Great store with friendly helpful staff. The store seemed to be well stocked (unlike my trip to Walmart an hour earlier). Clean, with no clutter in the aisles. Good value on most items. Plenty of parking, but pulling out can be problematic depending on which way you are turning. This store is located at a very busy intersection.

If there was an option for no stars, this place would win that. I have had my hippa violated, the pharmacy staff is slow, uncaring, absolutely unprofessional. They have been known to file the your medical insurance as they see fit. Meaning if they don't want to pay the filing fee for your meds, they will resort to making you pay out of pocket instead. When questioned about this, the pharmacy tech said it is up to the individual stores how they want to file it. Be weary people. Watch out for our older generation. Do better!

The worst pharmacy ever. If you need meds be prepared to wait 2 to 5 days for them to get it ready unless you have time to sit in there store and hound them. They will screw your insurance up almost every time I have to have it fixed just to fill the prescription.

What happened to people now a days rushing and demanding to be first pushing others out of the way I know when I have to get antibiotics or steroids for my cold I know to wait my turn in the waiting areas I don't even live here but don't you feel sorry for them when their running into themselves trying to make a rush to get ur medicine. What I was told when I was younger you want it don't fast or do you want it done right. Keep up the good work I know you guys are trying your best

I have the worst experience with a staff member over the phone Mrs Polly, if that's even her name. I don't feel she care about the customer and definitely didn't make me feel appreciated

I’m literally calling and someone is picking the phone up and hanging it up . I just want to see if you guys have infant Tylenol. I have a newborn and a 2 year old so it’s easier for me to call and check rather than carrying them in the store. Sheesh!!!! &6:01pm to be exact on 05-11-2023 .

I got in line to get a prescription at the Dublin, GA pharmacy before 1:30 pm which is the lunch break time. An older man cut in front of me, & after he was helped I was told they were closed for lunch. I find it bizarre that I would be turned away after obviously being in line waiting before lunch. I wish the line had been closed beforehand so I wouldn’t have stood there waiting. I will be switching pharmacies.

Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Transferred a prescription to this location due to my primary pharmacy being out of stock. Made contact with a technician, explained the situation, and was told my prescription would be ready in 1-2 hours. After waiting 2 hours, I sent my mom to pick up my prescription and was informed the tech didn’t even put my prescription order into the system…so we then had to wait ANOTHER hour and a half only to find out their supply was EXPIRED! What a joke… Unprofessional would be an understatement. CVS and Kroger pharmacies are better alternatives. Don’t waste your time.

I can’t even begin to explain the issues we have had with this place. This particular pharmacy hands down is the worst pharmacy around this area! I’ve had dates put in wrong on prescription pickups to submit a refill get a email saying it’s ready at this time go pick it up at that time and it’s not ready. The final straw was I submitted a refill waited two days went to pickIt up and they tell me to come back in 45 min. What’s the point in having a app or calling a automated system if you don’t use it! Anyway we moved to A local family place and best decision I’ve made.

About the most worse experience I’ve ever had dealing with pharmacy. No one answers the phone If you go up there to get refill I’ve sat there both times around a hour waiting. Don’t ever ever use this pharmacy! I warning you...it stresses me out to try and go pick up my meds because of the hoops I have to jump through to get it. Its like that feeling you know you have to call a customer support line and you will be in the phone for awhile Thats the feeling you get when you deal with Walgreens here! Just a sense of dread! I’ve Never ever had to deal with something like this nor should I dread having to go pick up my script. I’m moving after this month.

Will not use again. Dropped prescription off on Tuesday, February 5 around noon and was told it would be ready in two hours. Went back around 630 and after waiting in line for 30 minutes at the drive thru, I left and went back the next morning at 10:00. Prescriptions were not ready. When I asked why, tech said, they just aren’t and walked away. I asked another tech if there was a manager or someone I could speak with. The pharmacist came over and when I asked why they still weren’t ready, he shrugged his shoulders at me and said, “they just aren’t, we are busy”. I asked for the prescriptions back so I could take them elsewhere and had to wait for them to look for them. This is not the first issue we have had with them but it was definitely the last. Course the pharmacist made it clear he could care less about whether or not the prescriptions got filled.

Waited 5 hours for 3 prescriptions that were needed in an emergency situation. We were Rite Aid customers for years and will never return to Walgreens. We also paid 109.00 for generic prescriptions that Kroger has on their discount medication list. I didn't know about Kroger's discount program until after our visit. To say I'm highly displeased is an understatement.

This location took over the Rite Aid that I loved. These new people in the pharmacy NEED to get their act together! Also, the Walgreens ap is just as bad! They are so messed up and unfocused that I'm afraid they are going to end up harming a customer with a mistake!

Extremely RUDE! Photo department extremely rude to my daughter. Printed the wrong photo items knowingly and charged for the more exspensive product that they couldn't produce. I called back to speak with manager to let them know what they had done and she was just as RUDE and did not care to fix the issue when she admitted they couldn't produce what was ordered and yet they charged for it.

The worst service I have ever experienced! Since Walgreens purchased rite aid the service has been horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. How hard is it to put 30 pills in a bottle!!!! It doesn’t take 4 hours to fill 1 prescription!!

Horrible wait times! Especially the drive through. They need to take lessons from chick-fil-a next door on how to run a drive through. It is pitiful. Not like my old rite aid in east Dublin.

Walgreens pharmacy is the best in Dublin. Very accommodating and helpful when looking for the best medicine for a cold. The store part is also very helpful and friendly. Very impressed with this store.

If I had have known that they were closing I would have found me another drugstore instead of having to go to my primary doctor to get my prescription sent to CVS this has been real stressful and upsetting I needed my inhaler but Walgreens here in Dublin Georgia is not open so I can't get my inhaler because they're closed this makes the fifth day no more Walgreens.

I don't know what happened to this place every since they switched to Walgreens things got crazy, long wait(up 2 hours or more) time for your medicine and the wait time is also long over the phone, over priced medicine... Please just bring "Rite-Aid" back!!!
