We just had a great chicken strip lunch for $7. 00 at the Glenville, GA DQ. It was the best fast food experience we have had in years! The service was great, the food was perfect, and place was immaculate! We even got coupons to pick up a sundae for later!Job well-done, Glenville DQ!

Gentlemen at the register struggled to understand the order (I ordered no bun for a burger since my son is gluten free). A female staff member came in and completed the order. Then discovered they doubled 1/2 the order when they brought the food to the table. I thought the total was a little high but I didn't check the receipt. That's my fault. They couldn't figure out giving me a partial refund so they refunded the entire meal and charged me correctly the 2nd time. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. However, they do have some gaps in training.

The food was ok. I ordered a strawberry sundae and it had syrup but no strawberries. I was told by the young lady working that I’ll get whatever was in the scoop. Ok, and I’ll go elsewhere from now on also!

I don't eat a great deal of fast food. It when I want a quick and tasty meal, this DQ is a go-to choice. It's clean, well-staffed, and well-managed. My order is always delivered to me at my seat within a couple of minutes and the meal is delicious. The food is hot and tastes as if the people who prepared it want diners to enjoy the experience. This place really does serve fan food as opposed to fast food. This spot is always packed because diners appreciate the effort that goes into preparing and serving a good meal at a reasonable price.

Owner is really great. Employees always get the order wrong. I come here often because my daughter is obsessed with fries. If my order is wrong, they treat me like I'm scamming them. Like I spent 30 dollars to scam them out of 2.50 fries

I like the food, but I ended up walking out without service my last visit a few days ago. Nobody else in the place and apparently it was more important to show off how well you make a cone with another co-worker, or clean the ice cream machine, or walk in and out of the back area (office?) then it was to help a customer standing there. One person handling the window (only person I saw actually working), two people handling the counter and two people walking in and out of the back, maybe the cooks. I finally just left.I hope it's just a one time thing.

Ice cream real runny today. Not a lot put into my bananna split. Also got a medium size sundie. The amount of ice cream was about a small size. If it was more solid. Milshake was more like milk with whip cream on it. However still a great taste.

This restaurant closed an hour before closing time. The webview page says closes at 10 p.m. I wanted something from this restaurant but they were closed. McDonald's stays open for 24 hours, but Dairy Queen closes earlier than it's supposed to. At least McDonald's is more forthcoming for customers unlike Dairy Queen and other places in Glennville.

The food was great. We stopped on our way back to FL. The bathroom was nice and clean.Wish I had been able to get an ice cream cone as Dairy Queen is my favorite.

This dairy queen is hands down the kindest one. I sat inside with my son waiting on my husband to get done with an interview down the street . i had no $$ and we were super hot. Some kids came in and we're eating ice cream my son looked so sad cause he couldn't get one. I think the cashier saw his reaction so she gave my son a free cone . she doesn't know how much that meant to me and him 🍦❤

When you walk in, there is a warm feeling inside.Everybody knows that if they look at Dairy queen they think either about a burger, fries, chicken, a smoothie, or a blizzard.Dairy queen has that affect on people's lives.At DQ everybody is respected and allowed to work there.But getting back to what I was saying not even body builders can resist the sweet cold dessert.

Food is too expensive. The customer service is trash. The employees here are rude and if you ask them to take anything off your order, they will have an attitude about it. Also pay attention to the menu and always look at your receipt because they will either overcharge you or charge you for things you didn’t receive.

This DQ will make food as you order it and give great customer service as they do. The Peanut Butter Bash has been discontinued, but ny wife loves it and we know the ingredients to order. They listened and completed our order well. Thanks, DQ!ingredients if you want to try one:Large hot fudge and peanut butter sundae with the hot fudge and peanut butter above and below the ice cream with a Chocolate Chunk topping.YUMMMMM!

Sad to say, but this is the first time my wife and I stopped in while traveling thru to see the grandkids that we did not have a good experience: our burgers AND fries were not fresh not hot, don't know what happened, but it was a first for us, as we stop there almost monthly.

The DQ in Glennville has fast, friendly service and they've got excellent burgers. I love their Freedom Fries too! And of course, DQ icecream is great. We really enjoy the Glennville DQ and feel we get great food, great service, and great value.

This place is just awesome. It's clean and bright and the staff are so pleasant. The food is fantastic and of course the sweet treats are amazing. A local favorite of mine.
