My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at the hotdog stand. I didn't know they do not accept debit/cdmredit cards, and had no cash on me. The lady running the stand that day gave us a hotdogs to try. While she did not have to do this, it meant a lot to me.Thank you. How refreshing! Great hot dogs and fixins, also sandwiches. My son had a corned beef and cheese and a hot dog. He wished he had 2 sandwiches and a dog. He said he was going to stop there from now on when he's in the area. Prices were SO reasonable. I felt like I had stepped back in time 40 yrs ago. They were so nice too! A definite place we will return to. Thanks Ladies!

It don't get much simpler than this. Great dogs!!! The chili has beans (which I am not a fan of) but they added a unique flavor to the dogs. Add a choice of chips and a drink.

My first time there. The people were so nice. The place is really cool, it just feels like a hot dog joint.Boiled dogs and toasted buns, I didn't really get any flavor from the chili, but that's not exactly a bad thing. I'll be back to give them a second try. In the meantime, y'all drop by and enjoy a dog

Billy Meadow's is the king of hot dogs, and a Madison County fixture. I didn't grow up in the county, but we've been going ever since my kids were little. Food has always been good, and the staff is amazing.

Best hotdogs in the county! Awesome corned beef sandwich too. Walk in, order, grab some chips and a drink, and sit down and wait just a minute and they bring your order out to you. They are cash only, but they have an ATM in the restaurant. This place is a local hotspot, and the food is absolutely delicious!

It is unique. Very small, homey. Mostly hot dogs. I had toasted chicken salad sandwich. It was good. Offer chips, cold drinks. Friendly service. Picnic table seats.

I remember when Bill Meadows was in the small brick building in downtown Colbert. I still remember the first time my father bought me a hotdog and out came this flat squished toasted thing that I didn't recognize. Hotdogs seemed to taste better back then. Always glad to stop by and support local businesses and to remember how much I was loved growing up.

As a child mr. Meadows would watch me in my brothers and sisters coming in put us on the stools in front of the counter give us each a hot dog then come outside and watch us walk all the way home make sure we made it safely those were the best hot dogs I've ever had my life back then and they still are you can never go wrong eating here perfect atmosphere perfect food God bless Meadows

Simple and neat. I have been here a few times after a friend referred me. I have not been disappointed. Great fast service in a casual atmosphere. The only confusing part is ordering: You place the order and grab chips & drinks on your own, then pay at the register when you are done.

Still the best dogs Inside & Outside Madison County. Colbert is so fortunate to have this secret gem! Serving the best chili/cheese/slaw dogs around. Also Chicken/ham/pimento cheese Grilled sandwiches. You have to try this out!!

Been going here since I got my license 17 years ago.. Its always a nice (naturally) simple meal with fantastic service. Now my kids go to school right down the street so I get to stop in occasionally before picking them up!
