Hartwell store is the bomb. Denise is a awesome manager. She is always ready to help find or hold item until I get to the store and knows what types of things I am looking for. All the other staff are helpful and ready to help. Pam and Autumn are both the best.

It’s a dollar tree, I know what I’m getting when I go but the only reason I’m reviewing is because the cashier. She was a wonderful cashier and working so hard through the line that was unending. she looked at her watch and said “oh I need to clock back in.” She was working on her break. HER BREAK. She wasn’t getting paid for all that work.

We love the Dollar Tree! Sure not everything is great quality, but you soon figure out what is and what isn't and only waste a dollar when it's not. But way more items are worth so much more than a dollar! We go there before our Walmart run to see what we can get there first and she big $$$!!!

Hartwell Dollar tree really needs to step it up. The store is always dirty, with items strewn across the floor, it looks like no one ever vacuums the place, stock is always low, and employees are very rarely seen unless called upon.I only ever stop here if I'm not going to be in Elberton anytime soon, seriously, get your act together. I know you're a smaller store, but you could do a lot better if you tried just a little.

The lady was very... rude she didn't have any manners .if she didn't like her job she shouldn't be workING there I used to work in a retail store and we NEVER made a customer uncomfortable . The lady was mopping the whole food allies I couldn't get any food it was 7 pm why mopping the store when yall don't close till 9

The store was clean and stocked. My only complaint is that their was only one employee in the store and a line of 10 to 11 guests.

I love dollar tree. Kind of a long wait in line because there's only one person working, but a great place to pick up party items in a hurry.

Poor customer service . The register froze up and the manager came out and said wait a minute and she stayed in about 5 to 6 minutes and there was five or more customers waiting . They only had one register opened. I don't think I will go back . I had a bad experience from this location more then twice.

This Dollar Tree is a typical store of this type is normally well-stocked my last visit revealed quite empty shelves low inventory although it is currently just after Christmas and that could have something to do with it my normal review of this store would have been higher

A store in a rich neighborhood with hateful and rude staff, (why am I NOT shocked?). A new store will be opening soon in the old Fred's at Royston; went there first based on web saying it was open, (LOL, with reviews!), but not yet finished. Per the above, will be glad as h--- when it is...

Needed more cashiers on holiday like Valentine's DAY, out of helium for some birthday ballons&anniversary balloons bouquets. Sorry but they are more things going beside Valentine@this time too!DISAPPOINTED TODAY!!😪

I always go to the Dollar Tree before I go to Wal-Mart. I save a ton of money! The clerk today was very nice and helpful! I give this visit an excellent rating!

Was the worst and rudest service I've ever had lady was moping half the store she told me the food section was closed since I was blind and couldn't see she was moping I put my basket down and walked out will never be back very rude and shouldn't this be done at closing it wasn't a spill wanted me to wait 20 mins to go down any food lanes
