Taking a wrong turn while hungry & tired rarely ends well. A stop at Cowboy's Firepit Grill & Bar was a welcomed exception. What a great place with delicious food, including a fresh salad bar, a separate full bar, large portions, reasonable prices, and the friendliest wait staff ever. The restaurant & restrooms were exceptionally clean and spotless. Hoping to visit again real soon. Our family went to Cowboy's to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything was great. The food was delicious. The servers were amazing. My husband loved his steak. My husband likes his steak very rare. He said it was cooked perfectly. Our server gathered some employees to come sing Happy Birthday to my husband. He enjoyed his birthday brownie very much. They have amazing food, great service, a delicious salad bar, great lunch specials, and a great birthday experience. We highly recommend this place for the food, service, and their decor. Enjoy the cowboy decor while you're there.Parking: They have a large parking area.

This was a great stop for us, after a day of driving south. The bartender Perla, is quite a gem! Between her multitasking as the bartender and service with tables too,, she is excellent! She was very personable, super friendly, accommodating, and just an all around delight! We are really happy we chose to sit at the bar and stay to enjoy our delicious meal there also. Thanks for a wonderful evening and the smoked turkey sandwich recommendation. We will stop back again when traveling this way!

Used to be better, Haley was a great server but hard to hear our orders due to the volume of the music.Ordered the “Cowboy”. Labeled as a ribeye, closer to a petite ribeye, thin cut and overly seasoned with what had a hint of A1 and meat tenderizer.Portions were good, but the lighting made it hard to read the menu.This is the only place in Lake Park for Bbq or a steak, hopefully this will change.

This place was really cute, and the food was great, BUT it is Saturday night, we got there at around 6:45, there was one big table and a couple small tables with guests. We didn’t get our order until 8!! Due to the large family in the back. Seems to me a steak house or any restaurants with waiters, they need to be more prepared for weekends or a crowd. Then there was nothing to eat with, had to wait for plastic forks which of course my luck my bag only had the knife and napkin. Then they didn’t have much bbq sauce but luckily enough for my tenders. Like i said the food was great, but the service, promptness and communication need allot of work.

I have been here many times. The food is really good. Employees are really nice and the service is better here than most restaurants that I have been to. The lighting is very dim. I like the fixture idea. They just aren't bright enough. Rope lights run down the dividers, I think, would solve that problem. All -n- all, I would recommend a visit.

Heading back from Disney and we stopped to get gas and food. We were torally tired of the fast food, regular choices and we pulled into Cowboys parking lot. The sign said AYCE salad bar( perfect for me) and it served an array of BBQ(perfect for the hubs). We walked in and it was cutest cowboy restaurant with an nice atmosphere. Our server was Brittany and she was fantastic! She was patient with all our questions and helped us figure out the best way to try everything we wanted. I got the turkey and the husband got the brisket. The salad bar was amazing! The price was even better!!We took our delicious sweet tea to go and got back on the road stuffed and satisfied! We will definitely be back!!!

We had to go get menus ourselves, get napkins ourselves, go get silverware from the host stand person, ask for ketchup and remind her (we ordered three plates of food with fries), and ask for drink refills, We would not have received ANY service had we not done it ourselves, or asked for what is obviously needed. Didn’t tip much. Wasn’t earned.Atmosphere: the two singers (brother and sister I think) were very good!

Looking for the closest bar to our hotel and found Cowboys online. My Wife and I are so happy that we stopped in. Brooklyn the bartender is an absolute GEM! The food Brooklyn suggested was amazing. The ribs were fall off the bone, the green beans were flavorful, but our favorite was the Cowboy Beans! This girl made the best old fashioned I’ve ever had. She had the proper ingredients and that’s hard to find. Y’all have a knowledgeable bartender keep her!

We have lived in Valdosta for 5yrs and Friday for lunch was our first time visiting Cowboys in Lake Park. My husband was off work and we wanted to try something different. I got the Philly my husband got the Beef Brisket both of us got the salad bar as well. The food was delicious! The salad bar was very fresh. Prices & portions were spot on. The service we received from a young lady who’s only been there about 6 months was PHENOMENAL! She was an EXCELLENT Server. Can’t remember her name for the life of me. We definitely be going back!

Stopped here on the way home from vacation on Sunday around 1pm. Our waitress took our drink and food order and we never saw her again. The couple behind us were local and had been waiting an hour for their food. They said it was a common problem. We asked a different waitress to check on ours and she brought it right out. The food was pretty good. We asked the hostess, who was also waiting tables at that point, for the check. We walked out an hour later never to return.

We recently ordered a pickup order online on their website and they make you put a tip. Which would be ok if we got the order right. I had to cook fries at home for my daughter cause they were missing when he brought the food back. Apparently have to start investigating the whole order before I leave.

Was in town for 1 night and so glad to have found this place! The smoked rib dinner was delicious!! They smoke their own meats there. We met a friendly crew from Australia who were in town for the Veterans Day Parade and we really enjoyed their company! They even played the bag pipes outside! If in this area I highly recommend the Cowboy Bar!

We stopped in for lunch after reading the reviews but were disappointed. First off they were out of brisket and wings at 1:00 in the afternoon. I had a pulled pork sandwich that had chunks of gristle and the no smoke flavor, the barbecue sauce was flat and tasteless. Even though there only a few tables occupied service was slow. Won't be back.

Ended up here on a fluke. The bartender was great. She was super sweet and funny. We came to grab a bite but had our pup in the car. We joked about people feeding their dogs better than humans half the time. She even made him a pup cup with bacon! Which he greatly appreciated! She also made him a water cup! Again thank you. The food was yum. We scarfed it down in the parking lot. I got a Turkey sandwich on toast with mashed potatoes with gravy, my wife got a burger with fries and an order of smoked wings, and for max we ordered him the lunch special quarter chicken w/ 2 sides mashed potatoes & green beans. Not a crumb was left. Glad we stumbled in on this place.

Best Wings hands down! 75 cent wings on Saturday, cant beat that. Sauces were pretty good - highly recommend the Teriyaki and Asian Zing. Sweet Tea was SWEET! Service was pretty good - very slow at the end. We got the bill and waited for over 15 minutes to get that taken care of.. it was fairly empty, so not sure what the hold up was?Other than the slower pace, it was a great spot. Decor was cute and stayed true to the theme of cowboys! Highly recommend this spot for wings alone, way better than the smokin pigs wings - Dont even compare.

Finding a steak seasoned with that "Cowboy flavor" is a quest of mine since my benchmark restaurant, Pinnacle Peak Patio in Scottsdale AZ closed some years back.Stopped at Cowboys on road trip last night, billboard caught my eye. I wish this place wasn't 4 hrs from my home. The cowboy ribeye was seasoned with the exact flavor I search for but never find. The cowboy beans were amazing. Friendly service, and perfectly tacky western decor.I'd be there weekly were it only closer. This place is a gem far as I'm concerned.

Service here is always great, although thr staff rotates quite often. The food however seems to get worse week by week. Today our steak burgers, supposed to be 2/3 pound resemble something between McDonald's and a Bubba burger and there's no chance they were more than 1/4 pound at most. Onion rings (you get about 10) are now only an appetizer and not a side and certainly not worth $10. We were having company lunches here weekly but the recent decline has led us elsewhere. Today's hamburger disappointment was the last straw.
