Reading other reviews and I suppose it's the time that you choose to shop because I never have an issue. When looking for an item I can't seem to find the employees are very helpful and accurate. In and out every time. I always use self checkout. If I happen to scan something twice an employee is always there to fix the problem. The only thing I dislike about Walmart is having to schedule an appointment for tires.I always have some other shop to install them. I think it should be first come first serve. Great tires and great prices for an SUV 😉

Yesterday we were in the hinesville super Walmart. We were casually walking in and grabbing a cart. When I saw movement that caught my eye. I turned to see a cart guy had aggressively pushed the carts into the store and was heading towards a lady with her little child the mother's back was turned towards the carts coming at her fast. Instinct took over and I jumped in front to stop the mother and child from getting hurt. While hurting myself in the process. Please Walmart employees be careful. Not only did I get hurt. But if I hadn't been there a mother and the baby would have been seriously hurt...

Gals get it together, instead of playing in your phone and standing in the dept that you don’t work in. Heck you could have went and got the other employee who works there!!! Customer service sucks so bad and y’all wonder why y’all lose customers. Plus, make sure the fruits and vegetables are fresh before putting them on the floor, ain’t no one want moldy green peppers…. Guys y’all were so polite, I thank y’all.

Purchased($100) a JBL flip 6 camouflage Bluetooth speaker from this location less than a month ago. Used the speaker for about a week and went to charge it. As soon as you hook the charger(that was included in the box) up. The speaker dings repeatedly and will not charge. I paid cash and lost the receipt. I did not want a refund I only wanted to exchange the speaker for one that works. I was told no that I could not exchange the product. I understand not giving money back but you could atleast exchange the product and not sell people broken items, then expect them to save receipts for extended amounts of time. I personally won't buy anymore electronics from this location and I recommend if you do that you make sure you don't lose the receipt. I still can't help but feel like I was ripped off. Horrible customer service and horrible store policies.

Found a micro SD card there stocked in the incorrect location stocked by an employee with a lock tab at the end of the hook marked at $20.98, the actual price of it was $34.98. Took a picture of it stocked in the incorrect location by an employee. Took it to customer service and showed the store manager that it was stocked incorrectly by an employee and she wouldn't honor their mistake.the employee in the electronics section had a horrible attitude I didn't get his name. The store managers name is Tashia. Was not impressed by anyone's customer service in this location. I don't need to buy anything from this store, I can literally buy everything I need online or from food lion, will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward

recently came to this location for a grocery pickup, and unfortunately, my bag of sugar and my bag of flour were both damaged due to the employee tossing the items in my trunk. it's not a huge deal, and i usually have a good experience picking my groceries up from this location

This 5 stars 🌟 isn't for the store itself. It is for a stellar employee. Lonnie was working in the self check out. He went out of his way several times, stayed Professional, and Courteous. First person in my life of visiting stores to ask a question so important every person in customer service should ask every Patron. Lonnie I salute you and hope your influence pours out over employees everywhere.

A lot of people but I love there fishing spot though you can't go wrong with it if you like to fish and you don't have a lot of money then Wal Mart is your fishing place to go this pole was only 9.88 as seen in the pictures with 8ibs test line not bad for the price at Walmart

Everytime I come, the short black guy in electronics is in the most disgusting mood. Rude, walking off when trying to inquire help.. Told customer service and they say he’s rude to them too… Why is he still employed???? I dread everytime I come and need assistance because he really ruins a day SMH!

Pretty busy store location. Some employees are rude others are friendly. I prefer this Walmart store as it is a Supercenter and obviously larger than the 2 Neighborhood Walmarts around my area.

It's 8pm and just got home fromWm to find missing item. Called sore 3 xs and no answer after several minutes. Let's get those kids off their phones and answer the store phone. Be more alert if customer leaves an item. Very bad tonight! No wonder everyone loves Jesup.

Never had an issue with the bakery department until today. I ordered cake for my daughters birthday a week early with Amelia. She acted too busy to take our order but she did it anyway. I go to pick up the cake today and Amelia was working on it. She said with an attitude l, it would be another 20 minutes. I said no problem and said I'll come back later. I go to pick it up and it has a big hump in the middle. We ordered gold it looked like mustard. We said no flowers, it had flowers all over. The lines were off. It looked nothing like the picture. My husband goes to say something and shes now no where to be found. Another lady in the back looked at it and saw the mistakes and understood. I will not be getting cakes made from here again!!! Especially if AMELIA is working!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a curbside pickup and I sat here for 30mins before I asked anyone about my order. They told be that they had to reshop my order and they are just missing one item. They put the items they got already in my car but never heard a word about my “one item” that they are missing. When I finally decided to reach out again they couldn’t find what my last item was in the system. They asked for me to check which item was missig, when I went to check I was missing at least five item. They straight up lied to my face. It was a waste of time I should have gone in to get everything myself.

I only shop at this place when I absolutely must get an item nobody else has. It must really suck to work at this Walmart, the employees seem very disgruntled. And I'm reminded why I avoid that souless pit of despair.

I love this Walmart! Was able to get everything I needed, including a pair of long undies and Levi signature jeans that fit perfectly! The walmarts up in Jacksonville Fla are erroring on trying to look like a Target. Just stop and be who you are! 😁

Walmart sucks the employees don't want to help you and complain about doing there job to many self checkouts and then want to check your receipt and check your stuff to make sure your not stealing well news flash I don't work for Walmart and I don't have to use self checkouts and you have no right to check my receipt when I Walk out the door that's invasion of my rights I paid for it don't like it don't have self checkouts

Too many ppl staying around talking instead of helping customers or stocking shelf. If you got time to lean you got time to clean. SCO was a hot mess to true direction for customers to know what is what and where to go. It's was a good thing I had only a few items and left.

It's a bit cheaper than other grocery stores. There are mostly frozen foods, canned and prepared foods, not much fresh food. It wasn't nice to see the staff getting together and just chatting and chilling instead of working.. And there was only one checkout counter open, and most customers had to use the self-checkout counter, which was a little inconvenient especially, when there were a lot of items to pay for.

This Walmart is not the greatest. Some employees are the rudest he and some are the nicest. Unfortunately I've had some of the bad employees to deal with. Also the plants to choose from are horrendous. They're either drowning in water or never seen a drop off water cause they're all dried out. I love plants and it's so sad to see these lovely plants like this. They truly don't care here that's for sure.

Ordered some things and find it's lazy but very convenient after surgery. Used the delivery service five times and only once did I have a problem. Still trying to figure out how to solve the problem since I can not go to the store. And when I call I get please hold. But delivery has helped the other four times.

Couldn't get a case from top shelf so had to go find an employee to help. When I did, he was helpful and courteous. These traits are sadly missing in this store.
