I drive over an hour and a half because I know that my babies are treated with love and kindness. Tracy has gone above and beyond. I found a poodle at an intersection that was in shambles. Tracy stayed long after closing time transforming this horribly matted dog back to life. He couldn’t even see, this was clearly his first groom. The time and care and compassion she showed him money can’t buy!

Tracey is the picture of professionalism everything she does is impeccable. I love the way she handles the animals. She is so good with them very gentle and understanding with all of them. She is also a professional when her styles are done. They are amazing they always come out looking beautiful, smelling fresh and happy, I would absolutely recommend her to everyone. I have 54 dogs that she has taken care of for me on many many occasions, and I am extremely happy with her.

although they had a problem with their plumbing they managed to finish my dog up and they did a fantastic job ! considering my dog is very anxious. Super nice owner and colleague and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to groom their dog, good prices as well. Will definitely be back 👍!!!

My sweet baby had her second groom ever and I wish I hadn't. I explained everything. That she just had surgery on April 8th, that she was extremely nervous due to this. That she will let me comb her but not her tail or hocks. That she snapped at me for the first time ever after her surgery. That she is normally not aggressive unless it's over food.I was told by the sweetest lady that everything would be fine. That she would make sure Tracy knew everything. That they would be a couple of hours and would try to finish as soon as possible. I thought great this will be good. No other dogs were there so I was content.2 hours later I started getting nervous. 3 hours and I called. I was told she was good. They got off the phone quickly. 4 hours and I was a bundle of nerves. My niece needed to go to the store and because it was close to the same location I asked her if she would go in and check on Liath. Ten minutes later she said you need to come in.I was told she would not get on the table. Tracy was pulling her by a leash that tightens as you pull. Liath had drool all over her. Liath doesn't drool as a norm. She would shy away from Tracy and I wasn't used to the behavior she was showing.I pulled on the leash to get it away several times before it was released to me. I asked if I could brush her. I took her over to the sitting area and started to gently brush her. She was very nervous. Eventually I requested a comb, I use one at home. I was doing everything I could to help make Liath comfortable. She loves to get in my lap, climb on me, and to be in a hugging position. She wasn't having it. I said I think we are done about 3 times. Tracy had gone on to her next project. The other dogs were very happy. They were enjoying the spa day. The place was friendly, clean and everything looked great. My dog wasn't happy at all. The lady who told me everything would be fine came out, she said Liath bit her. Liath has chewed on me many times as a puppy, she has nipped my ex and I know what her bite looks like. Her nip leaves blood, if she bit anyone they would be in the emergency room. Please use words correctly. I was so worried and should have used my gut instinct. I didn't, that's on me. I paid for her bath. I was told I should have drugged her. Maybe so, or you could have gotten done on her level, you could have helped her to not feel so nervous.Was the groomer bad? No.Was this groomer professional? Yes.Will I return? No.Was the bath worth the cost? Yes.I don't have any bad feelings towards anyone, just feel that I need to share my experience so that people can understand that not every dog will have a great experience. The dogs that were there were very happy. Just not my baby.

Tracy did a phenomenal job grooming and caring for our goldendoodle, Bosa! He has a skin condition that causes his skin to be very dry and flaky, which caused scabs and subsequent infection. When he went for grooming it had been too long since his last haircut and he had several mats, so Tracy had to shave him to remove them. She took amazing care with him during his baths, including calling his vet to ensure she used the proper medicated shampoo for him. She spent hours with him and gave him several breaks so he didn’t get overwhelmed. She cared for him as if he were hers, and I’m so grateful. We’re finally on track to keep Bosa healthy, and a big part of that is due to Tracy’s time and effort to figure out what worked well for him. I’m so thankful to have found a groomer I trust completely.

I got a golden doodle that was severely neglected , fur Nodded so bad with sores, he was so afraid of people. They did a wonderful job cleaning and grooming him. Very thankful.

This was the WORST grooming that my dog has ever received. He got groomed today by Tracy and not only did she leave my dogs fur patchy but she left his nails in a horrible state and cut his quick 3 different times and when I told her to leave it and that I would deal with it later, she continued to put something on his foot but it did nothing.They didn’t accept credit card so I had to figure out payment for them.The appointment was scheduled for 3:30 pm and I was told that it would take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. I was there until 6:30pm.ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF AN ANIMAL GROOMING SALON.Please! I beg you. do not take your pets here.

This establishment is excellent, they are wonderful with the animals (they love on them and make them feel comfortable). These ladies care deeply about your animals. They not only do grooming but they do boarding, they even have a bath tub with jets and did therapy with my dog to help circulation in leg after she injured it; and they did physical therapy with her too. All of my dogs have loved these ladies and enjoy coming to see them. They care about the owners as well as the animals. They do great grooming, dogs always smell and look great!!!

This is the 3rd time bringing my elder dog there. Always a great job. Only issue was no sure if she had water available. She was there 7hrs. When got her home she was super thirsty.

I wouldn't expect punctuality,what groomer keeps a customers pet until 8,9,10 pm?the groomer is a phony faking it til she makes it.i wouldn't let this groomer sucreet an anal gland on my dog unless she were standing directly in it's path.she lies with a straight face and smiles while doing it.

Becky, did a fabulous job grooming my English Cream Golden. It was Bette’s first grooming and I had no idea how she would act...Becky said after Bette figured out what she was suppose to do on the table she was good. Bette had a lot of undercoat removed and I can tell she loves her new do!!!Thank you Becky for your expertise in grooming!!!We will see you again!!!

I sent two dogs to them and they took all day. They burned the skin of one of them and complained that they were troublesome but it was because she cut them so close. My dog is in pain because of her skin. Will never send my dogs over there again
