Had to return some items, the check out girl was helpful and explained the procedure. I had my rescue adopted dog in my cart, was hard to handle her and put purchases back in the cart to leave. But the cashier and customer behind me were so nice about my having a hard time. Been going to Pet Smart for over 10 years for grooming and pet needs.

I take my fur baby there all the time and she loves going.she knows she's going to get pampered by all the groomers you guys are awesome thanks for all you do. I'm glad I started coming here nothing but awesome experiences ever since.

It seems smaller than most. Clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant and talkative. Overall, it's a pretty busy store, yet they still seem to have stocked shelves.

I was waiting in line to be checked out by the cashier when I smelled cigarettes. After being checked out by the cashier I saw that the employees were smoking cigarettes by the automatic doors allowing for the cigarette smoke to enter the facility. This is a health hazard and I will be speaking to corporate about it if I see it reoccur.

I visited the grooming area of this Petsmart. For this I should only give them a one star, to be honest. But the way they handled my issue after is why I'm giving them a three. I took my Australian Shepherd in to be groomed by them. He was there for a little over four hours, pretty normal since he was pretty furry. I go back to get him after being very specific about how I wanted him done he was completely shaved down to look like a totally different dog. The lady tried telling me it was because of the type of shampooing we choose to do but you could clearly see the razor burn on his tummy and the uneven lines on him. As well as his ears were cut uneven horribly and if it was the shampoo then it would have pulled the hair off of the back of his front legs to but it didn't that was the only place on his body the was left with long hair. Besides behind his uneven ears. He looked horrible. I went back the next day and spoke with the store manager and she was truly so very nice. Offered me cream for his razor burn on his belly, as well as if I do decide to take him back in a few months after he grows out. A free groom. By someone who knows how to groom him. I should have known this girl didn't know what she was doing as soon as she asked the girl standing next to her the night before if she should give him a boarder collie cut? Then she charged me an extra handling fee for getting frustrated with him!? The store manager refunded my money on all of that as well for the whole groom. I just couldn't believe it. The only reason for the three stars like I said was for the kindness and compassion at the way this was handled afterwards. My baby is my baby. I felt so badly for him. He's still trying to fill in his fur I think it's going to take a long time.

Never had a bad experience at this location, Im there about twice a week for crickets, and never have to wait long. I wish I caught her name but one employee specifically was extremely knowledgeable on reptiles, was able to guide me in the right direction of everything my roommates young bearded dragon needed to thrive. I went a few weeks later for a leopard gecko for myself and Kayleigh also very knowledgeable, helped me through the whole process on a busy Sunday.

They never have crickets in stock. Why? How can you sell pets, and be geared towards pets that eat bugs, but never have any of their food? Does that mean the pets in your store starve too?

Friendly staff, greeted at the door. Only giving 4 stars since it seems there is always a line but only one checkout lane open. On the plus side line usually moves fast. Store was clean and staff was friendly ! Excellent customer service !

I didn't want to give it a star at all. I have brought my dog to be groomed here on 2 occasions and both times I have been disappointed. Both times they were suppose to bath and cut her. However, I felt like all they did was take my $60 for just giving her a bath. I thought after the first time I would give them another shot but only to be disappointed again. I took a picture of her when I dropped her off and how she looked when I picked her up on the left. The one on the right is the professional cut I normally get. Petsmart you LOST me as a customer!

I had my Great Pyrenees groomed here. They washed him, dried home, cut his nails and did a sanitary cut & only charged me right at $50 whereas other groomers have charged me double that for the same treatment.

I decided to try PetSmart to see how the grooming services for cats were, so I brought my cat Chico for a very thorough brushing and nail trim, and I loved it! I'm bringing my next cat next week. Every other place I have ever had my cats groomed before meant my cats were with dogs which was fine because they are not scared of dogs, but PetSmart is great for people whose cats are, and not all dogs are well trained either to be around cats, so I felt my cat was safer at PetSmart. PetSmart does not allow cats and dogs together in the grooming department. Grooming can already be stressful for animals, so they scheduled an appt before the store opened to avoid clients with dogs coming in for grooming. Yes I had to wake up early but having a calm comfortable cat is worth it.

After visiting numerous pet stores, I must express my disappointment in the olfactory experience of this particular establishment. While I acknowledge that pet stores may inherently have distinctive odors, the overpowering stench here was unparalleled. It's not simply a matter of being a pet store; rather, it's indicative of inadequate cleaning practices. Other pet stores manage to maintain a pleasant aroma, underscoring the importance of proper sanitation. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall appeal and customer experience of the store.
