I purchased a Stanley tumbler on a black Friday sale. After a few days they canceled the order because they no longer had it in stock. A week or so later they called and said it was back in stock and they would hold me one. When I got there they would not honor the sale even with my email proving the price. Very rude sales person. I'll never do business with this kind of people again. They acted as if they could not have cared less about business.

Wonderful selection of outdoor power equipment. I always take my equipment to this location for the mechanic to work on. He does a great job and is always honest and upfront with me. I’d rather drive the extra 15 miles to come here.

I took my Stihl BR 350 leaf blower in for what I thought would be a warranty repair and was told it would be a three to four day repair. The next day I was reading online that it was probably the spark arrestor needed cleaning. So I decided to go pick it up and make the repair myself and when I got there I was told by the owner it was indeed the spark arrestor and it was not covered by warranty and I owed 55.00 for the repair. I asked why was it repaired without contacting me with the cost first and I was told that it’s not their policy. So I had to pay 55.00 for a fifteen minute repair that I was not given the option to approve.

Store had a lot. But it was so cluttered, Outside/Inside was loaded with inventory. It's an older building, and parking is odd as well. They had what I needed though.

They've been around for as long as I can remember...Good service...They always have everything I need...If you can't find it elsewhere, chances are good that you can get it here...Shelves are always stocked. They are my go-to for keys...They also can make & program chipped keys for your vehicles...

Zack at the back of the store who takes in and fixes pressure washers and so on, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will bring all of my tools to y'all from now on out to fix. Thanks for a pleasurable experience. Which is very rare these days! Thanks Zack. 👍👊💯

I was in search of a valve for my bath tub and was having a hard time finding the part. After 2 days and 8 plumbing supply shops I saw the Ace hardware store in route to supply store 9. The gentleman inside looked at my part and said all I needed was a new rubber washer. I was blown away. I went home replaced the washers and the problem was solved. I am not a hater, I never look in anyone's pockets. Plumbers are nessersary members of our society, however I was on my way to a new tub if not for the knowledge of the Lithia Springs Ace hardware plumbing pro. Please see these people before you spend money none of us have anymore. For real!!!

Took my Bad Boy Lawn mower to get it worked on because the Bod Boy Manufacturer told me where to take it. They told me it would take them about a week to repair it and as of today they have had it 3 weeks and 3 days and still haven't got it repaired. It only had 159 hrs on it so. Still just like new except would not run. DON'T BUY A BAD BOY LAWN MOWER, NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO REPAIR THEM!!!!! I HAVE $5500.00 INVESTED AND IT WILL NOT RUN AND I CANT SEEM TO GET ANYTHING DONE ABOUT IT!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Outstanding. I needed a key fob for my wife's 2011 nissan juke. The were out of stock on it, but they were willing to program one I bought on Amazon for much less than anyone else. I take my mower to Ace and leave it with them a week later they call me back say it’s ready. I’ll go up there and the guy tells me how hard he had worked on it. I feel so bad even after being out my mower for a week and I’m a landscaper I tipped him to. Well, the mower didn’t start. I was up to that Ace Hardware four times in one day trying to get the original problem fixed at the end of the day still not fixed and the mechanic suggestion will maybe you should’ve ordered wire I’m irate

Love this place. They are always quick to help you and always have what you need. They also analyze your swimming pool water and can sell you what you need to make it right. Their paint dept is awesome compared to home depot or lowes.EDIT: This place has gone downhill so much in the last year. They moved the shop that was nextdoor, into the hardware building. The people that work here all seem to be young kids who don't really know anything about hardware or where things are located. And since most workers don't wear ace clothing, you can't tell who works there! Everyone looks like a customer.They don't test pool water anymore. For months I'd call and they'd tell me "the computer is down can't test pool water". Evidently, it wasn't profitable enough so they stopped doing it?Recently, I went to have an older unopened gallon of THEIR paint shaken and instead, the guy tried to sell me a new gallon. When I finally pushed him on shaking my paint, he said he couldn't do it because the can had a tiny (1 inch wide) dent it in and "it might explode" in the shaker. I left and went to home depot where they shook it without question. Because of this, I bought all my painting supplies I needed at home depot right then.It seems that nearly every time I go to ACE, I end up not finding what I need and having to go to Home Depot where they ALWAYS have everything. It's gotten to the point that I just go to home depot now and not even to ACE.Whoever owns those poor koi fish outside, needs to clean that pond. it is disgusting. I have a koi pond and would be embarrassed to have anyone see it if it looked like that.

This location by far is the worse representation of ACE hardware. The prices are higher than any other location. The owner made a promise to fix my deck on my mower charged me over 600 and they didn't even weld the scalping tires on it. Then my commercial mower they charged me for new belts a new carburetor and even a new spark plug. When I come and pick my mower up it breaks down on my first property. I then bring it back to Ace they hold it another 3 weeks then tell me I need a new transmission on the mower. The managers, mechanic and owners all are pretty shady and I will never go back to that location. And unless you want to get ripped off I would recommend you STAY AWAY and btw I only put a star up there because it is a requirement not because it was deserved

Wonderful group of people in this store!!I prefer to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this store vs the Douglasville location.They always have everything I need and always eager to help me if needed.They fixed my grandfather's lawnmower so quickly! I was very surprised with the quick turn around on the service!I would give 10 stars it I could. 🙂🙂

They refilled my propane tank for my grill and when I brought it home, my tank leaked propane the whole time. Came back for a refund and was told that they can't do anything. Ridiculous, now I'm out $20 and was told I can swap it out at a gas station but still would need to pay for a new one. Horrible customer service.

My U-Haul drop off location & amongst the two employees working I got taken care of pretty quickly. I like the efficiency of the return process.There was another employee who was off the clock, yet happily guided me with some last minute purchases...cleaning products & more face masks. The home & garden section is huge with various displays on the patio before you walk into the store. The store has a little bit of everything situated in a clean fashion & easy on the pockets.There's a family like environment in the air providing good customer service...Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man/woman.

If I could I would give it zero stars. We in and was going to buy a lot of things that I needed. Found a bird feeder that I really liked. There was 10 in the slot for$5.99 when I got to the cash register it was $14.99 I took store manager over to look at them and he told me that they are 14.99 and he didn't care what the sign said. The cashier and store manager were very rude and will try to cheat you out of your hard earn money. Becarefull if you shop at this Ace hardware.

I personally have worked here and the manager after 3 weeks of working me did not even print out my W-2 form so I could fill it out. He also said he was only going to pay me for one week after working a month there. I don't know if it's just me but I'm pretty sure that's against the law to work somebody without them filling out their w-2s and I'm pretty sure it's against the law to only pay somebody for a week after you've worked there almost a whole month
