I just tried to return two metal shears.i was accept and the return was made. The second was not accepted. Both were bought the same day!!!! So why only one shear was acceptable for return. No answer the person only told me (Merry Christmas) I assume this was because I got to keep one shear that I don’t need. I use this store

Store is always clean with helpful staff. It's a smaller Home Depot than most, but their inventory will likely have what you're looking for.

Came in trying to replace my faucet. Asked employee in plumbing section for assistance, was told he did not work that area to ask someone else. Asked next person I saw they completely ignored my existence. What the heck? Won’t be back.

Here lately I’ve been coming to Home Depot a lot for some projects I’m doing at home. Every time I come a great employee by the name of Katherine Alewine always helps me! Yesterday (8/11/23) I was met with two rude employees one which was a cashier by the name of Tanya (she had blue hair) and a manager by the name of Chris neither one of them were friendly AT ALL! Very rude!! Not to mention Tanya being rude to an older gentleman before she rung up my items. But Katherine saw me and my family upset by their rude acts and came and helped us where we needed to be helped. She’s very knowledgeable and very kind! I was later also helped by a very nice cashier at check out by the name of Dena! These two ladies are some of the best people I’ve came encounter with in a LONG time! They both turned my bad day into something good! If places of business had more people like Katherine it would be amazing!!! I will most definitely be coming back!! Hopefully I’ll meet more nice employees like these two!

Clean and stocked but man, everyone was just standing around talking to eachother. The 3 cashiers up front made it pretty clear I was interrupting a very important conversation. Employees out front playing on tractors for half an hour and a few in the back just squawking away. If I need a job I'm definitely going here to apply.

Worst Home Depot ever. Their paint mixing machine is never working, you can never find anyone to cut wood. All the employees stand around up front and do nothing. It’s horrible.

Always a great, local stop for my home improvement needs. No complaints, friendly service. It is, however, a small scale store. So if selection is important, opt to visit the HD stores in Athens or Anderson.

How can you have a paint department and not have anybody in the store that can mix paint. I arrived at 9 o’clock on Sunday and was told I would have to come back at 12:30 in the afternoon to get paint.

I haven't had many issues in the store other than things being difficult to find and not as much hardware as most home depot's have. I do have an issue with their online order system. I ordered fence supplies weeks ago and was charged. They were shipped to the store but got lost in tracking somewhere. After multiple days of it being late and trying to figure out what was going on with my order I was informed that they would reorder for me and not cancel my previous order. I made sure they wouldn't cancel the order I had in because I needed the supplies the weekend after it was supposed to be there and I didn't want to wait any longer than absolutely necessary. She assured me I could get whatever order got there first. I saw that my original order showed up and called the store just to find out they sent it back because it had gotten reordered. The person who answered the phone couldn't care less about it and said I would get an email when the next order got there. I'm blown away at there lack of organization and care. It's been 2 weeks since I should have had my order now and no updates.

This trip was great! (May2021)Previous trips have left me not wanting to shop here but this time all staff was very friendly, the lady at the paint counter was very good with directions and exposing the stain, a young gentle man put a lawnmower together for me!Great job everyone! Your service was AWESOME!

It's Home Depot. Sometimes you can find somebody to help you, sometimes everybody must be on break at the same time, and you could probably walk out with a washing machine and nobody would notice.We picked up a couple of items in plumbing then walked out to the garden area to get something else, and the alarm started blaring. Made me feel like a criminal. I looked all around to see if maybe there was a sign saying not to take merchandise into the garden area but nothing. Maybe they just wanted to scare the s*** out of me?

Do NOT stop at the front desk! The ladies are rude and nasty! Horrible management, very rude and poorly trained employees! Very few employees actually enjoy working there other obviously don’t want to be bothered

We came to buy some compressed peat moss and wandered in the rain looking for it so we decided to go inside and ask but two workers had no idea and asked Katie. Katie got snippey with all of us and said it's outside , so we went out side to look again on our own. Nikki was able to look it up and able to tell us that there was none in stock at this particular store. Sorry were a bother but Lowe's in Anderson, SC had it in stock and sold it to us with a smile.

i needed a piece of all thread and they had a plain steel one i took to the cash register the ticket was tore up with the UPC code so the lady left the register went and got another one only it was stainless steel and i was not going to buy that because it was way too much force things still and also i didn't need stainless steel and even doing it for somebody else who never pays me my money so i tried not to be too much of an a****** thank you

I love Home Depot I just wish it was closer to where I live. There is always someone there to help and if they don't know how to help you they go get someone who can help you. They have so much to look at and everyone is nice and helpful. I find what I want and check out is always fast.
