Friendly and helpful staff! Lots of quality gift items and garden plants and seeds. And my 7 year old thinks they're awesome because she gets free popcorn there lol!

Absolutely amazing addition for the community. This is easily the nicest commercial establishment in Dawson, Georgia. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has a wide variety of quality items at a reasonable price for its location.

We made a thirty minute drive to find out the barbecue was cancelled and moved to next weekend which was understandable due to the misty rain. Then we got up to the register to check out and was first told we would be able to use the store $5 coupon as well as the mobile reward app $10 off $50. The ONLY thing that worked was the $5 store coupon! So, we was given the AC Rewards number by the store and called while there to be told that this is a known issue and they are working on it and that there is nothing that could be done. These reward coupons say they expire 3/31/2024! So, waste of expensive gas money on top of no barbecue plus no reward usage and absolutely no help from management to make any of it right! That is not good customer service and the ONLY reason I gave this three stars is cause the regular employees were very apologetic and kind cause there was absolutely nothing they could do but totally understood how wrong the situation that we spent well over 25 minutes trying to resolve! In the end, all that was done was the $5 store coupon period and just paid and left. This should never happen to any customer period!
