I come to this location all the time but today, I needed to rush in and grab two items because of last minute meal prep. I got there at 9:52pm and the store was meant to be still open, but the doors were locked. The store is not meant to be closed until 10:00pm. The person inside looked at me, continued mopping, and did not make an attempt to open the door or even acknowledge my presence. I understand wanting to be done and closed at a specific time, but to close the store ten minutes before the time ends is unprofessional and shows a lack of customer service, causing a bad client experience. The lights are on, there is someone available to handle the store, but now I have to make an additional ten minute drive just to buy mustard and eggs.

Just left this store where I was the only customer there. Took my item to the register, waited while three employees stood looking at me. The woman behind the counter saw me, told another employee that she had a customer, and five minutes later I was still standing and waiting. I left the store without the items I took to the register, and will not be back.

Used to use this place for convenience but will never return. Absolutely awful. The employees are lazy and sit in the office while people wait in long lines for the self checkout. Staff is RUDE. Never well stocked and everything is way overpriced. The manager used to care on keeping it stocked when she first took over a few months back and it’s very apparent she gave up on that. However, nobody has ever been friendly and tonight they were disrespectful, cruel, and immature. Disgusted by their behavior for someone who’s main role is customer service.

I have been to this store numerous times. The Manager in this store needs to be replaced. Her customer service skills are very very bad. Please replace the staff at this store. Bad Attitude, No knowledge of product placement but every time I come in the store she is standing in the aisles like she is working and I have to go retrieve her to check out. She was just walking around the store today. If you hate your job find one that you love and stop being so miserable, your better than that.

I usually don't shop here often; but stopped for a few quick items. There was a line at the self serve register and no one at the counter. We waited several minutes; hearingsome staff laughing andtalking in the next room.A lady in line and myself tried ringing the bell,without success. Finally a woman walked in (staff) andSaid "Who's working the register?" I replied "Theredoesn't seem to be anyone." She turned andsaid " Was I talking to you?" Actually I thought she was; but her rudeness was inexcusable. I could understand more, if they didn't have help, but this was not the case. No onewas helping customers.Dollar General usually seems to have helpful people, but this woman was not helpful or professional in any way.

Great places to get the little groceries you need without having to go to the big grocery stores. Even good for the extra or last minute gift ideas. But sometimes shelves are not stocked well as some of there other stores. Good prices on some things and to high on others.

This particular store IMO needs an overhaul. Its always empty. Shelves need filling and organizing, clean up. I avoid this one store. Prices are not that good. You can find things at Walmart prices so I'll shop there instead of making another stop. Some stores better than others.

OMG, they never change their sale/price stickers. You think you are getting a sale item only to find that no one bothered to take the sale price down. EVERY TIME. Today the items I got had sale prices from a month ago. $3.00 difference. They are never stocked, boxes with stock are EVERYWHERE. It's crazy town!!!! Worst Dollar General I have ever been in!!!!

My wife and I go to tvis store every day. We own a lawncare business and we get out drinks and other things here every day. The staff is AWESOME!!!! The only thing that could use some work is the restroom but it is the same in all dollar general stores.

They were so nice to gladly take my 4 small return items, and at 13 minutes until closing time, put it on a gift card, did no more than mention one of the reusable bags was missing the price tag!! Thanks ladies, and Happy New Year again 👏👏🎊🎊✌️🎉🎉🕰️💓

I have been to many Dollar General stores and loved it. However, I ran in this store to get change for a 20, so I grabbed an item and waited on line. I have never in my life seen a cashier ring people up so slowly. The line was extremely long, and the longer it got the slower she went. It was quite ridiculous. She kept calling for her colleague so she could have help, but no one ever showed up. I was in the biggest hurry ever, and it just didn't help that this woman had no sense of urgency AT ALL.

Went in looking for a more sturdier cooler since the styrofoam ones are a waste of money IMO. Wasn't interested in a Yeti - too pricey. They had an Igloo one that was a perfect - not too big and not too small. Great size to keep a few drinks and food items cold for a mini road trip 🤓

I usually love DG. However the employees are obviously not informed of how the coupon system works. The sticker on several items said it was on sale however since the employees don’t know how to find or use the coupons, they’d rather you put the stuff back then help you out!! Missing out on a lot of sales because of this! This goes for both Dallas Ga locations. I won’t be back.

Went there today Sept 3th. Somebody needs to clean that place up. Some kind of liquid had s'long all over food cooler doors. Just nasty if I had been hurting so bad I would have two miles out of my way to DG in Yorkville. Next time I will. I will never go there again. I love DG in there some times everyday. Not that store no more.

Went to get cat litter and paper towels. Waited in line for over 20 minutes because the cashier(only cashier) had a friend she was chatting with while ringing people up so needless to say the other 7 customers and I in line were not too happy😬

Although most of the staff is very nice, the store, overall, is a disorganized mess most of the time. They have been out of items that I normally purchase for months. It seems to not get any better.

This store has gone down really fast. It is always out of stock, and always always short handed. It's like the neighborhood store because of its location and the distance from other stores. They need help bad.

This is my go to, Kroger is always packed and my wife drink's Dr pepper like water and they always have them 3 for $10- $11.33 after tax! The women are sweet as can be, Ms. Lisa is a trip, good ppl! Sometimes the line can be lng or the truck didn't come w/ Dr Pepper, that's all i can complain about!

They do seem to have a good variety of items the shelves are fully stocked the employees are nice although it is a very poor area and a lot of the customers seem to be in bad need of financial assistance

This store is always clean and the employees are nice. The restrooms are always clean and the store is always stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly and I find what I am looking for at great prices.
