If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly at any other establishment ever! I tried to return some decor that I recently purchased from this location and I lost the receipt so I simply asked if I could exchange it for in store credit as I changed my mind about the purchase. I did not expect a refund. I shop here weekly and I just wanted store credit. The cashier named Nancy has an extremely vile and disgusting attitude and she should not be allowed to work in retail or any customer service related position. She demanded that I provide her with a credit card to search for the transaction. I used a gift card originally but she refused. She tried to say they didn’t sell these items anymore which was a complete lie because I went back to verify and they still carry these items as it has not been long since I purchased them. I asked for my items back and said I would take them to another location. She said that’s not necessary and I explained it was since she was not willing to help me. She acted as if she was not going to release my purchased items back to me. I had to ask her multiple times and she finally threw my stuff back in the bag and I took them. She was extremely rude. I will not shop at this location anymore. You would think they would be trying to re establish customer relationships considering the store just rebuilt from a catastrophic tornado. Clearly customer service means nothing to this location.

Nice store, but something was off. The manager was at the front door, as this was grand opening day, but he didn't greet anyone, and when we checked out our cashier was very rude.

Good Hobby Lobby, most everyone was friendly. Some of them seemed like they were in a foul mood, but 3 of the 5 I personally encountered seemed very friendly and helpful.

There are 4 handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces. The store is well organized and in outstanding shape. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered this store. My Grandma had a picture framed in this store and they did an excellent job. The picture frame was lovely to look at and honored the memory of my dead Aunt Dussie. Overall, I am happy with purchase here.

This is a very good place to buy your arts and crafts as well as your home decor. They have a little bit of everything at decent prices. It looks like there's always a sale going on. Either that or I've always caught them between seasons and they're trying to clear everything out to setup the next holiday..... Either way check this place out. I doubt you leave empty handed or disappointed.

Great selection. They have a little bit of everything and alot of starter stuff for new and experimenting artists. They have a large yarn and fabric section. Can get some silicone baking pans here as well.

Great place to find those nick necks you didn't know you wanted. Lol. It's pricy but unique. I go there often just to see cool and neat stuff. Staff is usually nice and pleasant.

I was looking for an item and I ask one associate for help and she told me she wasn’t clocked in then I asked two more employees who only told me the aisle and wouldn’t stop what they were doing to help me even though they were an aisle over. Needless to say another customer helped me. Customer service is everything if you don’t plan on helping anyone then don’t walk around the store in your apron. Thank God my attitude is much better now. I love hobby lobby but I rather order offline now or go to Walmart.
