because the bed and side table take up half of the space. Not only is this inconvenient, it is a daily reminder every time I see it of what and whom I have lost.

Purchased a wheelchair from Wyatt’s on June 23, 2023. Provided insurance information and a prescription. I was told they don’t file insurance, I’d have to file it myself. I did that and was denied by Medicare saying the claim needed to come from the provider. I called Wyatt’s and asked them to file the claim so I could be reimbursed. Now I was told they do file claims, but they can’t ‘back bill’ and since it has been 5 months it would be illegal for them to file it now. So I’m out $1600 because a Wyatt’s employee was too busy goofing off with other employees instead of working with me and filing the claim. I was even told today they don’t have my insurance information. I provided it, which to me is proof their employee didn’t do their job that day.Update: In response to the owner’s reply: I did call today. I was told you didn’t have my information. I remember clearly sitting at a desk just outside the office and giving the lady my insurance cards and prescription. It is not my fault she failed to enter it correctly. I gave it to the same woman that said you didn’t file Medicare. Her mistake is costing me $1600!

UPDATE: I went to the store the day after writing the review below and 2 of the workers apologized. I appreciated the apology and rented from them again. I still get bills in the mail for rentals I’ve already paid for though and I always have to call to have it resolved.___________________________________________My mother has Multiple Sclerosis and often travels to Georgia to visit family. She uses a motorized scooter to get around, and so we rent her a scooter when she is in Georgia. I’ve rented from Wyatt’s before. I didn’t have many complaints besides the fact that they kept sending paper bills to my home for a bill that had been previously paid and settled in person. This forced me to have to drive 40 minutes back to Wyatt’s just so Angie could click a button on the computer.Another time, I called about 2 weeks in advance of needing the scooter rental. They told me I had to call back closer to my rental date. Fine. I called back 2 days before and Angie picks up the phone. It was only 1:00pm, but I could tell she was already annoyed and did not want to talk. She probably hadn’t had her cigarette, but she didn’t need to take that out on customers. Somehow I managed to sift through all her huffing and puffing, and she transferred me to Larry.Larry is a nice guy, but I don’t know what happened this time. I told him my needs and desired duration for the rental, and he said no problem. He gave me the weekly rate of $125 for a 3-wheeled motorized scooter, took my information down, and said he was reserving the scooter for me to pick up 2 days later. I asked him what time I needed to pick it up by and he told me by 7:30pm because that’s when they close (regular business hours). I said okay and we hung up.On the start day of my rental, I show up at 6:08pm. I walk in and no one is at the equipment rental desk, so I was greeted by someone at the pharmacy. The pharmacy associate takes my name and checks around for my paperwork. And what does he find? NO PAPERWORK! Nothing that even mentions me or gives a hint to a scooter rental starting on that day. He even said that Larry left very early that day! So, of course, the pharmacy associate can’t access their system or provide me the rental i reserved, and anything my mother wanted to do with her family was canceled because she couldn’t get around.Honestly, I’ll more than likely spend the extra $50 to rent from Mobility Georgia from now on. I’m so upset that this happened and I hope that it doesn’t happen to anyone else’s disabled family member/friend!

Clinton has been very helpful and courteous every step of the way from getting us a hospital bed to servicing it and eventually hauling it away. Each visit was quick and easy and he answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!

This is hands down the best pharmacy in Douglas County. I've lived here for over 15 years and have been to CVS, Kroger, Walgreens, & Publixand none of them have service that comes remotely close to the customer service Wyatts provides. Need a prescription transferred- they have it done the same day (CVS took a week and when I called back, they hadn't even started the prices). Need a refill- done the same day. Doctor calls in a new medicine- they have it ready before you even get home from the doctor's office. They will call you and explain the new medication to you before you even have a chance to ask. If by any chance they don't have your medicine, they will order it and keep you updated on how long it takes. However, 99% of the time they will have your medications. The people are always friendly and you know they actually like their jobs. I wish we could come the workers three for other organizationsIf I had to add anything, it would be an EMDR or text refill system, so you don't have to call

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I had to leave for a little while. But I’m back thank god. I was at a national chain and it took them 6 hours to fill one prescription. Thank you Wyatt pharmacy!!!!

The absolute most professional efficient pharmacy experience I’ve ever used. I was having a total knee replacement surgery, with emotions all over the place. But an angel named ANGIE answered the phone! Just as nice, personable and she uplifted my spirits up so like a family member would. Her encouraging words motivated me to have the surgery the next morning with decreased emotions of fear from that one call. All items needed were delivered with no problem. I needed her that day more than she knew. That left such an impressive memory of her that I couldn’t wait to call again after my discharge to let her know I did it, and I was ok! I’ve used this business for certain times for over 5 years. The staff on the floor has declined in the area of customer service. They used to greet me at the door while holding it for me to enter and couldn’t wait to accommodate my needs. My visit today was a huge disappointment compared to my past visits. You can be understaffed and still be welcoming. I came there ready to spend $ and I decided to get my items online myself. That Mom and Pop feel is priceless! That’s why I drove 30 minutes out of the way to shop here.

I worked with Wyatt's to choose an insurance covered breast pump and the recommendation they made was for a Zomee. I should have done my research a little better because the Zomee pump is not an efficient pump whatsoever. I was hardly able to pump milk with it and then it broke. After working with Zomee to receive a replacement, it also broke. At that point I contacted Wyatt's to let them know how disappointed I was with their recommendation and I received no assistance or offer to send me a pump of a different brand.After speaking with two different lactation consultants I purchased a Spectra, which is close to hospital grade. Perhaps Wyatt's received a kick back from Zomee for selling such a poor functioning pump, but I would not go with their recommendation at all. They collected money from my insurance company and left me out to dry...literally.

They will lie to you and claim they told you things they didn’t. They will fill extra items you didn’t ask for because they are “free” then charge your insurance. If they say something will be ready on a particular day, it won’t unless you call back again. Will be ready in 30-45 mins means over an hour, if you’re lucky. They are very fake and I can’t trust them with my care any longer.

My mother in law paid for her equipment last year and requested a receipt which she never received. Now Wyatt’s is trying to bill her again for the same equipment she already paid for. She has left messages repeatedly and no one has returned her call. No one ever answers the phone. I would not recommend this company.

Got my breast pump through Wyatt- their staff were remarkably kind and helpful in walking me through the insurance process. Their online submission form is also super easy and within a day I had the pump at my front door. Thanks for making this sleep deprived mommy’s life easier!

100% recommend Wyatt’s to anyone needing a breast pump! Got a call the same day I left my obgyn and received one free through my insurance two days later! They also recommended getting a maternity belt which I got free of cost as well. No shipping fee. I’m one happy momma. Thanks, guys :)
