Kathy and the entire team are always friendly and seem pleased that we choose Tilley's Pet Villa. Erin is awesome and greets my pets by name. She even dressed them up in costumes last Halloween! I feel confident that my babies are well cared for when they stay. Thanks to everyone for the care you take with our pups!

All the staff is fantastic. We bring all 3 of our dogs here, and they love getting to come. We travel over 2 hrs one way to leave our pets with them. We don't trust anyone else.

I was so extremely happy with the service Ms. Sherry provided for my two dogs!! I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about her, the clean facility and her staff… but I’ll try ;) Let me start by saying I have never boarded my dogs before. They have never stayed away from my home. They were either with me or my children. So when I couldn’t find a pet friendly hotel that would accommodate for my annual bday trip I actually canceled it all. Then someone suggested boarding and of course I recalled all the terrible videos I had seen on the internet. However I took a peek at Pet Villas reviews and then called and spoke with Ms. Sherry. I asked if I could tour the facilities and of course she obliged. I brought my two dogs, a 7 yr Shih Tzu and a 4 yr Frenchie with me. That way if I did like it, they wouldn’t be shell shocked at drop off. They were immaculately cleaned! She explained they care they took with each dog, cleaning, walking and feeds. I explained my frenchies allergies and the shih tzus temperament. I could tell that she GENUINELY loves dogs. She truly loves and cares for each of them. This wasn’t just some act she put on to get ppl in the door. I was very impressed with everything about the entire place so I definitely set up everything for our trip. While away we stayed in contact and Sherry let me know that my greedy lil frenchie wasn’t eating as much as he should. Her and the staff took extra time with him in a quiet area to give him some extra lovies and snacks just to be sure he was getting enough to eat and to help with his obvious depression. This helped immediately. When we arrived to pick them both up after 5 days l, they were happy and healthy. Neither had dropped an ounce. Ms. Sherry is a Godsend to this mama and her babies. I sincerely couldn’t be more happy with the service and attention my babies received from all the ladies there. Thank you SO much for loving my babies!

My husband and I have been using this facility on and off for a year. They always provide the friendliest service, my dogs are always happy, and the staff is super sweet! 10/10 recommend!

Took our 12 yr old poodle here for the first time and I’m impressed with the way they handle things especially during this Covid pandemic. The place is very clean and our little Snickers came home smelling amazing with an adorable haircut. He was happy and very well taken care of. Definitely taking our fur babies back for grooming and we will use Pet Villa for boarding as well.

My dogs were boarded here for several days and came home happy and obviously well cared for! I was worried about our younger girl, she's a bit sensitive but she seemed in great spirits. The staff even altered their normal dog walking routine to make our pups more comfortable. We will definitely use Pet Villa again!

Very pleased with the service our Boxer received. She can be a handful but I feel like she was well taken care of and the staff was very accommodating!!!! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Nice staff my doggie was treated well. I didn't like dropping off at 830am. I guess it's due to covid but I wouldn't want to leave him there all day just for a wash and nail clip. Prices are fair.

My dog and I love Pet Villa! So caring and the cleanest kennel I have ever seen! There is even a groomer to cut nails or give pooch a hairstyle. ♥️

First time using for boarding. So pleased. Very friendly staff. Definitely will use again. The kennels allow dogs to come in & out whenever they want they their own doggie door.

These people definitely know their business. We kenneled 5 Cane Corsos and a Pyr for a week and they loved it there! I think they even gained weight. Great accommodations. Highly recommended.
