Passing through the area, and stopped in to kill some time. We ended up buying several items, from light bulbs and switch plates to some holiday items. The young guy who helped us, Luke, was one of the friendliest, respectful, and most knowledgeable salespeople I've encountered in a long time. A+++

Griffin Hardware isn't what it used to be. They'll probably have what you need if it's common, everyday house use, or nuts and bolts.All Ace stores used to have someone knowledgeable in every area, but my experience said that's not true, anymore..Needed some help with a plumbing product, but was told they don't have a plumber working there.I tried to look on my own, but couldn't find what I needed, so I gave up.Seemed as though I was a nuisance to the associate that asked if he could help.He did point out which aisles had plumbing projectsI miss the old Ace Hardware experience

They have most everything I need and their customer service is Superior. You WON'T find this level of customer service at Home Depot or Lowe's. The employees are very courteous and professional. Its my favorite Hardware store.

Walked in to spend 300 dollars asked a guy where restroom was , he replied we don’t have a public restroom . I didn’t get his name , beard heavy set maybe in his 40”s male .So I quietly walked out without buying anythingCustomers has a right to spend their money where they want , and this place isn’t getting itI have a medical conditionThanks ace griffin you will be place I tell everyone stay away from

Very well organized & stocked! They had some 5/8 x 20 fine threaded bolts in various sizes which were not available at the other home improvement stores. This will be my new store for nuts & bolts!

Horrible customer service. Bought 3 pieces of glass. 2 were cut wrong when I called several times left messages. Nobody returned my calls. When I went there the tape measure was bent I told them that. They got mad threw the tape measure and then got another employee that originally cut it wrong . Said he Nevers cut them wrong. Basically took my money and didn't want to do anything about it. Wanted me to buy more glass. I don't recommend spending any of your money there. If you need glass cut visit. Griffin Glass company Awesome customer service and price is fair considering they stand behind there products and services . Only left one star so I can post review.

What I love best is the ability to get in and find what I want fast and then get out fast. NO Waiting. They have all the Spring plants and even onion sets, not an easy thing to find.

They go over and above for their customers. Especially for Sthil power equipment customers. Buy Sthil equipment from a dealer and take advantage of their reputation. Buy it online from someone shady and save $3. But loose the warranty...it's not worth it.

Store was organized and neat. I was able to find exact piece of hardware I needed easily. Employee saw me and asked if I needed any assistance. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. (Sorry I didn't get his name). The store was easy to access and I would utilize this location again!

The staff was very helpful and nice. He was a younger gentleman and when he couldn’t find the part I needed, he called a senior associate to help. Although he only found one of the parts I needed, he gave me a great resource for the other. Thanks Ace Hardware

I ordered the Traeger Flat Rock last night on their website. They sold it out from under me!!Confirmation email received. Email received the next morning as well, telling me it's all set and ready to go, and then 5 minutes later another email received saying my order was cancelled.So I call to see what's up. Turns out the night before, someone had come into the store and said they'd like this same Flat Rock (that I had just bought) but he'd pick it up the next day. He leaves and DIDNT pay for it yet. So now, the Flat Rock that I PAID for, was given to someone else. And my money is sitting in limbo, because even though they said they released the funds, it's a Saturday morning and my bank won't release the hold until Monday.So no Traeger for my weekend and no money to buy a new one. Just an "I'm sorry" over and over - which helps nothing.I won't be shopping at this store again.

The hardware store Where people know what they have in their store and are willing to help. The person who helped me actually took the time to figure out that I needed a 3/8" fiting instead of a 5/8"Ace really is the place with the helpful hardware person.

Every time I've ever visited this store the customer service was excellent. The store is well stocked with most anything you're looking for. This store is spacious and clean. The only issue is that employees were not wearing mask. And, during these times "that's a big issue" for me. So, to each person shop your health. If you don't care about the wearing of mask this is the best hardware store to shop at. If, you do care I'd wait until after the pandemic to shop here. But, it's an awesome hardwood store!

Prices for everything seem high here but that's because it's better quality stuff. The same is true with the customer service. Not to mention they have a few things for sale I can't find anywhere else except online.

Very friendly staff. I got a great price on an extension ladder which had a $10 rebate the cashier applied. I live 45 minutes away and called to ask if they could hold one for me. They had one remaining in stock and agreed to hold it. They are usually the only place around with good quality pinestraw for a low price, but were out. The employee who brought my ladder out to my SUV apologized for not having any. He wished me safe travels as I tied down the ladder to the luggage rack.

Realky feels good to still get a person to help you in a hardware store. You don't get one on one service at the big stores like Home Depot (just to mention one).
