Even on the extremely busy Friday before Mother's Day, every store associate I dealt with today was very friendly and helpful! Krystal from Paint, Sabrina from the service desk, and Holly the cashier were fast, polite, and knowledgeable. I'm definitely returning soon!

It's amazing how I find that I need things when I'm on the road in the Sprinter van. Today, it was bottled water and a screwdriver. A strange combination but Walmart carries both and I also took advantage of the restroom while I was here.The store was in good condition compared to other Walmarts I've patronized, with very few carts loose in the parking lot and most aisles well stocked. I was actually greeted when I walked into the store and this was almost shocking.Restroom was clean and stocked. I had no issue finding what I needed and paying for it.

This is by far the best Walmart we have ever been to. Upon entering the first thing you notice is how clean and open this store is. From the outside this place looks small but when you enter it goes on for days with lots of leg room and space between everything, no fighting for space with the personal shoppers and their bulky carts. Produce fresh, deli fresh and clean, well stocked bakery, everything in entire store was well stocked and outstandingly clean.The staff in every department was always smiling and you could tell they really enjoyed their jobs, made me want to work here.This store is laid out to perfection, this is the flagship other stores should be modeled after.

Great store. It is much bigger than the one back home. Nice wide isles. Big selection. I did notice some empty shelves. Most employees acted like you were not there. The automotive section was great. In all we got what we came for and two surprises.

I can say it's a lot better then the Gainesville Walmart but had to return something and they was close due to only one person running it and she was on "lunch" break but someone else had to open and was only going to be open for like 20 mins because they was leaving. They really need to get their employees to do their job and not depend only on a handful of their employees to do it all. A lot was just walking around the store pretending to do something and/or on there phone.

The customer here service isn't always the best. This morning I went to return a propane tank that I had bought 30 minutes prior because the plug was missing in it, and the lady that helped me seemed to have an attitude as if I was trying to get over on them. I had my receipt and everything, so It absolutely blew my mind! Dep. managers/employees, in the future, understand that everybody is not looking for a handout, just looking to make things right.

They have spark drivers that have stolen identities and they are goin to peoples houses and claiming to be someone else. Real legit spark drivers have to do a back ground and these people are posing under different names and keep coming back. Walmart needs to do away with these people. Keep families safe. They’re constantly stealing as well. They pile multiple in one car and get orders messed up. It’s a mess and Walmart won’t do anything about it.

You need to start towing the cars that park in the reserved areas as they are taking house in the store and someone like me can pick up my stuff bc so many ppl are parked in the wrong area

Generally has most everything I need, and always the best prices. A medium-to-long line wait time, no matter when I go, it seems. 3:00 am trips are still my favorite, though, now as a 9-5 working girl, I’m generally there with the masses, but, it’s never too bad. I am VERY much looking towards to the pickup service coming Aug 1st. Stay tuned, because I’ll definitely be checking out that. 👍

This walmarr is EASILY the worst walmart I've ever been in. This walmart is so disorganized.First off why is the freezer section in the front??? Who is trying to get cold stuff first??????SECOND. There is no rhyme or reason to the lay out. The place is so confused. Every shopper walks around as if they've never been in a store (or like black Friday shoppers) and it's because they have NO CLUE where anything is.THIRD. They need an entire new staff here. They are just generally unhelpful.But passed a lack of help.They actively make it even harder to shop.When they stock shelves they block off entire sections. Last time I went I was just trying to get bread and every entrance to it was blocked.FOURTH. Even the self checkout lane is terrible. They only have one set of bags on each one. But they are trying to put so many bags on it(since there's only one) that it makes even packing bags hard.Seriously shop anywhere else. This walmart is actively angering to be inside.

Very disappointed in this walmart. It use to be a great place and good workers but I've been sitting and waiting on someone to unlock the flea and tick items for about 30 minutes now.

The front-end employees don't care about customer service. If an item is found with the wrong price, it's not honored. I've been working retail for more than 20 yrs. This store has a terrible attitude about price changes. I've been told, "I won't change the price. It's just in the wrong place on the shelf. If you want it, you'll have to pay what it rings up as, or I can take it off. You decide. " What happened to customer service?

1 1/2 hr wait for curbside. Zero organization. Cars that arrived 30 min after us served 1st. Kids were working hard and polite but seems to be poorly managed. I'll stick to Athens/Commerce.

Pharmacy would not sell me a decongestant because it would keep me up at night. Not kidding, not exaggerating, it was 2:30 and pharmacist said if I took it past 3:00 it would keep me up.

Just grabbed Oreo cookies for my Grand sons Birthday gift and a banana for me. Clean, pleasant, self check out still frustrating to me, but the "helper" came and pushed buttons so I could finish.

Great Walmart. I feel a little crowded with the floor walkers sometimes but I am doing nothing wrong and they have a job to do so I don't mind it. They have like two cashier's and tons of self checkouts so getting out is quick and easy. Clean store, new shopping carts, stocked shelves, helpful and curtious employees.

I was picking up 2 different grocery orders one for my house hold and one for my brother who can't get out much right now sure to radiation recovery. The 2 guys that came out mixed to offers in the back of my Jeep, the eggs, bread, and chips were buried under the heavier drink items. The young men putting the items in my car apparently didn't know that certain items don't go under drinks. I'm disabled resorting the items once I got to my brother's house was painful.They caused me more work than I would have had if I'd just gone in to get both orders.

Smaller sized Walmart.You apparently can't enter through the garden center, a broad yelled at us for trying.The grill stuff moved indoors next to the pet food due to all the Christmas decorations.You can buy a toilet here, you don't see that at every Walmart.

horrible absolutely horrible service. I went to the return booth and literally got a lady who was rude and acted like her day was ruined by me returning a few items. Not too mention she tried to give me 5$ back for a 15$ item . Then after that whole situation was over I had to pick up a cake which they got the order all wrong. I ordered whipped frosting and I got buttercream. And not too mention the size (literally my daughters smash cake was bigger than this) and the excuse I got was “well the lady who did the cake had 7orders today and was trying to hurry” like okay? I pay you for your time to get my order done right! And she could’ve even call to ask if any of this was ok. And put “mamacila” instead of “mamacita” Thanks for the manager at cake to make me feel a bit better by giving me 6free whipped cupcakes.

No help in the store. They keep adding more and more self check outs. The day we were there only 2 cashiers with 8 people in one queue and 10 in the other. Plus if you go to self check out they are crowded and you feel rushed with no area set aside to pack your groceries properly. And on that day I was looking for something on the bottom self and an employee sitting on a floor cleaning machine came down the aisle stops right next to me tells me to move as I am looking at the different canned vegetables. I am like excuse me I am the customer you wait or go around me and come back later. Curbside pickup is much better.
