Steve is one of the best groomers I’ve taken my YorkiPoo (Barbie) to. The first time I got a trim and it was the best trim. Then I went for a full cut and he did an immaculate job. She’s always brighter and smells good. Thank you Steve ☺️

It's a lot going on in there due to it being a flower shop too. I think they have outgrown the place! Aside from that they do a great job grooming my 3 year old Male Maltese. I always call last minute and they fit me in and their prices are wonderful.

It was reasonably priced. I didn't appreciate the male groomer calling Gold a "nightmare". He's a dog and NOT all dogs are well behaved when grooming. Lose the attitude, it shows a black of professionalism, and it's poor customer service. My mother liked the haircut and that's the good thing.

I had both of my dogs being groomed at pretty paw for about 2 years. This guy that came and took over name Steve is rude and unprofessional. He messed up my dog twice. The lady told me I would get a percentage off. She was nice and had serviced me before. He was rude about it and said he would not take my dogs if I complained again. Saying that I wanted something for free. I have paid every other time. Money is definitely not the issue. Guess what I will not allow him to even get my dogs. He gave my dog a mullet.😂 His attitude and customer service is terrible.

DO NOT SCHEDULE ONLINE!! Scheduled a grooming appointment online only to arrive & be told NOT to use the online scheduler because it doesn't go to the groomer. The groomer had an attitude the moment I walked in. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my dog to get groomed. I was trying to give Pretti Paws another chance with grooming but they've just lost a returning customer due to the lack of customer service.The cuts in the past have been good which is why I gave 2 stars but the attitute today & in the past is what caused them not to have 5 stars. Very disappointed!!

We took ou Poodle that has been going there for 4 yrs and they refused to groom they lost shot record had to take new set to them and they refused again having everything posted on dogs card except last visit and shot records for all 3 dogs we have .Then my smallest dog they did a crappy job on groom and told us to bring him back to have his glands done in a week you don't do glands that often .2 weekends in a row tied up with them now paying another groomer to do the job right .....On the 3rd Saturday we took our Poodle to Poodles by Bob/Sassy Paws and they didn't not have 1 problem grooming him and he looks better than he every did ....Thank goodness for true animal loving groomer.

First of all when I first walked in the two ladies upfront were extremely rude. They acted like we were bothering them while they were eating. When I went to the back to check out the grooming area, I was told to step away from the door. What I did see was appalling! I would never take my dog there. The whole place was unsanitary and unorganized. The dogs being groomed were scared and anxious. The groomers looked as if they had no idea what they were doing. The restrant being used was all wrong they literally had a little dog tied up and was blasting him with a huge dryer. Seriously the little dog would have went flying across the room if it had not been tied up. Their should be a inspection on this business.

Pretti Paw is the "ONLY" choice for grooming the family pets,dogs and cats, that we love.Yorkie,dachshunds,chihuahuas,all are treated with kindness and love here.The groomers are very professional,clean and tend to every detail from bathing, nail trim,hair cutting.We will continue to come to Pretti Paw pet groomers for our pets needs.Thank you "PRETTI PAWS" !!!!

One lady in there is really nice and my dog loves her, does an excellent job everytime but recently another lady has been trimming and bathing my dog and the burns have been so bad that she has had to go to the vet. Cuts all over her and she didn't even express concern about my dogs health... I cant risk my dog going here anymore

Well first they told me it would not take long 3 hrs later still not done loose hair all over her and my poor zoey looked like I let a 5 yr old groom her.
