I come to this store often and it is always disorganized and very unappealing when you walk in. There has not been a time where I came and boxes were not stacked up in EVERY Isle. This is the only family dollar I've been to that is this dirty and out of order.

They need more than one person working the front doing the day and night cause don't nobody be stocking nor cleaning the store. They need to just close it and get new people to run the store. This store needs new management cause your employees shouldn't be on their phone while on the floor in front of customers plus using profanity while on the phone. Then the manager beside the employee while she's on the phone. This store is so unprofessional and nasty.

I come here almost every single day built a bit of rapport with some of the cashiers I can tell they work really hard they always manage to put a smile on my face and make me laugh if I'm doing rough before I come in they can always help me find when I need and if I forget any of my possessions in the heat of the moment (I can be forget full lol) but I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and they have some pretty good food items and snacks I come hee for snacks all the time and their prices are so good compared to what's around it if I'm getting a quick bite

If I could give this store no stars I would give it to them. I came into this store twice yesterday 4/21/23 first no one was at the store counter ,no bell, and lack of customer service. The employee that came to the register had a nasty disposition about herself (bad spirit). Each time you come to this store and she’s at the register,she always have an attitude. Makes no sense!!

After standing in line for 20 minutes patiently to be check out once It was finally my turn to check out the items were priced incorrectly had to wait another 5 minutes to check the pricing although the pricing were correct that I stated the manager comes to tell me that it was a different price I should them what the prices stated she said I’m working on changing them. As a manager she should of gave the items to at the prices listed on merchandise especially after waiting in line so long waiting for a customer to come back in with change to be counted then purchasing more items after he saw that he more coins to purchase things l. This store deserves no stars the need to put a 0 up there for this store especially with the customer service. I will spend my money else where the 1st store in Atlanta ( Forest Park) that I’ve had to deal with a situation like this

This family dollar always closes before the actual closing time, and it’s an inconvenience for me. The store is always messy and it seems as if the employees always has an attitude. Please hire better management

The exterior of this store has improved since my first coming. This is my Family Dollar and I have saw many different faces. The turn around rate has been major here. The Manager is occasionally rude anddisrespectful. It is convenient to my location. I am hoping for improvement in the near future. However the assistant Managers are extremely helpful and courteous. They are always keeping busy making sure the store runs smoothly.

The manager Kita is rude and ghetto. The cashier Lisa confused and rude. The store dirty and cluttered with nothing because they offer no variety and missing a lot of basic staples…just close this place down already. For sure the worst family dollar I’ve ever seen.

Great store! Especially the Assistant Managers, their always so helpful and constantly working. However, there is one Assistant Manager who stands out the most out from the others. She is kind and patient with my family and I, her name is Christie. She always makes my shopping experience the best.

The manager Morris is very slow in rude. There Is Never Enough product on the Shelves , the store is always in the disarray I have been living in this area for year-and-a-half and I have never come into this store and it looked the away it looks now. The lines always are down the Isle and he threatened to put a customer out for saying something in reference to the way the store looks and why she was standing in line for 45 minutes while he was ringing up customers products and on the phone now this manager Morris needs to be replaced ASAP the community is not pleased. Also in the past there would be three to four Associates as well as a manager now I come in this store two or three times a week and I only see him I don't see anybody in the store, there's anybody in the store to stoke, clean, help customers, answer questions he's always standing at the counter with a dumbfounded look on his face. Something needs to be done about this man he has absolutely zero managerial skills. HEEEELP

I come here often when i don't feel like going to Wal-Mart or Kroger. Staff is friendly. Store has a good variety of things. It's Not the cleanest or most organized place but better than most family dollars that I've been in. Not a place to come if you are in a hurry. Lines and wait time are normally long.

I was in line behind a customer waiting to check out. The customer in front of me laid her money on the counter and the cashier was so rude and told her to pick the money up and put it in her hands. It was the rudest display I've ever seen in this store. I'm sure if somebody would have lost some money on the counter she sure would have picked it up.As long as they have rude cashiers I will never go back to this establishment and I frequent there often, but not anymore.

Whoever posts this is a Great store defently is trying to help the managers that work here cause I stop by this very store at least twice a week and every time is the same outcome. Trash and stock all in the floors on just about Every isle. It's not easy to get down the aisles and stepping over everything in the floor. It's really a safety hazard but guess that wont change until someone actually gets hurt. I'm just saying. And it's always trash all in the parking lot and around the building and chances are when you pull up it's going to be at least 1 worker standing outside in the front smoking a cigarette or even weed. Customers dont want to smell that. The line at checkout is always long and the whole store is just out of whack. Yes we need a family dollar here but maybe whoever runs this store high up needs to look in from time to time by surprise and they will actually see the disgrace of their business.

They open at 8am but I get here at 820 door is locked white lady let the bread man out and locked the door back I watched 10 people come pull on the door and leave she seen me pull on the door looked at me threw her finger up went to the back they didn't open until 840am if you open at 8am thats false advertising I have to be to work this is the closest family dollar next time I go to the other one.

The personnel was great BUT the store had more product on pallets in the aisle that you couldnt push the buggy down 99% of them!! Wow!! Come on people!! I had to push the carts with the unshelved stuff out of the way just to get the item(s) I came to purchase.

Parking lot was very dirty. Inside Store, was junky. Isle always cluttered with boxes. Fire Marshall should be called. Highly Unsafe. Employee's stand around talking to each other, ignoring work, that could improve the quality of the Store. Therefore, improving the Customers shopping experience.

I waited 15 mins patiently there where only one person checking out & several others behind me the manager on duty with the glasses rung up customers with credit cards I was the Last to get checked out & after all that I bought a trick or treat bag for $1 & it had a hole in it so I tried to exchange it but supervisor was so rude with a attitude stating I need a receipt but I’m pretty sure I guess it’s company policy..... I just left like 5mins prior tho....after all that trouble waiting to check out & the item I purchased was damaged she could show a little customer service & helped me out but instead I went to the family dollar a couple blocks up & purchased a couple more for my daughters class mates I wouldn’t dare spend another Dime In this family dollar.....the store was filthy as usual that’s probably why merchandise get damaged things are just all over the place. Lesson learned it was only $1 but the customer service was horrible

This place is in need of housekeeping! Always too congested between isles, with boxes needing to be stocked and put away! Staff are pretty friendly, but Please hire people to appreciate this store and keep it clean! Unsafe for persons with physical challenges! Clean this store up!

No buggies for shopping and hand baskets are behind so you can't really do too much shopping. Just for coming in to pick up a few items. Not for doing any shopping like the other stores.

Store is a mess. Boxes everywhere. I could barley push a cart through. The shelves are almost empty but full boxes of product on the floor in every aisle. Hire a few people to get this store cleaned up!!

I love this place cause, u can find anything u need for your apartment or house for cheap then getting it in regular stores like walmart or kroger. It is affordable and it fits my budget plan.
