While we appreciate having dollar general right close to home, the store needs a little more hands on to help with putting away stock. That’s the only area I see that needs some work. Corporate needs to allow for more labor hours to be used to help with this issue. One or two people can’t do it all.

I'm changing my review from yesterday. Today is 05/31/2023. This store seems to be understocked and cluttered all at the same time. It definitely needs some organization.I understand the concept of the squeaky toy at the register but only if the employees are working. What I witnessed today, was no acknowledgement of any customers being in the store. Three employees standing in an aisle, not working at all and talking about the recent tragedy on Jekyll Island. I'm sorry but you aren't getting paid to stand around and gossip. Get the store cleaned and organized so shoppers can find what they are looking for!

I want to give dollar store management a thumbs up! The Dollar store in Waynesville Ga had other employees from other stores restocking the store today ! I was very happy to see this ! The women and men who worked the registers have very little free time to stock ! They need to be at register and watching for shoplifters and checking customers out ! Some of the customers are very cruel and crude about them not being at register at all times ! Please Dollar general add a few stockers to your stores in our area they could stay busy with stocking the 3 dollar stores in our area! We all have to work as team to keep our employees and our stores safe and running efficient!

I don't know what happened to this store, but it used to be the most organized, cleanest Dollar General I've ever shopped at. I would drive there from another town that has a DG just because it was 3x better! And the employees were always super nice.For this visit I needed a gallon of milk and a bottle of Febreze. There wasn't any milk and I couldn't reach the Febreze which was pushed back on a top shelf. I tripped on a couple of things that were on the floor..The place looked like a tornado hit it!

Great customer service. Employees are always able to help when needed. Just sometimes there is only 1 cashier and the line and wait is sometime 15 to 20 min Just in line. The line is the only thing that takes the longest LoL. Just got to be patient sometimes and do not be in a hurry

Hours of business listed are NOT their operating hours. They open an hour later than displayed. Store is usually incredibly clean but you're lucky to get a polite/helpful cashier. Dollar Isle is a lifesaver in a pinch and its a super convenient location.

The cashier's are to busy with flirting with men, also this is the 2nd time that I didn't receive all my bags when I got home I got my car unloaded to find that I'm missing 2 bags, the cashier's should make sure you received all your belongings, but instead let's flirt with another man, it would be ok if I lived close to the dollar store but we Love at the county line. I have a husband that is I'll I can't just run any time, or try to load him up to go hunt my bags after spending 90.00 dollars in your store. If I wanted that kind of service I would go to the dollar store on Post rd where we live. Thank-you.

I had went to get some pullups around 9:45pm. Had a couple other things to grab. At 9:55 the employee who is a manager started yelling and hollering at me and my cousin. She said they was getting ready to close and we needed to check out now! It was 5 mins before closing so I told her I was finishing up. She kept yelling telling me I couldn't get the pullups I had to check out right then. She became so enraged and hostile that she walked from the front of the store to the back area where we was and ran up got in my face. I thought she was going to hit me! When she got in my space I dropped the few items I had in my hand prepared to defend myself. She didn't get physical but kept yelling at us to check out. I work in customer service and under any circumstances is that type of behavior acceptable. When the store is open not even closing time I'm allowed to shop. I will never go to this store again. Worried if I do she may attack me next time. Some one needs to be notified and made aware of this managers behavior and how she treats customers. I will be post on social media about this and tell everyone I know until something is done. I have not been contacted about my complaint by any supervisors or corporate.

This store is always clean and well-stocked and not to mention has very friendly employees. Wish they were all like this .. I travel 6 miles to go there and avoid the one right by my house!

The new employee made my day i was upset that they never have milk when i go in the store I asked him what day does there milk come on well he was new and didn't know but he took off running to the back and got me a gallon of milk he went out of his way to help me I was having a bad day and he made me fill good I wish I would have gotten his name

Very clean, good customer service, and easy to locate items. Employees spend allot of time making sure the store is clean. Other than that, this is your typical dollar general.

I am handicap with a right leg below the knee amputation so I use a knee scooter to get around, there was trash, boxes, racks, and inventory in just about every isle. I could not maneuver around this stuff and couldn't get any customer assistance either. Will not go back.

I am giving Dollar General a 2 star rating because it seems every time I go in the store it's stocking day and carts are every where and I have to navigate around the store like Pac-Man! And can somebody turn down the dang heat in there!

It is great for a small town. A wide variety of items. Closest big stores are 45 minutes away, in either direction. So this is convenient.

Where i shop the most is Dollar General in Nahunta, and Atkinson. They have great service, all the items you need, and very nice employees.

This use to be my favorite DG to shop at. Now the store is very unorganized and hard to get around in. Due to lack of employee's, this DG is a mess now.
