The groomers were amazing, super pet friendly. I was very nervous to leave my puppy but they were very welcoming and reassured they will not push him. After we picked him up they told us tricks to get him ready for his next appointment, because he was scared of the nail trimmer and hair clipper.

Listened to the exact cut I wanted for Sir Rusty. Made sure he was fed and watered. Did exactly what I wanted so my little furry friend stopped looking like a wookie and now looks like a handsome little fella!

I don't think they should ask customers for a tip. The customer should give the tip based on the work done and only if they want to. Also the treat given to the pet should be based on the size of the pet. Overall they did a good job however based on the time of year and the weather I think they took a little too much fur off.

I have to drive 40 mins in town to get my dogs groomed. Made an appointment, showed up on time. My dog gets car sick so I gave her a calming treat. They wouldn’t take her and said it was Petco policy. Called Petco and they said it was up to the groomer. Straight lied to me. Will not be returning. Beware. Also I have been bringing my dog there for a year. So they knew me.

Crystal is absolutely amazing. She listens to any request I have and does an amazing job. I have a Pomeranian/ Shadow that I like to keep fluffy and she’s never cut too much and only does a sanitary like I ask. She also remembers I like to keep his grinch feet as most places have cut them off 😩 Shadow was also a rescue and is super nervous but she is super patient and gentle with him. He even gets a super cute tie after his cut 😉 Ask for Crystal guys, she’s awesome.

staff was friendly and helpful. they were very patient with our dog as she was not to sure of going with total strangers. She got washed, groomed, and nails done. Staff gave sheets with prices of other packages and explained ones that would benefit us the most.

This company is highly unprofessional in every shape and form. It appears to me that the employees need to find a different career route because if you can’t properly groom and can’t properly ensure a dog has available drinking water at all times then something is wrong. And no, a hamster water bottle is NOT sufficient for a dog — they aren’t even sufficient for a hamster. Save yourself and your dog the stress and avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth it.

Crystal is amazing with my fur babies Changmi and Toki! I know they can be crazy due to their anxiousness. However, she always seems to find a way to love on them and get the job done. She is prompt, polite and always professional! Great asset to the Petco team!

First time taking my dog here. Did not realize or was told that bath and haircut for a small dog can take 3 to 4 hours. Set the appointment first thing in the morning assuming they'd be done before I had to work mid-afternoon. Was almost late to work because the haircut wasnt done yet for a 12lb dog. Why does it take 3 or 4 hours for a bath and cut for a dog?? If you require appointments, then set a reasonable time to finish that appointment.

I walked in at 1:10pm for a 1:30pm appointment. They said the appointment was at 1 pm. By the time they acknowledged my presence, it was 1:25pm and they refused service saying they were a groomer down. Both groomers were rude and abrupt and having just moved here, I will not be back.
