So per my leasing office I needed a move out cleaning to be done before end of Feb. Granted I called 1-2 weeks before the end of Feb but the soonest they had was first 2 weeks of March. The customer service was good and helpful. As far as the cleaning, they did pretty good. The ladies that came out to clean were Abi, Rachel and Carley. They were super nice, detailed and friendly. They gave me a second run down of what can and can’t be done before they started which was understandable. They liked how my place was clean and I told them how it would have been embarrassing if my place was nasty even though they said that’s what they do is clean. All in all, I would definitely recommend this cleaning crew to family and friends.

First let me say Jasmine and Ashley were great!They text me they were on their way and approximately how long until they arrived which was appreciated. They were very nice and professional the whole time. I work from home and they were not distracting in the least. We had a walk through afterwards and they jumped right on things that needed extra attention without a fuss or attitude.I will definitely be using Two Maids for our regular cleaning going forward and request these two ladies to be the ones performing the services.If all their staff are as nice and professional as Ashley and Jasmine and their office manager Sam then you will not go wrong inviting them into your home.

Due to several weeks of construction, we had lost of dust - everywhere. I talked to Sam, the manager and she was very thorough in explaining their work. and she set me up with a deep clean. Carlee and Brooke came and did not run when they saw the shape of the house. They both worked well together and with smiles. I walked through as they were cleaning and found them on their knees or on a ladder. The house was clean with zero dust when they left. I hope to have them each time.

Both my wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Two Maids and a Mop.We had our bathroom remodeled and there was a lot of cement dust that was grated. That was one of the reason we needed cleaning help. The other was it is getting harder to keep our place clean and neat.Susan and Carley did an complete house cleaning.They walked with me through the entire house and explained what they were going to do.They took a total of 5 hours to complete the cleaning.When we came home we were blown away by how everything was dusted, cleaned including floors bathrooms, windows and window blinds, ceiling fans, oven and microwave, base boards and walls.They did such a great job, we are having two maids and a mop come every 4 weeks.Thanks again

I scheduled with Two Maids for a monthly cleaning and to say I was satisfied with the job Carly and Courtney did would be an understatement. They texted me when they were on the way and arrived on time. They came in and introduced themselves and after a brief overview of what my expectations were they went straight to work. I barely heard them talk to each other but when they did it was about the job. They were very professional and asked me to inspect their work to see if they had missed anything or if anything should be done differently. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience! The women Amber, Kahia, and Abi showed up on time and armed with everything they would need. I showed them around and went over the rooms I needed clean and they hit every mark. Even scrubbed down my kids bathroom to the point of unrecognizable! My experience was so easy, I have signed up to be monthly customer. If you're thinking of booking them, do it. The peace of mind is worth every penny.

I decided to change my cleaning service and found great reviews about this company. It was very easy to schedule. I called and asked a few questions which were clearly answered. On the day of my cleaning I received a text message saying how far out my cleaners were. I liked that. Amber and Carley showed up on time and were very nice and professional. I was extremely happy with the work they did. I told them about certain areas these were my priority areas and they DID NOT disappoint. They did a really good job on those areas. I am definitely booking this company for my routine cleaning services.

Worst experience with a cleaning service ever! I scheduled a 2 and a half hour detailed cleaning for my kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It started fine but at the 2 hour and 15 min mark one of the maids came to tell me that they would not have enough time to clean the kitchen. The said that they spent so much time in the bathrooms that all they could get to in the kitchen was the oven and stovetop. I thought it was a bit strange that 2 regular sized bathrooms (I have an older house so the master bathroom is the same size as the hallway bathroom) and a small powder room with a toilet and sink would take so long to clean, especially since the bathrooms where not abnormally dirty, but I said Ok. I walked through the bathrooms expecting them to be sparkling since it took 2 hours for 2 professionals to clean them and I was beyond disappointed. The toilet seat in the 1/2 bath was not cleaned at all. The toilet bowl in the hallway bathroom and the tub was not cleaned thoroughly, and the sink in the master bathroom was still dirty. When I spoke to someone about this, I was told that they would give me a discount for the next cleaning. WHAT??? Why would I give them any more of my money when I didn't even get what I was promised the first time?? I am beyond disappointed. I have hired other maid companies in the past and requested the same service and not only were they able to clean all the bathrooms AND the whole kitchen within that time frame, I also have never had clean up after them when they left.

If you and your spouse are getting older or have chronic back pain and can't stoop nor bend at all or for a long amount of time to clean your baseboards or scrub your tub. You definitely want to give Two Maids a try!!! Not only will they do those small intricate things, they will do so much more and the price is affordable, (Kitchen, windows, floors, ceiling fans etc.), so no need to wait give them a try today. I was very thankful and satisfied with my service and will definitely use them again!Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping

The cleaning was not detailed. On the first cleaning one of my figurines was broken, they lady called immediately and promised to be replace it. No word on that for a couple weeks until I mentioned it to the office staff, which knew little to nothing about the incident. The first clean was better than the 2nd cleaning which I specified I needed DETAIL in dusting. There was dust left on a lot of places and clumps of dog hair left on the floor. I called and they sent one of the ladies back to re-do the job but still left the bedroom un-dusted completely. I don’t recommend them for the price and quality of a “detailed” clean. I texted the office back to let them know I was very dissatisfied with the service and she refunded me $20 for the figurine and nothing more was offered for my dissatisfaction. I feel VERY taken advantage of by this company.Services: Cleaning, Deep clean
