Staff are incredibly helpful and worked hard to resolve technical issues with my photo order (Kimberly was especially helpful). Faster and more efficient than the first two locations (Tallahassee) that I tried to use to fill a same-day order. This will be my go-to for any photo gifts I print in the future.

If you are traveling this aérea….don’t waste your time stopping here…especially if you need to use the restroom…I asked the cashier if I can use the restroom, she had a very poor customer service skills and a ugly attitude. She told me go outside and used the “Outside Potty”😳😳😳 I left and spend my money 💵 somewhere else. What a service! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Stopped in Walgreens in Donalsonville Ga. It was around 1 or so after lunch. Parking lot had trash in it. This was our first time in this Walgreens. Very clean on the inside. Store looked new on the inside. We saw 2 workers. Both was very pleasant and both asked if they could help us. Only reason gave it for 4 stars is the prices were high as hell! Would go back if they had sales going on or if they come down off their prices.

My family & I have Been using this pharmacy for years & I have to say it's gone to the dogs! They're so rude, impolite & everything in-between you used to could be out in 20mins 30 the most now you have to wait 30mins just to be told they don't have the medication you need they will have to order it & that will take 3-4 days "really!" Whatever happened to being on top of inventory so now I have to drive 45 minutes out my way to gonzales walgreens where I have to wait 2 1/2 hrs because I live far away so disappointed in walgreens I'm really considering switching to Walmart or cvs

I brought my sister-in-law in today to get her covid vaccine. I have to say I have never been in a Walgreens that the pharmacy was so rude and disrespectful to the customer. Shame on you Walgreens for having such employees represent you. Needless to say we left and will never return.

Walgreens bought our Rite-Aid store and converted it. They made wholesale cosmetic changes and the store looks really nice. I have nothing else positive to say. They also bought out our local Fred's Pharmacy, I'm sure to kill and local competition. So..., I've started taking my monthly scripts to Walgreens. Month one: I drop off my script around 8:30am. Pharmacy Tech: "Can you give us 30 minutes?" Me: "I'll pick it up later". Me 8 hours later: "I'd like to pick up my prescription." Pharmacy Tech: "We didn't have the meds to fill the prescription." Me: Okay, why did you tell me "Give us 30 minutes" this morning. Pharmacy Tech: "We will have the meds tomorrow." Two days pass and I return in the evening. Me: "I'd like to pick up my prescription." Pharmacy Tech: "We're getting that filled for you right now." Approximately an hour later, "Sir, your prescription is ready."A month passes and I return. Me: I handed pharmacy tech my prescription and ask, "Can you tell me if it is time to fill this prescription?" Pharmacy Tech: "Yes Sir, its time to fill it. Can you give us 30 minutes?" Me: "Do you have the resources to fill it?" Pharmacy Tech: "Let me check.", "No, we don't have it but it will be in tomorrow." Three days pass, Me: "I'd like to pick up my prescription." Pharmacy Tech: "We don't have the meds to fill it." Me: "I dropped the script of at 8:30am Monday and was told that the meds would be in Tuesday. It is now Thursday evening and you still don't have it?" The Pharmacy Tech asks someone else about the meds and comes back and tell me, "We have the meds, can you", You guessed it, "give us 30 minutes?" I sat for another hour waiting for my meds in the midst of 4 other patrons waiting for their prescriptions. These customers did not walk in with their scripts and wait. They were all returning for their presctiptions, some after calling before they came back. One woman had to leave will only a partial re-fill of seizure meds and a man had to leave with only a few daily blood pressure meds. Its obvious this is not an isolated incident. Walgreens, you either need to get it together or you need to call your patrons and let us know when our scripts are filled and ready for pick up. It cost valuable time, not to mention gas and fuel costs to come to your store 3 or 4 time to pick up a single prescription.I would love to come back and upgrade this review.

Worst pharmacy. The wait is so long, the manager is more worried about how her hair and face look than the customers. This staff is lazy and inconsiderate. There is always a problem at this pharmacy. I have never had such a pain to get my meds. Its always something.

They bought out Rite-Aid and no longer accept Medicaid, Peachcare, etc. Ontop of this, their prices are absurdly high and half the time I call in prescriptions they expect you to wait over a day to get them, and getting an actual person on the phone is impossible. Immediately finding a new pharmacy after using Rite-Aid since the day I moved to the area all because Walgreens has ruined it.

I got my prescription sent over from cvs since I lived in Dothan and I went to refill my pump and they explained my insurance card didn’t work. I advised I was blue cross it should work they didn’t try therefore I had to go back to bainbridge to get my prescription and it worked fine

Slowest Parmacy service I've ever experienced. Not minutes, not an hour, but hours.... rediculous! I will no longer use this store for any of my prescription needs.

Poor customer service in pharmacy. Since when does a computer "glitch" stop u from filling a prescription. And of course it's the customers' fault. It's time for this Walgreens to take ownership of it's problems. Will b taking my business elsewhere.

the pharmacy sucks! we go to pick up a medication that was sent 2 hours prior, go to pick it up to be told come back in 20 minutes, come back and had to want another 15 minutes. they will be losing business.
