I ordered a half sheet birthday cake for my granddaughter. I want to brag The cake was marble base and chocolate mousse icing. It was the best I've ever eaten. It didn't have a strong sugar content. It was marvelous. Everyone that tasted it raves at how delicious it was. 5 stars for the bakery!.

I’ve been in the area for three years. This store is absolutely disgusting when I first shopped there I thought everything was good until I tried to get some fresh ingredients well it seems like everything in this store is just expired, rotten or just simply outdated and they don’t care. Had two friends come visit me we went there to get some food both of them ended up sick. Fast forward three years later because why would I go back??? I needed lettuce and Kroger‘s was out so I buy the head of lettuce there the next day I open it up probably can use about a tennis ball size of it. Don’t bother shopping here. Unless you want to get sick or may need a pack of gum and even that may be Suspect.

It is a very convenient grocery store. Doesn't have a great selection of produce like Publix, and sales sometimes don't feel like sales.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU GET. Got dressing that was expired two years ago. Go to self check out if you don’t want to deal with rude young employees basically playing around at the registers. Donuts have mold.

I went in for the salad bar because it used to be good.Most of the vegetables were wilted, especially the broccoli, which is one of the main things I wanted on my salad.The lettuce was borderline wilted,, the carrots were almost brown, the cucumber slices were questionable but they turned out to be okay.I ended up getting broccoli pieces out of one of the pasta salads because the other was pretty bad and should have been thrown out a few days ago.When I got to the register, I wasn't even acknowledged much less greeted by the cashier. And when I removed my card, I said thank you and had my receipt shoved in my direction without a peep in response.Not the Ingles we grew up with. Do better.

Sorry for the long-winded review. This is a review on the curbside service. They just opened this up and I love that they did! I have done it twice now. I love that you can call or text and they have been great at the process of trying to do substitutions based on what you want via call and/or text. I used to do a different store's curbside and had issues with not getting the notification regarding substitutions until I was there to pick up the groceries and by then it was too late. They are prompt when you arrive although I am usually the only one there at the pick up time that I choose so time will tell if they get too busy to keep up once it gets popular. The staff are very professional and I love that you can choose what conditions you want produce to be in. The only thing I would say is that if you have a picky household on bananas like mine, I would go into the store to get those. Both times I have requested bananas, what I get is not what I would pick. The first time I had to throw out most of the bananas due to bad spots (holes in the bananas) that allowed fruit flys to grow and this last time (today) one of the bananas had a huge dent that if I didn't catch it, it would have been bad by the next day. The other thing that I dislike would be the amount of bags that they use. They double bag almost everything. I recycle the bags but it can be overwhelming when you get home and have double or triple the bags for the amount of groceries. They have said it is because the bags are poorly made but double bagging three items seems like overkill for me when those items are not that heavy. Overall I would recommend using the service and going to this store.

I love Ms. Brandy who works the self scan. She’s super nice! Some of the teenage cashiers can be a bit aloof and not so courteous but that’s expected. Nice to have a local grocery story that you enjoy visiting. Most of the managers are nice and courteous.

Their quality of customer service is absolutely disorganized and poorly prepared. When I was making purchase of just few items on two separate purchase one on my debit and another item on cash. Cash need to go to cashier. Nobody was at cashier even the light is on. I had to raise the hand since I am Deaf. Few youth workers seems to be playing around and look at me with attitude then scanned my item then there’s lack of change and a cashier walk around trying to get enough money to return money. It’s wasting my time.

They have items I can't get at other stores, friendly customer service, but prices are a bit high compared to other stores and I've had issues with expiration dates.

Very clean store and the night staff is always friendly and accommodating. They don't get angry before closing, and if they get busy right at close, they will actually open up more registers so everyone can get out quickly. Some of the other locations should take notes!!

This morning while visiting Ingles in Dallas, I noticed the Hot Wings pkg and the 8 pc. Chicken deals. I purchased them at the Deli counter which I was greeted with a smile and fast service. I got home and the wings were delicious and also my hot Chicken pack. Every time I visit this location, I leave happy with my Groceries, my Advantage card svgs, and a convenient location. Thanks 👍

Very nice store! I and my daughters visited on a humbug while out and about. We randomly encountered this store in search of a simple bunch of cilantro. Oh my goodness! We weren't prepared. This particular store is almost a commercial in itself. The produce is immaculate and have you ever heard of Golden Kiwi? In my obviously limited experience...I haven't! Furthermore, we live in a digital age and you can scan a QR code to compare prices. We purchased items that we compared to (insert any store) and they were equal or better. And JUST when we thought that this would be a repeat of all commercialized shopping...The entirety of the staff showed a special kindness.

Hello,First I would like to say that I'm not one to complain but after my experience I decided to write a review. I stopped here on my way to work to grab a sub and was very disappointed with the sandwich it actually turned my stomach. There was a new girl working today, I can tell this because some of the other associates had to come over and try to assist her. She completely drowned my sub in mayo and mustard. There was so much mayo and mustard that I couldn't see the bread I had to ask her to scrap it off several times in which she tried but it still wasn't enough. If you look at the pictures you can see that I even had to use a napkin to wipe some off and it still wasn't enough. I should have went with my first mind and asked one of the other associates to start over and remake it however I was pressed for time. I understand that new people must be trained it's just sad that it was at mu expense. If I didn't know any better I would swear that was her very first sandwich. Needless to say it's back to Publix for me.

It's ok for a quick store run but this is not my preferred place to grocery shop. This location caters to an older southern crowd. Typical health conscious choices you may find at a Kroger/Publix are not sold here AND they are more expensive. If you are a Sprouts/Whole Foods type of shopper, definitely continue driving.

I have been coming to this store for more than 15 years and everyone has always been extremely nice, until the last 6 months. The new people they have hired can not even speak to you when you come through their line. They do not care how they handle your groceries and I have had several things ruined.
