If could leave zero stars, I definitely would!! I went into this establishment to purchase a few things, and the item I wanted was marked on sale. The sign was never taking down from a sale that ended 3 days ago, apparently! I asked the manager, Nakita, if she would honor the posted sale price. She never answered me and proceeded to rip the sign down and walk away. When at the register, I asked to speak with her further. She never came to the front desk to assist me. She ignored the staff asking for her to address me! This is very unprofessional and unexceptable!! With that being said, I left every item i intended to purchase at the register, and took my business elsewhere. This store needs new management, manager specifically, and further training of their staff!

It was clean and uncluttered. That's unusual for a Dollar general. The cashier smiled and greeted me when I came in. If I hadn't been so pleased with the appearance of the store I would have marked it down because she was on the phone the entire time I was checking out.

I love this store because it has great affordable prices and products. They have a great 2 pack tweezer set that I swear by for myself and friends and family. Very nice old fashion towels that dry items and not push around water.

The staff is rude, poorly trained, incapable of greeting customers, and they’re either on their break or standing at the register with earbuds in listening to music too busy to greet customers. You can forget a smile or any type of salutation upon entering or leaving this establishment. Not to mention the store is always cluttered and dirty!

This place is well kept with awesome customer service. I caught a flat in the parking lot. The manager did EVERYTHING to help me and I am truly grateful for this awesome man. Thank you Aaron, me and my kids are truly grateful for you going the extra mile.

They were really busy. I found everything I needed very quick mainly because there was no freight in the isles and shelves were organized and neat. When the store looks as it did last night it makes my visit an enjoyable one and I spend more money than I went there to spend. Dollar General is my "therepy" go to store. 😉

I went to Dollar General this evening, a girl who was outside, which happens to be a manager was talking (very loudly) to someone in a car. Not only was she loud but she was also using very vulger language in the presence of other customers who had children. Being a manager myself, I find that very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. I have also been in the store several other times before and the same girl is ALWAYS on her cell phone and doesn't speak to the customes. She either needs A LOT more management training or needs to be replaced.

Great store. Staff goes out of their way to help you. I came visited on crutches and Staff met me at door , for my groceries for me and put them in my car. They are caring people !

The gentleman working was stocking, helping customers & cashiering. The young girl talked on the phone the entire time I was there & I spent over an hour in the store. I had so many items and several people were behind me but she only stopped for one customer to ring his items out. I shop in this Dollar General frequently and have rarely spent under $100.00 per visit. Waiting in line is ridiculous!

Good place to shop but like all General Dollar stores in the area, you have to watch out for merchandise dollies taking over most aisles of the store--they are everywhere!!

The one in the town of Lincolnton, needs to be cleaned and kept clean...To much freight out and stuff in the aisles...This is the store right before you get Into city limits..
