It took 20 minutes for somebody to help me get a toothbrush out the locked cabinet. The lil high school self checkout employees seemed bothered & rude. I expressed my concerns with Barbra the manger & she RUDE and blamed ME for not standing back there for the key kid to unlock the cabinet but 1: I WAS ALREADY BACK THERE for 10 minutes 2: the kids KNEW I was at the self checkout waiting. Barbra took no responsibility and was nasty. I’m NEVER going to Walmart again if I can help it !!! I can’t even say it’s the younger generation because Barbra been around long enough to know better !!!!!

Ordered a custom cake online and was very pleased with the price and the cake itself. Monique that works in the bakery department has excellent customer service she called me to inform me of a change in icing. We decided on what was best. And she was very kind when I picked it up. I will order all my cakes from here from now on.

The biggest issue I have with this WalmartMost of the prices for the items are not correctThe store will not give you the merchandise at the price you seeAnd will be rude and disrespectful if you say something about it (not all employees)Update : I was contacted less than 24 hours will go up 1 ⭐Store contacted me to try to fix the issue thank you I will go up 1⭐But!!!!!!! If Walmart is not going to uphold certain policy why have the policy?

Absolutely the worse store. No one picks up the phones. Customer service is extremely terrible. Employees are lackadaisical and nonchalant including management. In person shopping experience was TERRIBLE hands down the worse Walmart in the area in my opinion based on my personal experience. If u could id rate them -zero (-0) out of 5 stars

I don't understand why they rarely have the motorized chairs available for the customers convenience. I have a very hard time maneuvering through the whole store without experiencing pain.

I just moved into the area and this is the walmart closest to me. They are horrible on pickup!! My order was delayed, which was ok because I received notice. However don't send me notice letting me know my order is ready for pickup and I wait outside for 2 1/2 hrs on staff to bring my items. I went to the back door just to see what the hold up was and the workers completely ignore me. What kind of service is this? They also left out things from my other order that had been paid for. I always have done pickup and I have never received this treatment. They need to do better!!! I Advise not doing any pickups. Order at your own risk.

I bought a rotisserie chicken that was overcook and very dry. The bag was filled with all the juices. Can’t be selling people bad food. Where is the QA? Walmart has gone down the drain

Trash pickup service. Don’t even bother. Either shop in person or order delivery. I went today at my pickup window. Waited a whole hour. No one even came and asked if I needed help or answered. The phone number has an outdated message from Christmas…it’s Jan 12th…I had to go in person inside the store the second time I came to pickup. Mind you, I had received confirmation in email, on the app, and on the phone that my groceries were ready and I still waited 20 minutes without a soul in sight. I went inside and the people working had no care. On their phones and talking amongst themselves oblivious to the twelve plus cars outside waiting. What is the point. 0/10 don’t waste your time.

Great, team stocking and keeping the place clean! They can do better with cashier ,assisting customers way faster instead of having the walking around using there cell phones.

We bought a splashing 60” basketball hoop for my kids today. We successfully got it in our cart with the help of an employee and we asked himif someone would come help us after we checked out and he said yes. Once we checked out we asked for an employee to help us get it in the car and she told us to go to customer service so once we got there we asked her another employee to help us and she called someone else. And she came to “help” and she just walked around. We waited for about almost 30 minutes for them to get someone. After we got someone we took it out to the car and we got it in. Thank you to the man that helped us. 4/10 on customer service. The pictures below are showing that we waited at the front of the store waiting for someone to come help us.

I love this Walmart! It is nice neat and clean! The customer service is good and friendly. They have greeters at the door. It is huge and have a Lot Of products but I have never seen it very crowded. They know how to get people in and out. They are always upgrading and remodeling the interior and exterior of the building. This makes it a great asset to the community beautification. Thank you Walmart for your great products at a great price! 👍🏽🙌🏽👏🏽💯‼️

Lawn and garden, food department and more is 100% better than the one on Willow Lane hands down ! Have not encountered such helpful and kind staff anywhere like there in a long time ! I rather drive further out to them then going to the nasty Walmart on Willow Lane ! The rating at this Walmart here is not justified!

Tire center is horrible I've been sitting here over two hours for a slow leak on a new tire that walmart sold and installed these guys in back kicking it like they at a park women are being placed before me without appointments that simply walked in...maybe I should send a woman to get faster service if you don't have 3 hours to wast on a new tire with a slow leak please go elsewhere...PLEASE😡😡😡😡

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!! I had three items that rang up for more than the posted prices. I had to show pictures with prices to customer service because the young man at the register said he goes by the price online, which were higher prices. I did speak with 'Coach' (mgmt) who said she would tend to the matter. I have put in a call above store mgmt because there are elderly people, people on fixed incomes, or people who just expect integrity who shop at Walmart who are being taken advantage of by Walmart stealing these small amounts that may go unnoticed if you are not paying attention. One thing is for certain, they are not going to request an audit and give any amount of money back to the very people who keep them in business that they are stealing from! So, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!

Ordered a cake to be picked up at 10 am, 3 hours late and it's still not ready. No one answers the phone in the bakery OR at the main number. This walmart is literally next door to my house, and I will NEVER spend my money here again. Workers act like you're annoying them by being there, and there are never enough registers open. The ones that are open are self-checkout and either don't take cash or don't take cards; never just a working register. I'll drive 3 minutes down the road for a great experience at Kroger from now on.

There is no reason that an order that is “ready for pickup” should take over an hour to come out. One time took three hours. The inside is okay, but pick up I would not recommend

I'm a new Door Dasher and haven't received a hard copy of my card, I only have access to my virtual card and it needs to be keyed in. Manager Barbra told me it's Walmart policy to not key in card information and to use the Walmart, while it is inconvenient to do so I said ok and asked for a pen to write down my card info. There was a note pad on the counter so I tore off a 3 inch square and manager Barbara proceeded to berate for doing that. I work in customer service and that was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Thank you manager Barbara, I'm never shopping here again. I work hard for my money and I'm not going to use it to help pay such an unprofessional person.

I went shopping here at 12:15 PM. It was not packed. I found everything I needed. Self checkout was fast. I also purchased a money order. There was not a line. They are $1 too! Customer service was great in both places! I left at 1:15 P.M. I love going to any Walmart late morning or early afternoon!

It's holiday season ... this super center Walmart will be busier than the normal. Think about traffic, parking, the amounts of people in the store, and the time you go, so you're not feeling too congested.

This Walmaet has Zero Customer Service. My suggestion is you take all your managers and retrain them. The manager is customer serive was rude and very condescending when she was speaking to us about our issue with a return we were trying to make. If I could give zero stars I would.

The old man in the electronic dept is rude and refused to help me because he Said they were closed since when does the electronic department have different hours than the rest of walmart?? Yea needless to say I've received help at numerous other Walmarts about the same issue around the same times and never have I been told such a thing.. smh

I normally do pick up, and as much as customer services has been on the poor scale lately all around the spectrum, the gentleman here who bring your groceries out to you have been top scale and it's always a pleasure!
