Went there and looked at a few animals and ended up leaving with a rabbit. All the animals are well taken care of there and the staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. Absolutely love the bunny we brought home with the name of lucky. 🖤

I went in to purchase some fish, and was greeted by a young man. I told him what I wanted, and he acknowledged me and went to get the supplies needed. I waited for over 5 minutes, while other customers came into the store. He proceeded to take care of them, came by once to let me know that the store was busy and he would get to me as soon as possible. I waited another 5 minutes, and saw that he was helping several customers at the register (all of whom came in well after me). I just left the store and will not return again.

Let me just say this...I arrived to what seemed like a very bad morning for these folks with some sort of water on the floor issue which caused them a late opening to the day and lord knows probably a boat load of other issues. THAT SAID, if a store can run that smoothly during chaos, then I look forward to doing more business with them in the future! The tanks were clean, very well stocked, and the staff was knowledgeable and seemed like caring, decent people. The BEST part of my trip, other than grabbing 3 beautiful Gouramis, was having the staff ask me A) what size tank I have and B) how long has it been set up and is it fish ready!! Well done, this shows they care about the fish and not just the money.

I lived in Hinesville for 8 years and this one building has been changed way too many times. Right now it's a pet store, before that it was a thrift store, and so on. It's pretty strange.

My son and I went here to get a Rabbit. J was instantly impressed with the store. It was extremely clean and well organized. The animals were all well taken care of and the cages were spotless. There was zero animal smells, like I have experienced at other pet stores. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! I will be going back!

Great owners and the animals are amazing. They have a small bird selection, the aquatic wall of different types of fish, and any tank supplies you'd really need. Plus the feeder rats are always healthy for all my snake lovers out there.

I was recommended to Brian from a friend and I couldn't be happier. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! I always enjoy going there as I usually stay about 30 mins just learning from Brian. His worker Zach is also extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this store before anywhere else! Very colorful and unique selection of fish. Also sells other animals and supplies for a great price.

Great shop with healthy fish, reptiles, and small animals. The owner was really cool and extremely helpful with answering the questions I had. What really stuck out to me was how cheap and reasonable the prices were compared to other stores. Even if what you are looking for isn't in stock, the owner will order it for you! This is GREAT and one of the many reasons I will return to do business with them. Come check em out.

I have not been to this store before needless to say I was drawn to this little pet store close to olive street and general screven.I spoke to the attendant and learnt of the background behind the store.It been round for 30 years the owner started out in his garage and then He open the store to give them more spacehe is a animal lover, the attendant also is a pet lover.at the store she showed me the pets many were rabbits hamsters birds and reptiles.I press her for answers on her store knowingProduct knowledge is extremely important to a new customer the attendant had a wealth of knowledge and was very open and confident,not for a moment she was caught off guard.this store is a exotic pet store meeting many needs and housing pets except dogs and catsWhen I walk into the store I saw the big huge aquarium that gave the store the exotic fish aquarium look fish food and bottles and container line the shelves.They did not offer services like grooming there like petsence. However she did ask whether I had visited other stores that also within close proximity of their store., I also askedher about her customers she told me.many of them were from HinesvilleI got so caught up that I lost my scarf, and had to return there later on.Which is really a sight

I LOVE Aqua brill. They’re very helpful, animals are treated with the best care. The owner/wife are very knowledgeable, as well as helpful & super sweet. MAX is the sweetest, one of the highlights of visiting the store is saying hello to him(cockatoo) I always look forward to seeing him as well as the owner/wife(I can’t remember her name) but she’s amazing.10/10 recommend.

Brain the owner is incredible. You can most definitely tell he love animals. There are so many selections as well. Fish, reptiles, birds, even hamster and ferrets. Customer service is spectacular. The owner has knowledge of animals and can pretty much get anything you need. He also sells feeder. Rats and such for your snakes and lizards.Also to mention he is a retired veteran. Support local stores. It doesn't get much better than this.

My family loves this store. It's a veteran-owned business. They have an assortment of fish, reptiles, and small mammals for purchase. We had some trouble with potty training ferrets we bought at the store. The owner was happy to give us pointers and suggest strategies to help the ferrets find their litter. He also advised of on the temperament of the ferrets we were purchasing because we have small children. The store also offers some animal boarding services.

I drive a good distance just to go to this particular pet store. It is a small business, owned by great people, who go above and beyond for their customers. They offer great advice and better prices than some of the chain pet stores. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Joseph did an amazing job informing me how to care for and construct a new fish tank. Walked me through step by step and got me everything I needed. All while handling a very excitable and eccentric bird named max. Personally think he could use some help at the store because it’s so popular and one man can only do so much.

I went in and instantly I was overwhelmed by the "pet store smell"!!! But after that initial (odorifris) surprise I was immediately at home. I love not only the array of different fish species, but these guys have taken special measures to make sure the fish (and the tanks they inhabit)are kept very clean and disease free. I was given advice on a product for "Ick" and the man I talked to was super friendly and helpful. You should go too!! 💯💯
