I would not recommend Bishop for area rug cleaning. I recently purchased an antique rug from an estate sale and wanted it cleaned before placing in my home. I chose Bishop for cleaning the rug since they are a locally owned business. After waiting several weeks for the rug to be cleaned, I picked up the rug last week. Upon arriving home and unloading my rug, I noticed dirt coming out of it and a strong perfume smell. I immediately called Bishop and Debbie assured me someone(the rug inspector) would be calling me back. I have not received a call back. After two days of airing the rug outside, the nauseating fragrance spray smell was tolerable. I vacuumed the rug(front and back) numerous times during this two day period, and filled an Oreck upright vacuum cleaner bag half full with dirt. Rather than clean my rug(after having it for nearly a month), the staff merely sprayed it with a fragrance spray that smells like an inexpensive cleaning product. Needless to say, I did not receive the service from Bishop that I paid for. I am beyond disappointed and will take my business back to Pars in Savannah.

I am blown away by the transformation of my kitchen floors! I hated the ceramic tile because the grout was so dirty. Calling Bishop was a last ditch effort to get the grout back to new and they did not disappoint! The technician was professional, courteous and really took his time to get my floors looking brand new. Since the cleaning, friends have asked if I had the floors replaced. My answer is NO! I simply called Bishop and they got the job done! The price was reasonable, too! I highly recommend Bishop Cleaners for all your floor needs.Service: Flooring

The employee Lawrence arrived on scheduled time for appointment. He was very professional and introduced himself and explained about what He would be doing and how.He did an excellent job.on cleaning our carpet in our home.I was extremely happy with the great job he did. I told my husband that the carpet looked brand new, like we had just bought it!. We highly recommend Bishop Clean Care in Lee Co to everyone. The pipes burst in my apartment and I was definitely distraught. My landlord called in Bishop Clean Care to extract the water then to come in and clean my apartment after the plumbers fixed everything. Let me just say that Zac was super professional, responded quickly when I had questions and did an awesome job from start to finish. He was very personable and really did everything he could to ensure everything was in tip top shape. He even put my rug back down after he did a great job cleaning it! He went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciate his great work ethic and customer service because you rarely find either so getting both was great! Had a great experience with BCC this week. The tech arrived on time like I was told. I showed him what areas needed his attention (carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning); he went right to work. The carpet was installed in 1989, & it looks amazing. I was so surprised that he could remove old coffee stains & a grease stain. Sofa looks great as well. Will definitely use them again soon for tile & grout cleaning & duct cleaning. Lakeshia, the receptionist, was also wonderful. She was good to schedule service at my convenience & she gave a quote before the service. I really appreciated getting quote, appointment confirmation, & especially a picture of the technician (great security measure for customer). Thanks Bishop. The technician was on time and went straight to work. He did not waist any time with chit chat but was pleasant when you asked questions. I was sent a bill on line and never had to give money to technician. My carpet look really good when it dried! Cleaned up dog hair! Bishop Clean Care goes above and beyond to take care of their customers! We have been unfortunate enough to experience several upstairs plumbing leaks, but Bishop has been there for us every time! Had smoke damage at my church from a neighboring business that burned. Bishop responded immediately and fixed our smoke problem. Communication and professionalism were both excellent. Final invoice was quite a bit better than competitor’s quote. We use Bishop at my work and at my church because they are professional and thorough. I would recommend Bishop to anyone.
