I adopted a female dog about 2 months ago that was abused by her previous owner then was left stranded on the side of the road. When i got to the place where they keep the dogs i saw her. Her name was leia, she looked me in the eyes and i knew she was gonna be my best buddy. Till this day she is still my best buddy.

Such sweet people that I met here, I came 30 minutes before their closing time and they treated me so kindly. I already knew I would be coming late but they didn't act like I made them prolong their day although I knew I did. And I ended up taking two dogs home with me. Very caring and kind people here

The young lady who was working showed us the cats and a large breed puppy. We did not find our perfect fitting fur baby, but the attendant was very helpful and handled the animals with care and professionalism. Thank you

Everyone was very nice upbeat cages were clean. And the most beautiful dog just for me. Her name is Kaffee. She seems to be very smart I tell her to sit and she sits I ask her if she needs to go out she goes out and does her business. Browner home gave her a bath ask her to get in the tub and she got in with no trouble at all and stood there while I gave her a bath. So playful so sweet thank you all for your help and finding my lifelong pet. She has a forever home with me.

The staff is very protective of the animals and have awesome attitudes. They make sure you are going to be good owners to your animals and they will arrange for them to be spayed and/or nutered.

This anima Ctrl center is a joke. Just recently adopted a puppy. Asked SPECIFICALLY if pup had parvo. They REASSURED NO. Took to my personal vet, and what do you know, he tested positive for parvo. Now that I have gotten attached to the pup, I am informed that I could lose him???!!!!!.. Spoke with Shawn at the control CTR, but all have says is bring my puppy back and let them treat him. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I don't think you ever tested him. Put my dog back in your care Shawn????? You've gotta be kidding me. Your business is ran with the customers heart not even considered. I will NEVER adopt from you again and will relay my story to everyone that I come in contact with. You, Shawn, have no compassion or empathy for your clients. STAY AWAY

These people have empathy for the animals they rescue. They assisted me in filing a complaint recently about a badly neglected horse who was actually eating dirt off the ground and extremely under weight. I pray for this horse as I cannot get this image out of my mind.

If I could give zero stars I would they treated me like a piece of garbage bc I was there for a free adoption they wrote me about ! I left out in tears and I'm an 8 month pregnant women and all they did was act like I was wrong for asking about one of THERE free adoptions !
