This store was disheveled , carts in the isleways full of products and boxes . shelves mostly empty and not restocked . had to leave quickly. trash in the parking lot . employee was nice but he belched during service and didn't t offer a bag for product. glass doors to enter were smudged and dirty .

Great staff, the employees are awesome .. We (my mom and i) usually shop the store after dinner so its almost closing time, and they have never been rude or unwelcoming. (Hard to do at a convenience store)Store floors, and shelfs, are not bad actually!! .. Its a small store but cleaner, and more organized than some other stores. Check out line moves fast. 👍

This Dollar General store is very clean and well organized. The store has plenty of free and handicap parking (two spots). The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products sold in this store. You can walk in the store. The only problem I have with this store is that many times the employees don't have on a mask, so you are shopping at your own risk. That is why I am giving this store 3 out of 5 rating. The $5.00 of $25.00 is a good incentive to shop here, but the lack of mask makes me worry for my family's safety.

I am highly disappointed in this store. So today I approach an employee asking her to get the only item that I needed off the shelf. The lady openly said how it was a hassle. This store does not believe in assisting customers anymore I see.

Store is decently stocked and clean. I dont care for the layout of the store though it feels too closed in. I much preferred going to Fred's but now they are not in this area.The staff is friendly although dont expect to be able to get in and out in a quick fashion unless you get lucky and are the only shopper in the store. They could utilize the second register but I only see 1 register in operation and I've been in the store about 30 times.

The store is Nasty and dirty the staff is rude most of all they close it down early every day!! Or close it at random times throughout the week !! Don't waste your time this store needs a good business meeting or shut down !!

Clean, gentleman cashier was very helpful and curtious. Didn't have to wait in line forever and a day. I was short some change, and he told me not to worry about it, very awesome.

Doesn't matter what Dollar General you shop in you will always stand in line due to only 1 cashier. The only pro for this group is their choice to update their stores look and feel. Unfortunately their cons outweigh all pro's. There is always merchandise carts loaded with merchandise in the aisles. Always someone outside smoking leaving the 1 cashier running the register with a bad attitude. I like DG because it is more convenient than Walmart but their hiring process and training needs to change or their management.

So today, we were profiled, harassed, accused of shoplifting, and searched by law enforcement, at this particular Dollar General. Apparently, it is classified as suspicious activity, to carry a large purse, and shop for longer than 30 minutes. We were met at the register by law enforcement, then taken to the back to be searched, interrogated, and humiliated, only to be released with an apology, that they were "only doing their job." Thank you, Dollar General, for the adventurous morning! We will no longer be doing business with you.

Things were not placed with the right prices.i bought a little stand with baskets on ot. It was marked as twenty bucks on the rack got to check out it said 30. I went back and looked at the labels on the shelf and none of them was listed as my exact item.

It's a good place to just pick up something quick. ..it's just a cluster mess...they have 50% off on their clothes. ..but it's not very organized for you to look and figure out what's on sale and what's not

ABSOLUTE WORST STORE IN GRIFFIN!!! WENT TO BUY BREAD AND FOUND ROACHES!! WENT TO BUY COFFEE SND HAD ROACHES!! WENT TO BUY SOCKS AND IT HAD ROACHES!! WENT TO USE THE TOILET AND MORE MF ROACHES!! So then, I TOOK A GOOD HARDY CACA IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SALES FLOOR, THE ONLY PLACE WITH NO ROACHES.

Dollar general as a whole needs to work on merchandising all of the stores have the same look dirty cluttered and nothing on the shelves..because all the product is either on the floor or in the back of the store
