Went in to find some specialty dog food, trying to avoid certain allergens. The worker was stocking shelves and asked if we needed help. We talked about the list of what we were trying to avoid and some brands we had seen online. She carefully went through shelves, bags of dog food, helping us find something that would work.

On February 29, 2024 I had a 3:30 grooming appointment and was totally disappointed with the mix-up that occurred and my Furbaby was not able to be groomed on that day. I was truly looking forward to it, since it had been difficult for me to get him groomed due to a health challenge. The Store Manager Yolanda called me on March 1, 2024 and was Amazing, and immediately came up with a resolution to the situation! Yolanda went above my expectations and she called back with a opening for Saturday. I encountered Tammy on Saturday who clearly Loves what she does with the furbabies, and she is very skillful; my Bailey Looks Awesome!!! I have found my groomer, and I Highly recommend this Location; way to go to keep Customer Retention, and Outstanding Customer Service was provided!

This location usually has the dog food I need and the staff is helpful. They were able to answer questions I had. I even had a coupon this time which was nice because my dog eats expensive dog food.

Prices kind of went up on the food I prefer for my puppies but I understand that this is a business and they have to make smart decisions. I still enjoy going to get items for my puppies and I love the fact they offer grooming. They see very helpful and they ask questions to make sure you found the right items you need for your little best friends. This is one of my go to places because they're always stocked with the items I need.

Absolutely TERRIBLE (Morrow,GA). The young lady that assisted me in getting my fish and shrimp was netting those poor fish as if she was netting bass. She was chasing the fish around the tank, uprooting all of the decorations and stirring up the water. When I suggested to her to go slower, as not to stress out the fish, she responded that she wasn't going to take 15 minutes to get one fish and have her arm lose feeling. One of the neon tetra was dead when I got home. The fish shrimp started dying daily. Those that were left, seem to be well enough to take out of my quarantine tank and put into their new home. I took back dead fish and shrimp and was given a refund instead of replacement fish and shrimp. I was told they were not selling fish at that time for me to be able to replace them. A couple more days go past and I noticed the white spot on the tail of one of the Platinum Mollies. Now I'm dealing with a tank-wide outbreak of Ich!!! This is a heavily planted tank that now looks awful from having to do frequent water charges and gravel vacuuming while medicating the tank. I guess I know now why they were selling fish at the time. I've lost nearly every fish and all the shrimp, the ones that I bought from that store, from the McDonough PetSmart (that store is great, btw) and the ones that I put in from other tanks. The worst part however, is I've been calling corporate and no one from management from the Morrow store or corporate, had reached out to me. I've spoken with some amazing agents who are friendly, helpful and empathetic, but management had seriously dropped the ball. I placed an order for pickup at the McDonough store and my frozen blood worms were left out of the order. I responded to the emailed, how was your visit survey and mentioned that the item was left out of my order, but I went back and picked it up the next day. Although it was a bit inconvenient, I enjoyed coming back to look around. Had I needed the item ASAP however, it wouldn't have been ok. That manager emailed me the next day, apologized and invited my back to the store, asking me to ask for her the next time I came in. Now that's good management. Well, I have to go in and count the dead. I just couldn't bring myself to go check that tank earlier this morning. What was so enjoyable is now traumatic and back breaking.

The hours on the phone and online said the close at 7:00 pm on Sunday and I just drove all the way up here I live 30 mins away and they close at 6:00 pm and it says on Google confirmed by the business 4 days ago so if you are going to change your hours update the hours on your phone and online.

Customer service was awesome at this location, very professional as soon as you walk in you are greeted the staff was wonderful.Grooming: Miss Tammy was amazing with my baby smoke! He has high anxiety from a prior bad grooming experience which I explained to Tammy and she was so gentle with him and I loved that. She was very fast and provided an update on how he did after! You can truly tell she cares about your baby just as much as you! I’m happy to say I found him a new groomer.

Krista made my babies look like Show dogs and my babies were treated with great care. Her scissoring skills are stellar. They were able to clean my boys ear like never before. I really appreciate great service and they delivered. Everyone from check in to check out were super friendly and nice.

Has a decent amount of stuff for a micro store but I still have to go to Fayetteville for my dogs senior food or order it online and have it delivered to my house. They have everything else I need, the store is clean and the staff is always friendly.

They always have what I need, it's always clean, and the staff are excellent. I mentioned my rescue and wanting to socialize him more, in passing, to the cashier. He told me the days and times that he works when they aren't too many people there so my baby won't be too overwhelmed. It was so nice and unexpected.

I’ve been trying to get my puppy appointment but it seems like every time we have one it’s a problem with the store. Today we came in they told us to come early bc they didn’t have many pets there. We get in they told us he weighed to much and due to health reasons (they were sick ) mind you it was a two dogs already getting groomed they couldn’t take him!

I've never had anyone other than my Vet clip my dogs claws. Out of desperation I called and made an appointment for 2 of the 3. When I got there I did warn the groomer that both were not accustomed to being handled by strangers and to feel free to muzzle the terrier. I was assured they were comfortable with both dogs. I will mention both dogs are very well trained. No problem. Two very happy tail wagging dogs and was told both were well behaved.I will definitely be back.

I love taking my one year old pit bull here! He loves the people and they love him too. They always take time to give him attention and give him lovings!! They have a great selection of everything i could need for my sweet boy. He also gets his nails drilled in the grooming part of the store, they are overall a great pet store and i will always come there for my pet needs 😊😊

Had my dog groomed by Meredith, she took the time to listen to all of my concerns. My dog got a little lonely not having me around and Meredith stepped in and gave her some extra attention and a hug. Thanks for doing a wonderful job.
