Terrible experience!!! The pharmacy shorted me on a recent prescription and then lied after watching the video of the pharmacy tech “correctly” filling the prescription. Not only did they lie, they also kept the $50 I paid for the 5 pills they didn’t give me. No integrity. I will not be a customer in the future. Customer beware.

I work for a company that ships fedex boxes with walgreens. Use them all over the state. For some reason the lady INSTANTLY saw the box and said we cant take these they dont fit.Lazy workers not wanting to work.

DO NOT BY IMPORTANT MEDICINEHERE! See bottom for update Pharmacy is not the greatest, I transferd my prescriptions from north east expressway location to here because its closer to home, there seems to always be an issue, I get 90 day supply, and they couldnt fill but 30 days, told me to call back later in the month. NEE, alway completed and call me when they got the rest of the product, I tried to call them for the balance sat on hold for 46 mins, the suddenly they hung up, I could tell they were picking up the reciever and putting it on hold over and over. I call again, same process , 29 mins on hold. Hung up and call North East Expressway, done in 3 minutes, do yourself a favor, Dont use Hill street Pharmacy. Poorly ran, not customer friendly.. 2nd update : decided to give them another chance, recieved a text from walgreen to fill a life saving medicine for AFIB treatment. Replied to the request fill medicine on the day they texted. Two days later they sent a text medicine was ready, went to the store to pick up, drive thru was closed, so went inside , it was , like watch the most disorganized group of people. Work, I stood in a line of 4 customers for 25 minutes, when I finally got to the pharmacy attendant, I showed her the text , saying the medicine was ready, she looked it up and said, we dont have anything for you. I said , you guys texted me. She kept looking for a while, the the pharmacy attendant said they were out of the product, which dosnt make sense. You know the amount of medicine you require ,by the amount of prescription you agreed to to fill, I can only assume the inventory is poorly kept. Long story short. They ran me out of the medice that can prevent me from having a stroke, 2 times 3 months!!! DO NOT BUY IMPORTANT MEDS HERE.

Rude not professional and slow. Slow service.. different prices when picking up the medicine than what was discussed over the phone before driving 20 miles to get here. Then we we told the woman at the drive thru, she told us to pull around and wait inline again, in order for them to get the price down as we discussed over the phone A DAY ahead of time. Besure to keep everyone the same page when dealing with your customers.

I’ve been going here for years. LATELY they can’t seam to get it together. You get messages from the app that claims your prescription is ready. Upon arrival they say “it will be 30 minute we’re not quite ready”. !!! What? I why did you enter it as complete then? I know these people are very busy but don’t send me a message telling me my order is ready when clearly it’s not.I went in for a COVID test on a Tuesday for travel. Thursday I had to leave work early to get the result because they couldn’t answer the phone. I get there and they print it off for me. I asked them to email it to me like they are supposed to because I needed it as a pdf to upload to Deltas website . I was on The road and didn’t have access to a computer. She said she would and never did. Service has become sub par like their competitors.

I am trying to check the status of my prescription and cannot reach anyone to talk to only a recording. This isn’t beneficial when you have to travel 15 miles There should be someone you can talk to if you have questions about the time the prescription will be ready. Carried it on Friday it was suppose to arrive today. I have called three times and still can’t get through to talk to someone.
