I wanted to thank Dr.Andrews for taking such good care of my cat Simon. He was the animal love of my life. The heart condition that he was born with finally took him across the Rainbow Bridge. He was 13. Thank you Dr. Andrews for being so kind and gentle with him. Your wisdom, knowledge and experience helped me to have him a little longer.

Colbert Animal Hospital is absolutely wonderful! Every staff member genuinely cares about the animals taken care of whether it’s for boarding, an annual check of anything else. Most recently my dog had a run in with another and sustained a cut above his eye that I was extremely worried about. Colbert Animal Hospital let me come in right away after calling without an appointment and the doctor saw Finn in a matter of minutes. I’m so thankful for everyone at Colbert. My fur baby definitely agrees too!

Had pretty good experiences with this office. That was until I took my dog in for a procedure in which I signed a surgery authorization form indicating with checkboxes preprinted on the form that they must call me in the event of: 1) costs exceeding a certain amount; and 2) further surgical actions beyond what I originally brought my dog in for. I got zero phone calls until the procedure was done. Then when I go to pick up, the charge is almost double what I authorized on the form, along with additional non-life threatening actions done to my dog in which I did not receive a call about to pre-approve. Although I signed this legally binding form created by the office itself, it was completely ignored. When I brought up the fact that I signed a form, they found it buried under some other papers and the response was simply "oops." When a contractual obligation is completely ignored I expect it to be honored.

As a pet owner, you always want to find a vet clinic that will take care of your fur baby with the same love that you have for them. Look no further than the Colbert Animal Hospital! They have treated my little sweet kitten as if she were their own and monitored her progress through some difficult digestive issues she had. They always made sure she was safe and comfortable and provided quality care in every aspect. I wouldn’t trust my pet to anyone but the incredible staff here.

I spent a little time here and found it to be an excellent place to bring your animals. The lockdown has made it difficult for businesses like this but here they have adjusted and things seem to work well. Great people, great atmosphere, it's all about the animals.

Colbert Animal Hospital, and especially Dr. Gloria, have heart. She rescues dogs and cats from “kill shelters” and I’m so glad because that’s how I found my sweet little Tailor. He’s the best dog I’ve ever had! Gloria always spends whatever time I need to talk to her. She, and all her staff, are very compassionate. Thank you Gloria!

Doctor Gloria and staff care deeply about the animals they see. Gloria has been helping me with my very advanced aged black lab. He has a bit of a fear of vet offices however he does very well with Gloria. She is a huge blessing to the animal world!

Our Doc and her wonderful staff work so hard for both familied pets and those that are brought to her that have been abandoned or left at shelters. She is loving, kind, sweet and understand and her medical services are exemplary. We have 4 dogs that see her regularly and she has been wonderful to us. We are relocating away from the area and we will miss her and her wonderful staff so much.

This is one vet they can actually get stuff done. Dr Andrews herself gets a 5 star rating and has always given me her 100% and impresses me with her skill. There has been a couple of times the person answering the phone didn’t triage very well or even ask what was wrong with my pet before trying to get me to come in another day. Overall I’m very happy being able to take my pets here.

My family and I've used Dr. Andrews since I was a little girl. She truly cares for your animals and wants to do what is best. She goes far and beyond what is required even if that means responding to questions via texts. She is as honest as they come as she will not order any unneeded tests or procedures to just increase the bill like I've heard some doctors/vets do. Can't do any better than Colbert Animal Hospital and Dr. Andrews!

My experience was great, they removed a tumor from our Meeka, they worked us in very quickly and everything went well, our dog pulled her stitches out and reopened the incision. I called and Caleb said to bring her right in . They have taken great care of our precious pup.

Dr. Andrews is the best. She has been and always will be our dog’s vet. She’s caring, patient, gentile. Remember to bring supplies for the rescue she runs on the side. I always forget to do so when we go in for our annual visit, so I hope this helps someone remember.

I love Colbert Animal Hospital. Doc Gloria, as I call her, has always been so good to my dogs.She loves them as much as I do. The staff are professional and care for the animals as much as Doc Gloria.

The entire staff came together to save our poor little kitty that had been attacked and wouldn't eat and we thought she was dying. However, under the competent care provided by Dr. Andrews she is doing so much better even though she had to have her tail amputated. Too me, her healing was sort of a miracle because she was so sick. Shout out to Megan who was constantly calling and giving us updates on our cat and always invited us to come visit our cat while she was staying at the doctor's office. I know i will not take any of my animals to another vet, Dr. Andrews rules.

I am new to the area, and had an emergency with my dog. She had snagged herself on a piece of medal from our camper. The cut was pretty bad, so I called the nearby vets. The first vet I spoke with told me they were closing for lunch soon so to take her somewhere else. The second vet I called, didn’t answer. This was the third vet I called. I explained my situation, and Caleb said “I will prep the staff, see you soon.” It was refreshing to hear that someone could help. My husband and I got there as quickly as we could. I walked in, explained who I was, and they took my dog right back for stitches and staples. They were quick, sweet, and so helpful! I am so thankful for Colbert Animal Hospital and their staff!

This is a real vet. Gloria and her staff care sooo much for you and your animal. Prices are competitive. Last minute appointments and emergency services are excellent. This is a vet you will have a lifelong relationship with. I drive an hour and a half to continue bringing my animals to her. She also runs a very successful animal rescue. So if you want to adopt, this is the place.

Love this place! I've had all my animals neutered there. As a first time person dropping off their animals and seeing how scared the were I was truly worried about them. But they took amazing care of my animals and they healed super quick! If your in the area I recommend this place.

I rescued my English Setter from this hospital almost 5 years ago, and I couldn't have hoped for a better companion. I have brought him back several times for shots and boarding, and the service has always been excellent. It is a small hospital so keep that in mind and schedule in advance when you can, but I highly recommend it.

Probably the best place to take your animal!! Great vet and staff and also very friendly. My boyfriend and I took our cat miko to the animal hospital in Athens and wasn't helped much at all even after spending $200 we thought there was no hope for him he wasn't eating or drinking or do anything really. Then we hear about this place and decided to try it out and was very impressed. Didn't take long and she already knew what to do to fix our little kitty and make him fee better and with half the money we gave the animal hospital in Athens. She was so great with him and gentle and just a great person to deal with. I will be going to her from now on with all of Mikos needs. I highly recommend this vet for anyone, great staff and great prices.😁😁

I don't know where to start. I adopted a dog in spring of 2006 from this organization. He was about 50 lbs then, now over 13 years later he is over 75 lbs and showing his age. He has health issues but, I remember the energy and happiness of his youth. His name is Rio and we have lived many places. He has roamed the beaches of Virginia and has had great yards to play in and in his golden years he is happy relaxing here in Florida. We are both in our retirement years and even though his black face has gone gray and his eyes have lost there sparkle, he is still happy and loving and has been one of my best friends for years.
