I purchased a roast from this store. They claim to have the freshest meat in town. Well if you ever cook a roast from this store and it taste like liver, then that's a sign of old meat or improper aging. I spent all day cooking this roast only to find out i have bad meat that taste like liver. Yuck!

2nd time here. Very clean and busy. We went on a Sunday afternoon and got in the afternoon church crowd. But no issues they were staffed very well and had a great selection.

So much better than Walmart for fresh produce and meats. Vegetables and Fruit variety is great and its cycled out fairly quick. So it's always been fresh when I have shopped here. This store makes fresh cut fruit and veggies daily if you like that sort of thing... obviously many folks do. They have a bank and a Starbucks too to make your shopping go smoothly. :-)

1st time here. Just in the area on vacation. Came to get my son chocolate milk and meds. The pharmacy and self check out ppl were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you need to go to the pharmacy or even just for shopping.

Great values to be found on markdowns in the meat department. I find Ingles a brut more expensive thanWalmart, but Ingles has more variety in selection of a particular product. Been going to Ingles for groceries all my life. Worked there twice as a kid. Good meat. Fresh produce.

This is in regards to the gas station. I went to fill up today around 10am. There were no paper towels, no water in the window cleaning bucket, garbage was over flowing, trash & debris on the concrete and it wouldn't print my receipt. The girl inside was very nice & polite and obviously frustrated with lack of help. Apparently the shift before didnt do their job?

I have always had a very high opinion of the Cornelia Ingles. The trays I have ordered in the past have been exceptionally good. However the one I ordered and received Saturday was less than satisfactory. The Croissants has a thin slice of meat and half slice of cheese. No Mustard mayo or condiments of any kind. I was so dissatisfied

You cant beat them as far as having what you need and shelves always fully stocked but unfortunately they are just way to expensive. While i do believe in getting what you pay for and believe in paying more for better quality and service there is a limit as to how much more. They exceed that limit unfortunately unless there is just no other choice and I hate that cause I do like and would shop there more.

If I could give it negative Stars I would . And Sorry for the book but this needs to be told correctly. I think this store must be under New Management please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that has respect for disabled elderly people especially when they are having a medical issue. MY mother was suffering from a mild medical incident today while in the middle of shopping her blood sugar started falling and we needed to get her something to eat fairly quickly. she has a very strict diet so we had nice Young gentleman behind the Deli bar fix her a made to order veggie cheese wrap something quick she could eat and get her bearings back. All that was going normal and then the Bad customer service four times over begin. starting with the hunched over elderly gentleman behind the deli counter with eyebrows so long they need a hairnet yells! "So do you want a sandwich or what!?" At me and my mother even though we were obviously already being helped. Then The special needs salad bar attendant did not want to help us get the items from the olive bar we wanted and help us check out at the register located at the counter beside the deli then proceeded fussing at us stating "we want you to pay for your food before you eat it" at me because I am instructing my mother to sit down and eat before we paid for it. we had a buggy full of groceries. I informed her that my mother was having a health problem at the moment and that I would appreciate a little bit of understanding in this situation. I assured her that we were going to pay for the sandwich being that we had a full buggy of groceries were also going to purchase and that I appreciate her not making that big deal of it. I think that made it butt hurt because those type are very opinionated and do not handle rejection very well. So while I'm getting my mother leveled out and she's eating her wrap and drinking her .50 bottle water this sorry excuse of Assistant manager very heavy set black haired boy. obviously being directed by whatever that was attending the salad bar "having to use pronouns because of today's you know" thought that it would be a good idea to belittle me and my 71 year old mother like we were children. Made it a point to lean back and poke his big belly out to assert his assistant manager Authority very loudly in front of quite a few other people stating the Ingles rules trying to shame us for eating before we checked out. You would think if it was that big a deal to them they would have you pay them before they ever handed you the food. My two senior citizen parents 75 and 71 have eaten food like this at this store without ever an issue so much so we thought this was the norm. the people at the checkout even throwing away the empty containers after we have paid for it never once mentioning we should have paid first. they had the to come up to my elderly mother and give her a hard time over a $5 veggie wrap .50 bottle of watter. The thing that was attending the salad /olive bar didn't look like a very sanitary individual it had sores all over and it got very upset when I didn't respond to it's barked orders. When the grandiose belittling Behavior of the not so qualified assistant manager was brought to the store manager's attention he brushed It off not even caring how we were being talked to or being treated stating "everybody over there is able to run a register and that we should not have had a problem". like it's my fault he hires incompetent people. even though the thing that we asked to help us at the salad bar pointed and told us go over to the checkout very snippy like we were inconveniencing it. And as if he encouraged this kind of behavior the store manager was not at all apologetic at the service we had received. I think this store must be under New Management please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that has respect for elderly people especially when they are having a medical issue.

Really irritating to go to a store on the busiest day and only have a few registers open when you know your self check out is card only. Not everyone wants to check themselves out or shops with a card. I personally use cash alot so I choose not to shop here often as it's always a long wait just to check out regardless of the time of day.

My wife and I stop by just to get a few groceries and decided to pick up a sub sandwich at the deli about 2 weeks ago. A real nice young lady named Nancy came over and said may I please help you, and we said yes we'd like to get a couple of combos with the chips and a drink, she says, sure I'll make that for you right now, she asked us what type of sub sandwich and bread would you prefer today, are there any specific cheeses or meats you would like to add or change on the combo. She could not have been any kinder, she was very efficient with the way she went about making our two sandwiches. Very precise, very organized, and great interaction skills. Hope to see her again there soon,she was awesome. 🍣

Good variety of grocery items and their Ingles brand ice cream is very good (better than many name brands and much more affordable). We get our prescriptions filled in their pharmacy and their pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and friendly also.

Rotisserie chicken had been out since 12pm. It's 430pm it is only supposed to be set out for two hours at most. Went to Clarkesville and they had there's out since 10am. Needless to say I didn't make a purchase.

This is a little bit dated, since I am commenting on a visit I made a few days ago. However, I would like to say that I am was delighted to have been checked out by Connie. She was very happy ascshe was talking to several customers and helping them and she presented a very pleasant sense of humor. It must be really great to work with her. Kudos to Ingles for having her on the team.
