THIS FAMILY DOLLAR in my opinion is an AMAZING STORE.. IT'S ALWAYS CLEAN, SMELLS GREAT, ITEMS ARE STACKED NEATLY ON THE SHELVES.ISLES ARE "NEVER" BLOCKED with items thrown all over the floors or with delivery. The store manager and employees are really helpful and pleasant. THIS IS CLEANEST MOST NEATEST STORE TO NOT HAVE THAT MANY EMPLOYESS and I've been to A LOT of FAMILY DOLLARS and some stores I won't name that would have 3 to 4 employees and it looks like a train wreck.

This store is a Family Dollar, Dollar Tree combo store. With the prices changing at all DT's it was really confusing as to what the prices actually were. Some things marked as DT remained $1 while others did not. The store was a bit messy and under stocked but it was the day after Christmas. The only real problem I found was the staff. The cashier was seriously annoyed that I bought $75 worth of products (mostly grocery items) from their store. I was told they only have so much room on the counter and I needed to go get another buggy to hold my items. She also made several comments about me putting too many items on the counter and that it was difficult for her to bag my many items. The line was around the corner even though they had 2 registers and 2 cashier's available....they only had 1 lane open and my cashier kept stopping to talk to the other worker. The shopping carts are kept outside and have no bottom rack for large items such as dog food or large packs of toilet paper.

The cashier was rude. She was sitting down when I walked.in. she never once spoke when I entered the store or when I was checking out. I told her thank you at the end of my transaction she still didn't speak. Hopefully this issue will be addressed and handled appropriately.

Nice store. They always have what I am looking for. Most employees are very nice and helpful but the (I believe) store manager is extremely rude and is ugly acting. I try not to go when she is working.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude and has you wait at the front counter for 5 minutes before they ever acknowledge you. They all have attitudes, stay on their phones even when they’re ringing you up, and the food tastes like soap from being stored with the soap in the back. The customer service is just overall horrible.
