What?!?! On my quarter lb cheese burger there is 1 slice of cheese... Broken in half.. half in the middle half on the bottom. Burger is nasty dry, fries are saltless, over cooked and what is all over them?!? Root beer is sugarless and flat. Service terrible. Attitudes horrible. The smell wafting out of the window is that of sour rotting grease... Will not be going back anytime soon...

Ice cream machine was broken, the outside of the restaurant was dirty and grimy looking. And the food was awful. My fries were old and greasy. My chicken tenders were anything but tender, and my Texas toast was cold and wasn't even toasted. Idk what happened bc the food has always been decent at least, but this time the food was inedible. And I couldn't even get a milkshake to make up for the horrible food.

I'll start with the hours need to be updated, been by there several times when they were supposed to be open and weren't. But the times they were open I can say most of the time I got what I ordered and it was on par, once or twice the hotdogs were burnt from being old, mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock with no cheese in the middle because melted out. I dont order food after dark anymore from here, only the shakes.

My boyfriend and I stopped in and ordered 2 Super Sonic Bacon Cheeseburgers, an order of mozzarella sticks, a large onion order of onion rings and a Route 44 Sweet tea. They said the burgers didn't come with onion, (my boyfriend didn't want onions on his), there was no bacon on either BACON cheeseburger, the large order of onion rings consisted of 3 onion rings that were cold, the mozzarella sticks were cold, and it took almost 45 minutes to get our order. On the plus side our car hop Kailee was very polite. I've tried to reach out to the restaurant and have not been able to get through, but if this is the kind of food they're serving for the price it's not worth it.

Over the past three months, I have visited this Sonic probably 4-5 times. The service is good most of the time, but my food has not been. Tater tot are always old and cold. And it's hit or miss on whether the order is right.

Went to sonic in Fitzgerald they told us in the middle of us telling them our order that they were closing in 1 min at 11:00 and their website say they close at 12 and have signs out saying they close at 12 . Then we got to the window and told us they didn’t have something we asked for I know u run out of stuff but tell us before we get to the window!

Aside from the horrible customer service I received. Last week I got a hamburger that was mashed like someone put all of their body weight on it. Both buns were smushed and on top of that they were soggy with grease. Honestly just ridiculous and in such a small town I would expect better.

I ordered 3 sonic burgers on a Tuesday night. They were supposed to be half of but they charged me full price. When they brought the food out I ask about the price and the server went and talked to the manager. They said since they rung it up full price that I would have to pay full price. They didn’t bother to try to fix the problem so I just took my business elsewhere.

This location is out of multiple items every singlr time I go AND/OR their slush and ice cream machines are down. Over the past 3 months, they have been out of the following:1. Vanilla slush flavor2. Grape slush flavor3. Ice cream (machine down multiple times)4. Fruit add-ins5. Onion rings6. Regular length hot dog buns7. Slushes (machine frozen)This has been an ongoing issue at this location for quite some time. I hope things get better. I won't be going back for awhile. I placed a mobile order for a small strawberry shake (nothing fancy). When I arrived to pick it up, I waited approximately 15 min. The server came out to inform me that YOU GUESSES IT) the ice cream machine was down. I was asked if I wanted a slush or refund. I said refund. 20 MINUTES LATER IN 100⁰ WEATHER... I presse the order button and asked how much longer I would have to wait for my refund. They weren't even busy. Smh. I have no idea what took so long. They finally brought out a slip saying my $ had been refunded to my card.

I've been to this place about 6 times and theyve mistakingly given me unsweet tea 3 times. Parking lot is terrible, about tear your car up getting in and out.I've come to the conclusion that all fast food restaurants in Fitzgerald have poor service.

Love it but on the drive-in parking spot #9 Stall we push the red button to order and we waited and waited so we push the red button again and waited and waited so I walk up inside the front door and I told worker we been waiting out there in Stall #9 at least 30 minutes to an hour the worker said did we push the red button I said we did the first time when it said push the red button and we waited and we push it again when the red button cut off and it said we will be back in a second so the worker said go back and push it again so we did an waited and the worker walk out side and walk over to us an ask still not working and we said nope so the worker push the red button at Stall #8 and we ordered the food other than that we love Sonic Drive-In and the worker was great at his job

Food is always quick, and good. Doesn't matter if you want a burger and milkshake at 0600 hours they'll have it ready for you as fast as they can. Once I had some issues with my card, the manager paid for it himself.

Service was a little slow, especially the time it took to answer the call button and take our order, but the man who delivered the order was awesome, and my strawberry ice cream slush was delicious, as usual! Some lights in the stalls need work. They were flashing like strobe lights, which is annoying.

The sonic in Fitzgerald GA should be completely shut down. They do not give you your correct order and the food is absolutely nasty! They can’t even make a drink correctly! Wish I could give less than a star!

The franchise owner needs to address this location before the employees run it into the ground and out of business. Terrible service.... and the lack of service is not due to shortstaffing issues, but awful and "couldn't care less kind" of attitudes. I've read several reviews that point out that the employees act like you're bothering them with your presence, and I would have to agree with that 100%... (I never leave reviews, but this time the nonsense had to be noted)

The popcorn chicken was to hard to eat n the cheese burger tasted as if it was old and reheated up a bunch of times to many. The service was alright that's really the only reason that I gave them a 3 star and not a 1 star

I definitely won’t be back gave them chance after chance. The workers don’t even know what goes on what hamburger. I mean if you order a deluxe jr burger with out cheese and you get regular hamburger today got fish sandwich with no sauce. Just dang dry. Nope no more

We ordered a number one which was very goodBut chicken nuggets???They showed up deadHard as a rockIf there were supposed to be any juiciness to it it was lost in the grease and evaporated away thank God I was only hungry 😣
