This location sold me a pair of fake Jordan’s for $60 that they had displayed in the glass case at the front of the store. After I got the chance to get the shoes authenticated it came back that they are fake. They refused to refund me the $60 I spent with the reasoning being that they didn’t advertise them as being authentic??? Then why would they be in the glass display case at the front of the store with a price tag of $60 at a Goodwill store??? They OBVIOUSLY were selling them as authentic Jordan’s at that price. This could of been a simple return and they give me my money back as store credit and still get the $60 either way but no. Just wanted to make people aware because they had other name brand shoes in the display case with these that could in fact be fake too. Don’t waste your money like I did.

It is a great place. The employees are really nice. Im in there everyday. Everyday I find something new and/ or interesting. They are constantly putting things on the shelf. You never know what you are gonna find in there. Prices for the most part are reasonable. I have found a few thing priced a little high but it's still reasonable

This is the only store in Hartwell that you're not allowed to use the dressing rooms to make sure the clothes fit prior to purchasing. They have a no return policy, so if you misjudged your size, you're out the money. Won't be returning.

Are the dressing rooms open yet? They have been closed for years now and it’s causes more stress than good. I personally think that if people are going to try the clothes on in the middle of the isle over the clothes they are wearing, that’s more of a health hazard than them trying them on in the dressing rooms if we’re going to be serious about health. Why not do an item count and allow people to try them on in the bathroom if your going to keep the dressing rooms closed. If they are open I will start back shopping here as soon as tomorrow, if they aren’t I can go to Salvation Army and try them on there. Let me know.

Brick or brack is usually reasonable price but clothes have got to the point it sort of ridiculous what they ask for used clothes. 625 for a button-up shirt poor people no longer can afford to come here Goodwill ain't the Goodwill no more it's for the big man upstairs that can afford all these brand new stores that cost a million dollars and a million dollars to run a year you people should really be ashamed of yourself trying to pull the wool over people's eyes rich man still getting rich

Excellent service. Excellent price. My elderly mother came home from rehab today and all the bedside commodes that the insurance company would cover were all out of stock. Luckily, there were 3 very affordable bedside commodes to choose from and the associate took me straight to them and was very helpful and kind.

Manager was very grumpy. Telling a customer to take hangers off clothing while in line is rude and he lost the sale because that customer left. I had already paid or I would have walked out. Treating customers like that is inexcusable. Now let's talk about pricing! Ridiculous! Dollar store items priced at $5 is an insult to the customer. Broken trash needs to go in the bin, not in the shelf. We have spent a lot of money at this store, but they lost us as customers today!

Great place to shop! Just opened yesterday and their grand opening is this whole weekend. Giveaways every hour (you must be present to win however, which makes it more likely to win something, I feel like). 😊The employees are friendly and the clothes/shoes/household appliances selections are very nice. Nicer than most Goodwills I have been to.All in all, I think it's super nice and I'll definitely continue to shop here. 😊👍🏼

I’m disabled but can walk this store is going against the disabilities act by not offering at least a dressing room for handicapped people. in which I will report. The one star is because you keep your dressing rooms closed. I have little money and to buy a pair of pants there and they not fit due to locked dressing rooms causing me hardship just to get a store credit not to mention people standing over there trying clothes on over their street clothes that may be contaminated with something even worse than Covid. Other stores in Hartwell have their dressing rooms available and so should you and by the way REMEMBER WHO KEEPS YOUR DOORS OPEN AND YOUR JOBS THE CUSTOMERS RIGHT!!!!! Also I called your suggested number regarding this issue and they said they don’t have anything to do with the Hartwell store the lady on the phone there sounded like a doe doe in other words VERY UNEDUCATED ABOUT THE CORPORATION SHE WORKS FOR. Come on Man …you want our money and your clothing prices are ridiculous now but you don’t feel we should be able to try them on. Management needs to be fired.

This is the cleanest and most well organized Goodwill anywhere!!! Thanks so very much for taking the trouble to size your clothing. It is so very helpful!!!! Love shopping there snd would recommend. Would love to pass along to corporate office but I don’t know where to send comments there.

Goodwill in Hartwell GA is the best Goodwill there is. I almost hate to tell you lol. The prices are great and the selection is superb. It's organized and has the staff to die for. My family and I are regulars. We would rather shop there than anywhere! Love you Goodwill 👍💕 BGC

I'm so glad that the employee with her mask around her chin chased my husband and I out for not wearing a mask, while then returning the shopping cart I had just touched, smh. Ironically, you are selling donated goods that come from peoples houses, ect. Its laughable really. But, thankfully, there are some super cute local shops downtown that I spent my money at because they were friendly and did not require a mask, and neither does Walmart, lol. We Just shopped our local goodwill in Alabama last week, No face mask required.

I am in and out of a lot of Goodwill stores.you know you buy stuff and 3 months later you realize that you didn't put it on because it is either " not me" anymore, or I've lost or gained 5 or 10 lb, which is normal for me ,so the item no longer fits or you get it home, it was something for the house and you decided no it doesn't look as well as you thought it would, all this to say I go to Goodwill a lot. Aside from women's shelters or certain Church thrift shops that I like to donate to, when I say I've been in lots of Goodwill stores, I have. ( and) I've been in those stores in cities all over Georgia. I have to say this is the cleanest, most well-organized, and with the friendliest most helpful people of all the stores I've been in. It is not the largest but all of the above is true and for its size it beats every Goodwill I've been in. They had a huge selection of stuff everything was in good shape and I would highly recommend if you are the kind of person who uses that kind of store that you consider popping in if you happen to be in Hartwell, Ga.

Cashier needed help. Managers have complete control but sit in their offices. Finally came out to assist. The kicker, he didn't even acknowledge or apologize to me the customer for the inconvenience or long wait.

I come from Asheville NC. By far this good will is run very well. I've never seen a good will so organized and well kept. Way to go. I will be back I live in townville SC. I will drive a little further to come. Thank you this place is awesome.

We just shopped our last time at this Goodwill in Hartwell Ga. It was actually our first trip and our last. Women and Men jeans are all on the rack together and forget the shoes. The shoes were advertised for one price and at the register we paid $3 more. I should have listened to my friends advice and stayed away, but being the hard head that I am, I had to find out myself.
