I love their store and their people, but I really don't like that they put a sticker over "Sell By" dates and have it for sale a week later. My kids have already been sick for a few days, I can't imagine adding a week expired cupcakes to their bodies. I'm now doubtful that all stickers actually have their real expiration dates. Please look carefully for expiration dates on your baked goods. I also hope it's just the baked products and not the meats. It's just so hard to know once expiration dates are not important to the store owners and management.

Pharmacy needs immediate revising. I have for the past three months taken my 87 year old grandmother to refill her prescriptions. Every single time we ask for ALL REFILLS to be filled and present upon check out. All three months, the same older lady messes up and gives us LESS THAN ALL prescriptions available requiring us to stay more than up to two hours + to receive all medications when they should have all been filled the first request. Awful service. They choose this job and it is a great thing when so many don't want to work these days however, just fill all the medications when asked. My grandmother was literally throwing up in my back seat as we had to wait even longer for her nausea medications.

Today is March 8th, and as you can see on the stickers of the cupcakes I posted, they have a Sell By date of 02/28, 9 days ago. The dates are covered by a sticker. Does this happen in bakery or in other departments as well? It's a bit scary.

Was in Ingles my granddaughter had went to the restroom she came back and said that someone was in the bathroom screaming with pain and she didn’t know what to do. So I went and asked what I could do and she said I don’t know had her unlock the door and it was an employee I asked if I could get the manager and she said it wouldn’t do any good that she had been in there and told her to get back to work or she was fired.I am a nurse and not my place to judge but the lady kept grabbing her left side and would holler I asked if she wanted to go to the ER and she said I can’tthey will fire me. I told her it was her choice and her health she said yes call an ambulance I sent my granddaughter to tell the manager, she said quietly to herself or so she thought that she wasn’t going back in there and she already told her to get back to work.My granddaughter came back and I said stay with her I’ll meet the ambulance.We got to the restroom and the manager was in there.I said it’s not your judgment whether she needs the ER. I had asked the lady if this ever happened before and she said no. I also let the manager know I was very upset how she treated her employee. And that she should have helped her when she went in and said she would fire her. The manager said I never went in there and we have cameras. Hope the young lady is okay. Yes someone might need to check those cameras.

This Ingles has the most kind and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. We do most of our shopping through the “curbside “. We have yet to receive an order that was not correct. They even bagged cold items separately so they would be easy to identify when unloading.The inside of the store is always clean. Shelves are always stocked. And they carry items that you can’t find at the “mega” store down the road. Please keep up the good work ! Don’t start trying to cut corners. Especially in the meat dept. Highly recommend my hometown Ingles !!

The staff is wonderful but I am tired of buying loaf bread that is stale and Nilla wafers that are stale. This has happened many times now.

Kind of an older Ingles, but everything is well cleaned, and stocked. The staff is super friendly. Unfortunately, they can't figure out fresh sushi, the rice is too crunchy, but I can't knock um for much else. 4.5 Stars, Recommended

The store is clean, convenient with friendly staff.The store has a large variety of items to choose from.The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star; is the prices, which aren’t as competitive as other stores in area.

Sprouts has good organic produce at good prices. I love buying fresh organic produce at Sprouts. The only negative I have is they do not specify which country they get their organic bulk products such as pumpkin and sunflower seeds, lentils. legumes, nuts etc. It appears if they are from China, they are not specified, otherwise they try to specify.

Ingles has everything. They also offer things that other grocery stores don't offer. Like the Hartwell t-shirts, hats, and shorts. They offer Hart County Bulldogs apparel. They have men's and women's vitamins and beauty supplements. They truly have the best fried chicken, and chicken salad in town. They are a little pricey but it's worth it to me.

I got the $6 meal, Food was good at the deli. I saw a ad at the bottom of the menu that said add a 32oz drink to any meal for a $1, went to check out and it was $1.50, the lady who checked me out said it only applied to the $7 meal. Yall got some false advertising going on.

Overpriced because it's in a small town with little competition. Drive to Athens or Anderson SC and save money. And if you join their club, you only get money off on 20 gallons. Kroger will let you fill up your tank. But Ingles is cheap with their benefits and overprice all the groceries.
