I've lived in Macon for the majority of my life and with the countless terrible experiences I've had with Walmart customer service I never thought that would be leaving a positive Walmart review. However, Beau and Shamayange(apologies if I'm butchering the spelling) both went out of their way to take care of me on my lunch break today. Good customer service appears to be so rare now they at least deserve a shout out. Also this is not being the first good experience I've had with the Walmart in Forsyth.....which again, considering how all the Walmarts in Macon treat their customers,is a nice change of pace.

I've been hundreds of Walmarts around the country. This Walmart was extremely clean, well-stocked, and full of the nicest people I've ever met working at a Walmart. In fact, this is the First time I've ever considered leaving a review for walmart. Pretty sure I got greeted by every employee I saw. Either a good evening or a have a good evening. Really, this place blew me away. 10/10.

Do not shop here, you could be wrongfully accused of stealing and arrested. It happened to Michael Kruse check the news for the story. I hope this guy and adult son file separate lawsuits against this company. This company has a history of this. Walmart equals trash.

I called prior to arriving to make sure they allowed overnight parking. The person was super friendly. The store is probably one of the cleanest Walmarts I have been in. The parking lot was perfect with a fifth wheel. Thank you for allowing RV’s for over night parking!

First time at this location and I must say it was wonderful! Clean parking lot and restrooms, the buggies were filled up, the shelves were well stocked, employees were fast and friendly, no lines and had plenty of cashier's not just self checks as your only option. Two employees came right away to unlock the fragrance case for me so no waiting on a manger with a key. We will definitely be back to shop again when in the area.

Out of all the Walmarts around this is my favorite. I find what I'm looking for without having to bother the employees. The cashiers are great. I've never had a bad experience there.

Shopping was fine. Leaving was a nightmare. Was even told by an associate to not come back to their store as they were gong thru my bags at the exit. I didn't even self check out. I will not be back to that Walmart. Ever.

I choose to shop in the early morning hours. After 12pm it's bedlehem trying to maneuver around rude people that just give you the look of diisgust because your an olderAmerican citizen. citizen.Ms. Delores is the lady I prefer to have check me out, Ms. Delores is always cordial and enjoyable to chat with anytime of the day. Need more workers like her, who cares about assisting you with any questions you may have. She needs to be recognized for the job well done, she's a very special lady - a keeper.

It's an average WM. The AC is not working properly, and the store was hot as entering. I shop here because of the location. Good service at checkout, but associates in the store avoid you like the plague. Could not find an associate in the auto section. None! So I went to Auto Zone & got what I needed. Cost was more, but I did get what I needed.

I love Walmart. Walmart has everything and I only have one complaint....The money center is absolutely horrible, actually, it's laughable at best. Using a Walmart money card has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My account was compromised and I tried MANY times to get the fraudulent charges removed and to no avail!! Rude and clearly should be caring about customers instead of hanging up on them!! I'm disgusted by this green dot bank account in which my money was being direct deposited into. Thieves purchased from several out of state Walmart locations in a matter of a few days. I reported this to the BBB. DO RIGHT BY YOUR CUSTOMERS AND TRY TO GET THESE FRAUDULENT CHARGES REMOVED AND PAY ME BACK!!! SPOTIFY, WALMART in several far away states that I have never been too! Do NOT trust these people because they don't care,!!! Let me tell you, over 400.00 was stolen by fraud and YOU PEOPLE WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP ME DID NOTHING EXCEPT HANG UP ON ME! CROOKED OPERATIONS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

Had to run to Walmart -Forsyth at 7 am. Too early to be looking for Walmart brand drinks! When I walked in ,the store was blocked by plastic sheets across 1/3 of the store. I asked if it was under construction. "No, someone tried to burn the store down." What? How drunk did they have to be! To be honest, I've had anger fantasies of tearing up everything in customer service when they refused the return of a flat screen. To think someone actually perpetrated the crime is beyond me! The lady is in jail, I was told. FYI, don't buy electronics without that extended warranty if you think you may want to return it later for ah...groceries or gas money. 😆 Or do what I did, just sell it online. No need to do twenty years!

I am not a fan of Walmart because of the type of people it attracts so going in to Walmarts is usually life and death for me. Typical Walmart stuff but this particular location did not have Builder Protein bars anywhere in the store and I love Builder Protein bars. But, the store was clean.

Last night I placed an order for pick up. The order was ready at the pick up time expected, I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. Since my order include a couple of spray paint cans and beer, Ashley asked for the name on the order and I was also asked for proof of DOB. Ashley deserves a 10 star review for doing such a good job and for making sure I was over 21.
