Ordered full rack baby backs and my son ordered country fried steak... he said his food was tasty and good.... mine was tasty but the ribs were still cold ... BBQ was dripping.... im sure if they heated the ribs longer they could have gotten a 5 star on this visit... but it wasn't so I was not impressed... definitely could have done better and I feel this place has potential

Fried Okra: I'm born and raised Georgia Peach, y'all. Roger's has the best fried okra I've ever eaten in my life. I got a second order to-go. All the food was good. Well worth the slight detour. It's a meat & three place with a BBQ bent. If you're not familiar with meat & 3, I forgive you, but you get a meat, like the delicious country fried steak, and pick three sides, mash potatoes and fried okra, or if you're real county, limas. Finish that off with jalapeño cornbread.

A little hole in the wall/ local dive was my first impression. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly faces and waited on by a sweet waitress with a southern drawl I could only dream of. Obviously I'm not from here so the experience was excellent. The food was pretty good and their sweet tea should be bottled up and sold nationally, in my opinion. It's definitely a local joint with a family atmosphere but I wasn't disappointed.

The girl at the register was nice.This was not my favorite BBQ experience. They got busy right at the time we stopped in. We waited longer than 30 minutes for a basic to-go order. Not trying to be overly judgemental of the time, just want to let travelers know that it isn't the fastest bbq stop.In Florida and Louisiana we usually stop at bbq stops because we know the portions will be more than we can eat. We were unpleasantly surprised by the minimalist portion sizes we received at the price we paid. I then moved into the thought that the food would be amazingly tasteful. The pork was tough (likely overcooked or cooked at too high temp), my fries were overcooked and soggy, and the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like they came from an MRE. I'm willing to give this place another chance, but today's visit was less than pleasant.I did not try the wings, but my 10 y.o. son said they were the worst he's had for both taste and size.Parking: There are several parking spaces, but they aren't very organized. I parked in a marked spot, but got blocked in because of the setup of the spaces. Locals know where to park. Travelers should pay extra attention to parking setup. I was probably there at their busy time, but parking was very limited while I was there.

Nice venue, located in the food capital of Hogansville. Staff was very friendly. Food wasn’t the best barbecue but can be a nice meal if you’re hungry and in the area. The gazebo out front is a nice touch. Hopefully they will keep it maintained and looking beautiful for years to come!

Went today after hearing the West Point, GA location had improved. Decided to try this one. Ordered the split BBQ of pulled and ribs. Very very dry ribs under the sauce. Pulled pork had a bad taste. The French fries were the only good thing in the plate. I tried telling the waitress my problem but she walked off as I tried explaining. I told her I was still paying for my food and not trying to be difficult. She came back to ask if I wanted something else. She talked to someone taking my plate back but he didn't come speak to me or ask what was wrong. I didn't have to pay for the plate but still left the waitress my tip. My friend had the baby back ribs which wasn't as dry but tried to eat more. Hopefully it was not taken as we are trouble and just complaining because that wasn't an enjoyable meal.I apologize because this review was meant for the Hoganville,GA restaurant. When I was leaving my review I thought I was on their location website.

Food was delicious. Had a mix up with my order. First off I wasn’t greeted by the cashier who took my order. I asked for a menu, she pointed and I picked it up. She took my order and asked my name. Told me it’ll be about 20 minutes. I came back to get my food and she gave me the wrong food. When I took the food back she told the manager she asked me was that my food and I said yes.. she also told the manager that it was no name on the ticket, when clearly she took my order and wrote my name down so that was her fault. She went back and forth with another employee about the situation when she was only trying to help. The manager was very helpful and got my order out to me. She need training on customer service because her attitude was NASTY.

Nasty attitude female at the cash register. Small younger girl who acted like she hated to answer my questions about the menu. After sitting waiting for my food, I overheard her explaining to a coworker explaining to another coworker what had changed about the menu.... which told me that she knew... she just acted like she didn't be cause I asked. My first and last time coming to this location and it's taking forever to get my food.

Ordered sliced brisket plate. Got what looked like a little over cooked trimmings somewherebetween chopped and sliced. The large amount of Mac and cheese was average. The coleslaw was okay. I won't discuss the service as it is typical that they hit you up for a tip for takeout... main complaint is the vomiting and diarrhea about 4 hours after consuming...

It's a fine BBQ sandwich, far from the best, but far from the worst. The Brunswick stew was unlike any I've ever had before, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but while it did have the taste of a Brunswick stew the texture was just off putting to me. Sweet tea was fresh and very sweet!The dining area and bathroom were both very clean and the service was friendly and attentive.I'd certainly eat here again if I lived anywhere near it.

Not too bad, the smell is amazing when you walk in and the bbq I would rather have the sauce on the side personally. But good food and friendly staff. I also like to see the brick oven in the back.Wish I had a bun for the bbq pork, but small gripe.

Chopped Brisket was good, quarter chicken tasted ok but wasnt traditional bbq style.Macaroni and potato salad i left untouched after the 1st spoonful i took. And ill leave it at that!!!Wont be stoppin there again but the experience is why we try different places is what matter i guess

Quick service, good southern country cooking, and excellent portion sizes. My wife and I stopped to fill up the tank while we continued our journey East from the West coast. We got caught in heavy rain and decided to stop and get something to eat while we waited out the storm. I took my wife to Rogers BBQ and it was her first BBQ experience, it did not disappoint! Side note: The restaurant is loaded with John Wayne decor which is awesome.
