The Dollar General besides Cliatt Crossing has a lot of good items but one of the female managers is very rude. You use to be greeted when u walked in and now they do not speak. There will be boxes and stuff in the aisles making it a fall hazard and the shelves will not be stocked. The old manager was wonderful. She was kind and very friendly.

The aisles are cluttered and my mother almost fell. The shelves are not stocked properly. The do Not greet you anymore when you walk inside. One manager is prejudice and very rude. It was wonderful in the beginning when Ms Ann was manager. She was friendly and kept it clean. This store is located by Cliatt Crossing on Augusta Hwy.

EVERY time I go to this store (once a week on average) the cashier is ALWAYS on the phone. Once it seemed like a call to corporate to help fix something wrong with the system... But the rest are personal calls. On the store phone none the less! They never speak or greet me or even tell me what my total is. The only reason I still go is purely out of convenience. The workers should be ashamed of themselves.

Staff in the evening is wonderful but it's very upsetting that they have only one person who is Caucasian working there. It was cleaner, friendlier and more diverse when Ms Ann was the manager. They have since let go or the employees who quit that were Caucasian have been 6 and replaced by the new managers friends. They do not greet u anymore. Not as friendly . Stuff all over aisles mom tripped and almost fell. The day manager is the most rude of all she doesn't greet u at the door nor is she friendly towards others races. The store has clutter all in the isles. The store is slowly going down hill. I'm contacting a head manager to file a complaint.

When you stocks shelves ur suppose to pick up after your self, NOT leave boxes laying all over the floor so customer's have to walk around the store just to get to the other side of the isle!This store has MAYBE 2 employees That I've seen that are nice to the customer's that's a shame.. I used to be an asst mngr up in IL, my employees never acted so rude!!

Went into store about 830 pm while passing through Lincolnton. Restroom was clean. That was about all that was. It was hard to get down some aisles because of the roll containers still on the floor and workers putting up stock. Staff working at that time were not friendly.

Dollar General will have EVERYTHING you need!!! They've found a niche by strategically placing these stores in the middle of nowhere and having everything you need. Milk. Eggs. Bacon. Clothes. Toys. Small appliances like coffee makers and skillets. They even had fuel line cleaner for my husband's boat. It won't disappoint 👍

I bought a product that had a sign that was on sale, and when I got to the register, the manager said it would come off at the end. It did not. I showed her that it didn't, and then she said I needed an app and that it was to late to get the discount. All this did was make me mad. If it's on sale, let it be on sale. Why do you need an app !

Being the closest store to us, I checked to see if they had baking powder as I didn't want to drive 30 minutes to a Walmart... Not only did they not have it, literally half of the food aisle was out of stock and everything on the shelves was in disarray.
