I love how the store has changed completely! No more packages in the way, everything is clean! I had a problem with finding something, and Porsha helped very well! She is hilarious and very kind! 10/10 for her!

I shop here several times a week and always find everything I need..porsha is the cashier and she always greets me as I walk in with a friendly face always helps me or offer's to even though she's busy with stocking items or a line at the register..she is fast getting the customer ring up so the line goes fast..I'm glad she's at the store I shop at she's just awesome..thank you porsha for always being nice and friendly..

Store sparsely stocked and a little cluttered. Associates nice and pleasant though. A lot of empty shelves early in the morning when I shopped. May need to stock at night so ready and fully stocked and shelves straightened before store opens especially since it is holiday time.

This store has plenty of potential in glad they got new management in here. I noticed that they are cleaning it up and doing their best to make sure the customers are satisfied. These two ladies work their tails off running all over the place. I think they are doing great they just need more help. Which i believe the one girl told me she was doing this week. So everyone please be mindful when you go in your neighborhood store and decide to be ugly to your cashiers or these employees they have a heart too and they have feelings so please keep that in mind when you want to be rude. I do know they always have a smile on their faces even when people are nasty to them. Keep up the good work ladies

Good buffet. Usually good food but that's a personal preference. Enough variety that I have never had everything, but then again, some things I do not care for. One unpleasant surprise was a weekend. Prices jump quite a bit. I'm use to going for lunch during the week. I'll have to remember NOT to go on weekends.

This DG is near me. I run in here for quick items. They never have shelves stocked. I understand pandemic and all, but they just don't do anything. Every aisle is full of boxes and you have to maneuver around them. I always ask why boxes are never emptied to stock shelves. I'm told on several occasions that they are understaffed. A couple employees say they don't make enough money to unload and stock the shelves. 9 out 10 times I end up going elsewhere to get what I need. Like I mentioned, I go because it is near my house, and pray each time I go they have it together. My prayers have not been answered yet!

Clean good selection. Not enough staff. You have to track somebody down if you need help. Have to wait at register took away the bell you could ring so they would know some one was at the register. Usually only see 2 to 3 staff members working even at busy times they all seem to be all over the store stocking they need to hire more people. At least some one that would stay at the register still, go there all the.time be cause its so close

Overall good, and I shop there multiple times weekly, and several other locations within 2 counties when they don't have what I came to get. Unpacked stock in the way, waiting to get put out. But getting the shelves restocked of the items I need weekly are difficult for this location. They are nice and courteous overall, but seem to be short staffed a lot. These are typical of Dollar General's everywhere. Still gonna shop there no matter# God bless!

Had to report this location several times. Always out of stock on tons of stuff. One girl working cashier and there's a line out to the front door and two associates on the floor not assisting her. Glad they remodeled but poor customer service. Takes them over a month to stock up the shelves when a truck drops off products. If i could rate lower i would.

Love the update to the store. Need new manager. They don't give you the sales items. I wanted the captain crunch that was on sale for 3 /$6.00 .. but was not ring up the sale price and management could not override the order. Plus manager did not help other employee when she also had a customer with pricing issues. Paper towels was that customer item.Management should know what is on sale and when it goes off sale... they should work with other employees not just throw them under the bus. That's why they make more money...

It was very disappointing to see this nice young lady assisting all these customers with no help. The line was so long. I tried calling the store hoping the mgr would've picked up. But no one answered. I thought why isnt the mgr helping his worker. She was so polite and patient. I had empathy for her. I think mgmt needs to be more involved in managing their store by assisting their employees. That would display quality customer service!!!

Store always unorganized especially when you looking for tissue and cleaner low on certain products and don't have limited to quantity on thing's like the other stores. Use to be one of the best DG stores off Merchants Dr.

Poor customer service! Called to see if they had an item in stock. Clerk didn't even attempt to try and check. I went into the store and directly to the well stocked item. Ridiculous.. On top of that got to the register the same clerk didn't say a single thing to me during the transaction!

This location is much better organized than a lot of the other location. The customer service is just okay, it is hit or miss, some of the cashiers don't even bother to speak when you enter the store, but there are a couple of them that are really nice.

Today Thursday dic 19 at 9:45 I spent more than $70 dollars there. But after pay I took my bags, the cashier dont let me spin the bag rack and I thought because all the things was in the bags I already took. But my surprise when I got home was big when I didn't find my cat food bag and a car cell phone mount. I post about $12 dollars on that. Maybe is not a lot of money but the precious time I took to buy something I really need. My cat have to wait until I go again to buy his food. It's very sad.

I love dollar general but this location is never fully stocked and the store is always junky because they have new stock still in boxes all over the store. The employees are nice but seemed to be over worked. I will always go to this location because of the employees.

I've been to a lot of Dollar General locations. We all know the advantages to this store format: price and, let's face it, less walking. However, many times the whole point is lost when you're able to get what you came for quickly at a decent price and then wait forever to check out because there's only one person on duty and the store too busy for that one person to deal with. My experience so far with this particular Dollar General is that they are better at getting you checked out quickly than most of the ones I've been in. Because of this I don't avoid this location like I do some others that I drive by when I'm out and about. However I will say this to Dollar General: no matter where I am I avoid your restrooms. Some of them are not well kept and are so tiny as to be uncomfortable. I believe some people would be willing to spend more time shopping in your store if they had confidence that they would be comfortable in your restrooms.

Shelves were basically empty and even though there was only 2 of us in line we waited for about 10 minutes for the cashier to stop what she was doing in the back to come check us out.

To be honest, the only reason I give 5 Stars because 1, people have a lot better attitude and 2, things seem to be getting better at this location. I'm not sure what's different, but please keep it up.
