I love this lil spot. It's right next to the hotel I always stay at when I come to visit Helen. The people are so friendly . I spend more time talking with them than looking for what I came in for!!!! And they definitely make great recommendations. On what to mix with what. Got these tonight.

On the way to visit family in Franklin, we stopped at this liquor store. Very cool...Great selection for location and size if store. Ended up getting some great advice on a few selections.. We'll be visiting again. Keep in mind ..if you are just looking for beer, the Ingles store up the road has a bigger selection... but if you are looking for the basic beer selection and some hard drink options...You won't be disappointed.

Very good customer service. Charges a little less than some places. The drive-through makes for an easy stop without having to go inside. Staff is very personable, proficient, and know exactly what they have in stock. These employees work hard. I have never had to wait long in the drive-through and have only ever had 1 car ahead of me.

Hands down the best in service! Amy and Debbie are always making suggestions that never steer me wrong. Super friendly, always cheerful and having fun. They really seem to enjoy their job. You can buy spirits anywhere, but the service is what makes Smitty's my favorite!

Choices are pretty good it’s a small space and they do have a drive through for those who want less contact. I find it to be a bit pricy though, but I think that is universal up here as we locals have to pay for the the tourist rate.

Went there a couple of weeks ago and the lady that waiting on me in the drive through said the guy inside told me I needed to move on. I just ignored the comment and got my liquor. Then the low life redneck that was inside that originated the comment walked in front of my vehicle looking at me an laughing as if his pea brain had accomplished something good. I will never go back to this place. There's another liquor store about a 1/2 mile north of this dump and another one on the state line and both of those places treat me very well are are nice. Never again Smitty's with your low life's hanging around!

Has a drive-thru at this liquor store. Very convenient if you're stopping in 4 Liquors juices sodas. The prices are high on the juices and sodas, but they have everything you could need. That is where we get our cooking wine. The drive-thru is the reason I go to this store.

Smitty's Spirits has a large variety and the staff was helpful. The layout was slightly confusing but it seems they have lots of product to display so it's understandable. Definitely a place to check for niche items.

I came in here just to venture around. For a small store they stock it well! Varietys of high proof liquor at the entrance. They have Irish whiskeys i have never seen. This store does have some nice allocated bottles as well so if you are bourbon hunting id give them a visit. The two ladies that worked there were very very sweet and helpful. My gf and i loved their store. Plenty of shots and they even stocked pints of macallan which I havent seen in a while. I found some white dog buffalo trace product and was so happy when i found it. Finally i can something different! Im glad this small town has a lot to offer. For those who are traveling through stop by and give them a visit. You can find some real good stuff here!

Very helpful staff without being pushy. Ended up trying something new and loving it. Open late and they have a drive thru. Clean and well-stocked. Also have any mixer you need along with wine, liquor and cold beer.

Best Salted Caramel Whiskey amongst other flavors. I'm from Canada and I'm wanting more of it but can't get it here. Plus friendly staff and knowledgeable about the products.

Pulled up to drive thru, placed order, waited for cashier to return only to have someone else come to the window and start screaming, you gotta go somewhere else or I'm going to have you arrested! I have never been there before but you can bet I will never go back either!
