I bought several snacks here before work and come to find they’re are expired. OVER A MONTH EXPIRED! Yogurt, chips, crackers all expired 3+ weeks ago. APPALLING. All while the store looks like this!!

Never open on time, then have the nerve to close early. Hours of operation say you close @10 not 9:45pm by far the worse dollar store in the area needs new management asap or something for the love of God! It’s ridiculous for us locals who live nearby to have to drive even further when this is the one closest to our home.

I visit this store on 10-1-2023Around 1:15 pm. The MANAGER was at the register.Up set because she was short staffed. When there was a price issue. Just very nasty, an disrespectful. She need to be GONE!!!!!!!! I put items down. She told me, call corporate. I don't care

It is 7:49 and was told to come back at 7:40 when it was 7 o’clock. they are always closing even with more than one employee in there, the manager just tells everyone that they can’t open the door. the hours of this business is 8am-10pm as stated. if she would like to close at 7 she should contact corporate and put that in the suggestion box, people come here for the convenience of it being close by and can never get what we need. this has been going on for months and i’ve already contacted corporate and they’re still allowing it. ridiculous

Someone need to be aware of the guy that’s very inappropriate with the customers. For the second time I have had to cuss him out. This is a very nice store and they have Apple Pay and it’s neat and u can find what u need without the clutter but I will not be back because the guy there is way outta line. I tried to call and speak with a manager but they said none were available. Next time I need to make a run to this store I’m definitely going to bring a male with me because this is ridiculous. I should be able to shop without being harassed!

It's crazy how it says online their open until 10pm but yet it's 9:30 and I'm here and just had the lady with the shaved head lock the door right in my face. Couldn't even said nothing just locked the door! I work in customer service as a manager of a high volume restaurant and this was just RUDE!! All I wanted was a bag of sugar. The ignorance that she has shown was just beyond ignorant. If she was my employee she would definitely either be retrained, told to keep the doors open until the store is actually closed, or I would be writing her up. Can't say she closed early because she was short staffed because I witnessed 2 employees right at the front while she looked me right in my face and locked the door!!!!! Managers really need to sit and either do better interviews or properly train your employees on how to properly treat paying customers, seeing as how the customers are the ones that are providing you with the need to work.

This store closed at 730pm on October 3rd 2022.Whatever happened to stay until the store close?I ordered Doordarsh from them and they canceled my order and tried to keep my money. I'm a contact corporate. I shop there a lot .If you don't want to work, give your position to someone who will do the job until the end.

Seems as though all Dg female cashier's have attitudes. I have not ran into one dg where my experience was pleasant. First of all they don't price things right so when you ask for a price check it's always an attitude. If I could give you a price myself I would SMH. All Dg stores should be males whom are much more pleasant as far as I am concerned!! (Correction) 3 pleasant females at Dg across from ccwa in Jonesboro.

This Dollar General stinks like it's infested. I stopped in to buy a quick snack. There was no one to be seen anywhere. after waiting at the register I finally walked around and found someone. She ignored me. I had to ask her three times if she worked there before she would answer me. She then said yes, So I asked if there was a cashier. She Just yelled out.someones name. I go to These stores a lot, but will never go to this one again.

The store associates closed the store 10 minutes before closing time. When asked why, the male associate stated that they close EARLY in efforts to leave by 10pm. He also lied and tried to argue with me saying they had closed the store at 9:55pm, but when he was shown the correct time on my husband's phone, the EXACT time at that moment was 9:53pm. (i had been standing outside of a locked store, in the cold with my baby, for 2 minutes before he decided to unlock the store for my husband and I to make our purchase.) There were 2 store associates working tonight, and they were both upset that i had come right before closing that they didn't smile and greet the customer, (my husband and i), and neither did they say ANYTHING once my purchase was made. Usually upon entering a business that claims to "put customers first," store associates are supposed to SMILE & GREET the customer to WELCOME them into the store; and upon leaving, NORMAL people usually say, "Thank you, have a good night!"... WE GOT NOTHING. I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND ANGRY AT THE TREATMENT I HAD RECEIVED just because i needed to purchase 1 pack of AAA batteries BEFORE the store closed for business. I wasn't going to leave a review or do ANYTHING but go home, be upset, and just accept the bad TREATMENT, but the young man was also the same associate that became upset with me earlier that day because i requested $10 cash back. So in front of other paying customers he decided to tell me that he didn't have cash back to give me because he had just gotten his drawer. So also in front of customers, i decided to let him know that i am a paying customer that visits the store on the REGULAR, and i saw the PERMANENT handwritten signs on top of the card readers that state "SORRY, NO CASH BACK AT THIS TIME"... But i had an emergency, which required CASH, so i ignored their sign. (It's there EVERY SINGLE DAY ANYWAY). Why give the option during the transaction to get cash back if you NEVER have enough cash in your register to do so?! UNPROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S FINEST! I'm leaving this Google review so that other customers won't have to experience the same treatment i had. I'm warning EVERYONE to not to shop at this location if you want to have a good shopping experience.

This Dollar General should be shut down. The store is never organized. There is always a lack of inventory every time I visit the store. They never have what you need. The staff from management down to the employees are unprofessional. I really don't comprehend how this store is still in operation😳

Love it. It's convenient, especially when you don't want to drive way across town for something it's right around the corner for me and is open at the most prominent time for me comment in the people are very pleasant and that's a very nice thing especially if you're having a rough day, and you go in there and see smiling faces.

On 8-4-2021 They Had There Customers Waiting At The Door And In There Cars For Some Time When They Are Suppose To Open At 8:00 A.M. But We Had To Wait For Some Time For Them To Open The Door But When One Customer Shook The Door They Finally Opened It
