The store aisles are a bit cluttered due to inventory not being shelved. Selection of merchandise is not as great as in earlier years. I'm SURE this is due in part to the recent pandemic. The limited staff members were very helpful and courteous, despite being clearly overworked. Overall, this store is still a great place to shop.

Why is it that the isle's are always full of product to be put on shelf. You can't tell me that the don't make enough to hire someone to focus on that issue. I've gone there twice and left without what I needed because I couldn't get down the isle. Don't get me ring I love the store cause they have the odd things a regular store won't, but I won't put up with that all the time. It's just not that DG they seem to be in most of them I've been in. The cashier is the one to stock as well. In my opinion that's not right on the workers. Keep up the great work.

The store manager Leah, was checking me out and had the worst customer service I have seen yet in my short time visiting Fort Gaines. I will not be spending any more money here! I was purchasing an item that had a digital coupon. I informed her that I just signed up for digital coupons and didn't see a coupon number. I asked her if she needed one and she shrugged her shoulders and told me to just put my number in the card reader. I did as she told me and surprise, it didn't take my number. I repeated to her that I just signed up and she said "what do you want me to do?" In shock I just looked at her as she was just standing there looking at me... I paid for my items and thanked her for her customer service and left and wont be back.

This is one of the most clean Dollar Generals I've been in lately. No buggies full of stock in your way, aisles clean, and have a bigger variety of merchandise. Friendly employees that r very helpful. Shelves r stocked, and the frozen foods too. Great Dollar General!

Super friendly people, rare for your typical Dollar General. If you're staying at the State Park it's the best place for anything you need. There's a very large grocery section with cold and frozen foods.

Poorly managed. No help. Food left on carts. Milk never in freezer. No tea in freezer. It's on carts. Shelves unorganized. Merchandise wrong areas. Its search an find. You just get so frustrated that you walk out. The cashier is talking so much to either the delivery guy who's inthe doorway blocking customers coming in. Or has the telephone up to her ear. Ignoring customers who want to ask a question or to be checked out. An does not have no P.R. skills.

They do not enforce the required mask mandate, not even the manager wears there’s. If you’re older or concerned about the coronavirus I highly suggest making a habit out of reporting this location if you’re unable to travel to another. I’m very disappointed in the lack of efforts being put in especially since most of their customers are on the older side.

Since remodel items that were available are no longer sold, prices have gone up. Staff not as friendly. Can't get thru half the isles because of stocking carts. Could have spent some of the money improving parking lot.

It's ok. Nothing to write home about. They can never seem to get the merchandise out and onto the shelves. Boxes line the aislesevery way you turn.

The Dollar general in fort Gaines Georgia it's pretty decent they actually have stock out on the shelves. Now the Dollar general in Abbeville Alabama is it different story places is a real mess .

As a customer I was greatly pleased while shopping here The employees were helpful, in good spirits and made me smile .The cleanliness of the store was not perfect but was nothing to complain about were all human.The prices of the products were affordable and pleasant would definitely shop here again

My last experience was terrible because of a "customer" standing in front of the entrance cussing a blue streak a mile long like it was nothing, holding a baby on her hip talking to the lady at register like it was everyday language. Embarrassing and she should've been told to stop using such language in a public place. Not everybody appreciates hearing that garbage. I do not for one, keep it in the back alleys where it belongs.
