This Walmart is SO annoying, especially for pick-up orders. They marked my order as picked up over 30 min ago. Yet, I’ve been sitting here for nearly 55 min… No one is answering the pickup number or the main store operator number. It’s actually quite ridiculous. After about 20 min, two associates started bringing out orders… were they both on break? We’re all just sitting here… AND to add to all of this, two cars that pulled up AFTER a couple of us received their items and we’re still waiting… There is no order to this, just madness.Update… a THIRD car was about to receive groceries and I asked the associate why my order was marked as complete at 7:33pm and it’s 8:03pm?! They’ve marked it complete ahead of it actually being done before… so this is what they do. He was kind enough to speak with me and ask me my time, then attempted to scroll through his device to check. They don’t need to mark customers’ orders as complete when they arrive. Parking doesn’t mean I’ve received anything… now your orders are all over the place. This is foolish.

Had to deliver a load there in the morning. Parked and went in to buy some groceries. When I return to my truck, a security guard was waiting to tell me I couldn't park there overnight. It made no difference that I was delivering there. They didn't care that I used up all my drive time getting there. Walmart really has gone downhill...

At this particular Walmart I guess they come to work when they get ready the money center it's supposed to open at 8:00 a.m.I'm there a little after 9:30 and it's closed and the ladies there acted like it really wasn't a problem.They said over in customer service small talking like it's a normal thing for them to open the department an hour and a half late..Whoever is supervising that front end of the store should be doing a better job about making sure they're at the station doing the business hours..Updating my review. I come here a couple of months later and it's the same thing that not at the money Services center when it's time to work. Very poor management. It's supposed to open at 8:00 amBut they open whenever they get ready.I assume that the managers don't see these reviews or they don't care..

They had 5 -6 cashiers!!!!🙂🙃😄. When there are cashiers, it will be 5 stars. After I shop and have to check myself out by scanning all of the products, 0. I like customer service interactions. Thanks for having Valued Employees 👍👍👏👏

Very courteous and professional and I only have a problem with how the Deli workers pack the cold cuts they can take the time to be more professional and not just throw the cold cuts on the wrapping paper and toss it in the bag, because when you get home you have to fight to pull the cheese and meat apart and it always rips into pieces Not Good other than that a nice place to shop

Haven’t been to this Walmart in a while. But, I must say this Walmart was so clean and neat. Jackie and Olivia at the money service were AWESOME. The most amazing and friendly ladies 🤗🤗❤️. I would travel the distance just to go there!!!

Overall this Walmart location is alright. Some areas should be cleaner. The customer service at this location is bad. The prices at Walmart is always good. I recommend that this Walmart customer service gets better and ensure that the Walmart store is cleaner. I saw a Walmart associate actually having a spoon of peanut butter hanging out her mouth. This was so unnecessary and nasty.

I was helped in the store by Team Lead Michael. He so patient and kind and very helpful. He suggested items to purchased for a gift for my mom and showed me where they were. She loved it. So if you need help in the store- look for Team Lead Michael. He needs a raise!!!!!!!

Apparently the best time to shop this Walmart is Saturday a little before noon.Even though the temp outside was 18F everything inside was TOASTY warm, stocked or being stocked and everyone was pleasant and helpful.I walked in to replace a $60 blender but left with a $50 model with more Watts and a quiet feature the old one didn't have!I feel like I won the Walmart lottery!Just remember Saturday before noon! 😆

Jackie the customer service agent was super nice, professional, answered all of my questions and was informative. She also had a great personality. The greeter also had a super sweet personality, she was professional and really informative when I asked for directions in the store. I'm mostly an online shopper but it's nice to know that good people are also in the stores. The Thornton Rd store in Lithia Springs GA rock's 👍

Cashiers up front were kind. However, I felt like I was being racially profiled by everyone else there because I'm married to a black man, who was with me. Being stared at and even followed by the on-site officer was uncomfortable to say the least.

When it comes to walmart, we usually know what to expect... poor customer service if non existent at times but in GA... walmart bring poor customer service to a while level! It is not fir me to tell you why as it is beyond the scope of this review but... it is a fact. Add ti that the lack of cleanless in stores and you have the complete picture.

Staff needs some better training on not touching people's children because they were "smiling at them and then stopped" this was completely unacceptable but it was so forward we were at a loss for words at the time. outside of this we love the store

I get Walmart on Thornton Road one star only because customer service sucks As long as Walmart is open, I thought it was OK to purchase or to make purchases. I was told that I could not purchase anything from electronics until six or 7 AM only because everyone in the store tonight claim to not have a key to anything in electronics how is that possible to not have a key if you have managers on duty they have keys. It’s one thing to lie and another to just be lazy. This is the only Walmart in this area that always have some type of problem and I’m going to make sure corporate knows how you all refuse to make sales for this location. Always remember every penny counts and 1 happy customer leads to another.

Ghetto as hell. The people are rude, ignorant and entitled. That includes the workers and customers. Someone walks in your way and they look at you as the problem and expect you to move. They never have anything at this location and the lines are always packed! I only come here cuz I'm in the area but if you have a car you're better off going to Lithia Springs!

Return A TV For A Refund, They Refuse Refund Because Serial Number of TV Didn't Match the Box. And Then Tried To Say The TV Wasn't Returned To Store But The TV Was Delivered To Me. Make It Make Sense. Someone Told Me Walmart Is The WORSE When It Comes To Electronics. I Will Never Purchase Anything Electronically Again. Therefore I Having To Go Through My Bank To Dispute The Charge On My Card. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK!!!!

The employees have horrible customer service. A lot of them don’t know where stuff is because it’s “not their department” and they don’t greet you whatsoever. They need to hire a 3rd party company to go through their parking lot, bring baskets back inside (the ones that actually roll) and sanitize them because they just leave them scattered through out the lot. A lot of time blocking the aisle and some spots..

The Auto Department is the WORST! Awful communication. There was an attendant Ms. Chris (Older Female), very rude. Horrible Customer Service, her entire disposition was NASTY. I am reporting her to the highest level of management I can find. This has been the worst experience ever.

This was the worst Walmart that I've ever been to. The employees pretend to not speak English & NO KEYS TO THE DRESSING ROOM. At least 20 employees walking around with nothing to do , but avoid helping customers.

This is the worst Walmart. The managers are terrible, the employees are rude. You can have a receipt for returns and they not accept it. Other Walmarts price match this Walmart I can ring something up and it rang up as two different prices but the managers will say we’ll instead of honoring the original price they turn u away and tell you they can’t sell it what the F!! It's my first time here and I like how the setting is. It was hard a little to navigate through the isles but in the end, I got everything I wanted to buy. They have different parking space for pickups.

They remodeled the store and put in more self checkouts that don't even be open for use. Plus they don't have tap to pay. Prices have gone up tremendously since the remodel also.

My thing with this place is customer service is terrible most of the time and the pick up needs to get more organized. You’ll go to pick up and they won’t answer to bring your items out like that’s crazy
