Bought a young boa from them at the Reptile Show on 11/26/23 in Raleigh, NC. The reason I chose to buy from them is that they were definitely more knowledgeable than other sellers at the show and they breed their own as opposed to just obtaining them off the trade market. On top of that they had some of the healthiest snakes at the show. They were friendly and I enjoyed talking to them about reptiles. The Sterling Boa that I purchased was strong with no visible mites or scale problems, she had great muscle tone with no signs of malnutrition, unlike other sellers this snake was strong and able to support itself by just wrapping around a couple fingers. She was flicking her tongue and being very active. These are all things everyone should look for before deciding to buy a boa. I took her home on that Sunday and on Wednesday I introduced a frozen/thawed mouse which she took heartily. It's now 30 hours later and so far no regurgitation and she's relaxing. She's very friendly and clearly used to being handled.I highly recommend this business for the purchase of reptiles and any reptile needs.I did contact them via their Facebook page with a question about DOB but have not heard back yet. But to be fair this was just yesterday and will delete this part if they get back to me and update that they are responsive to after sale questions.

Amazing experience for first time snake owners- Dakota, Josh, and the Owner took so much time helping our son. They were all patient, kind, and committed to mentoring our son on his snake journey. 🤩 We’re all set up in one stop with our 4 month old (ish) snake, it’s light, substrate, water bowl, hide, and climb. They didn’t rush us out the door either near closing time- speaks volumes about them. Thanks friends!

We bought a lil baby yellow belly ball python male today. We named him Opie and he has already eaten and is currently exploring his new home. We love him already. The staff was very nice and helpful and offered a free feeder. Definitely recommend. All the enclosures were clean as well.

We LOVE this place! I was calling around looking for live mice for our pet snake and got a recommendation to Exotic Pets. My kids and I now visit weekly for meals for our snakes and everyone is always kind and helpful. We love seeing new creatures and learning new things each time we visit.For my daughter’s 8th birthday she decided she had to have a reptile party. I asked about it and was pleasantly surprised that they were willing. The crew came to our home with all sorts of amazing and beautiful animals. They talked about them, let the kids (and parents) touch the animals and answered tons of questions. It was unforgettable! These people are all amazing!

They don’t even deserve 1 star!! Don’t EVER buy baby hog nose snakes from them! They completely lied about the snake ever eating nor could we get him to eat when we brought him home! We even brought him in to their store and the guy was so friggin rude as if we were an inconvenience and he couldn’t get him to eat! Between the $500 3 inch snake and all the equipment they “insisted I buy there because it’s what they use”! I spent close to $700! They should’ve have forewarned me that baby hog nose snakes can be very difficult to feed in their younger age! They even tried telling me he ate pinkies! At his size I should have know there was no way he could have! NOW my son lost his pet and I was scammed out of $700!! By the way this is me being nice because I’m irate and have a few four letter words I would love to use!

This store checks all the boxes: they care about the animals, are very nice and informative without being pushy, and have everything you need. I visited a few days ago and they let me hold this gorgeous Honduran milk snake, answered all the endless questions I had, even offered comparisons for a point of reference. I learned a lot and if I can ever get my housemates to cave, I’ll be back to get that beautiful snake.

The staff makes you feel like family and the shop is full of nothing but quality animals! The variety is crazy and if there’s something that you want but don’t see, they can probably order it for you. To top it off, the pricing is very competitive on everything! I drive an hour every week with plenty of closer options. The guy with the one star review came into the store while I was there and made a complete scene in front of families over a miscommunication on his own part.

I went to Endless Scales this morning to get a bearded dragon. Not only was everyone there friendly and knowledgeable, but they were so helpful and I had my beardie minutes later. They have a wide range of ages, which was so helpful for someone who loved bearded dragons, but wanted something a little bigger than a baby. I could not recommend Endless Scales more for any reptile related needs!

We recently went to this place to see what leopard geckos they have (not expecting to buy one today). They ended up having awesome leopard geckos and great prices. So we decided to get one again! They have great service, very knowledgeable, caring, and the shop is very clean! Would recommend to any new customers!

I had a great experience here today, they helped me purchase an enclosure and supplies in preparation for buying my first snake. They even set it up for me with heating system, substrate, bowl and hide, and put it in my car, so that all I had to do was bring it home and plug in the heat pad. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous and answered all my many questions. Fun positive environment with tons of beautiful, healthy looking animals; there were kids in there having the time of their lives and they were great with the kids. I can't wait to go back and get my snake!
