Just moved to Clayton G.A. Everyone we have encountered has been wonderful. Every shop is gracious, every restaurant has had great service. Then we stopped at the Dairy Queen. The photos say it all. Every table we can view is dirty. French fries on the floor. Smeared chocolate on the counter. Meanwhile the 2 employees in the photo are sitting on their collective a**es doing absolutely nothing. The only time they get up is after a customer comes in and waits at the counter. I once heard the saying and it applies here ….. YOU GOT TIME TO LEAN YOU GOT TIME TO CLEAN! We will likely come again but these employees need to go. I’m sure the owner of this Dairy Queen would be appalled.

I can't believe dairy Queen will allow them to be open. I got chicken strips six piece and only 3 were edible. Also a popcorn shrimp basket and the shrimp smelled so bad I dumped it out and wouldn't even let it ride home with me to S.C. I don't know about their ice cream but from the looks inside it may be as deadly as those shrimp. I'm not over exaggerating. Don't take your family here

We stopped by on our way to go tubing, and what a throwback. Always love going to DQ and getting those childhood flashbacks. After seeing some other comments, on our visit, the place was clean and the food was what you would expect from a dairy queen. I think we had the chance to meet the owner, she was super kind, got the food out to our table quickly and as things were ready considering there were 10 in our group. Overall, great customer service and ab easy quick bite on the road.

I can use only 4 words: The best Oreo Blizzards.But you also need to know that the staff is always friendly- and they will get your order out fast. It brings back high school memories of the Dairy Queen in my hometown.It’s always a fun treat to get an Oreo Blizzard.

None of the DQ's, including this one, put enough blizzard flavorings in them. I had some Oreo's in the top 1/3 of my treat and 2/3's of it had only 2 small pieces of Oreo's. I'm not purchasing anymore of their treats as the prices are high and you don't get what you pay for.Wheelchair accessibility: NOT wheelchair accessible.

Filthy! The walls, the floors, the tables, the counter tops, the employee uniforms and the equipment. The photo is the moldy, sticky, dirty sweet tea pitcher by the dirty drink fountain.The menu sign is broken and falling apart.The one star is for the friendly employees. How has the health dept not shut this place down?!

It's unimaginable that Dairy Queen isn't open after 7PM on a Saturday night during Spring time, but I can imagine it now. How does a major company like this allow this to happen? How can you close your doors so early??? We attempted to get desert after eating dinner at a local restaurant. Many people haven't even had their dinner yet. Dairy Queen's hours of operation are totally unacceptable!!! If you can't be open during prime times that customers want you to be open, then I suggest go out of business forever!!!

Ate lunch on the way home to Alabama. Service was 8 out of 10, the young man running the register was great but he could have used some help. The food was 9 out of 10. Burgers tasted great and I always like DQs fries. It's a little pricey is the only downer about this visit.

Food was great & service was even better. Some things on the menu are a little pricey for what you get... but that's pretty much anywhere you go now. Overall great experience! Will definitely be back!

Really good service! Just came in before they closed and they still were able to give me great service and just what I needed. It's good to see nice comments but as for those negative ones, I would have to question who would be willing to say such rude things and fat shaming their employees? Dairy queen is a fast food restaurant which, I know from personal experience, is not an easy job. I'm sure these employees face a lot of complaints and curses so if you are thinking that targeting the employees is some achievement, please kindly think again.

I was going to visit the Clayton DQ tonight. The hours of business advised that closing was at 7 pm. I got there about 20 minutes before closing and found the front door locked. Patrons which were still inside the store advised me, through the door, that the employees wanted to close early. Frustrating! Change your hours to close earlier but stay open until the published time. Bad business practice.

We love coming to this Dairy queen!! It's been a stop for us for 16 years! The service is always good. The food is great. The ice cream is bomb! There is a tree outback my kids have grown up climbing!

I think I just had the worst blizzard of my life here. Please don't sell me ice cream if the maker isn't working right. My blizzard ended up being mostly liquid and it was only 3/4 full. They didn't flip it when it was handed to me. When I asked for it to be flipped, the teenager got the manager who rolled her eyes at me and flipped the cup with it almost spilling out. I didn't order a milkshake!

We ordered a chicken sandwich, cheeseburger and chili dog as well as a plain vanilla shake and a cookie dough blizzard. All the food tasted good but we were not given any utensils and were being rushed out of there due to them closing at an early hour of 9pm. This is odd due to their location on a well traveled highway. We were allowed to eat our food outside in their picnic area. They did have an open dining room.

I'm known as banana cheesecake cuz its 1 of my favorite things in the world so I visit almost daily and they make me feel like part of the family. The younger kids you have are great and many I would consider a friend now. I'd almost just come volunteer work to just get to know everyone there. Everything I order is complicated and spliced togeather menu items that aren't easy to input into the system and yet they always make it happen exactly as picky and difficult as I ordered it. Great bunch up there. The ice-cream speaks for its self. There can be a line out the door and at its busiest and I've never went over 10 min from parking to food in my hand tops until

The chicken was very good, nice, and hot, just the way it should be. The gravy on the other hand was quite lumpy and seemed to have been from the day before. Also I had never seen a Dairy Queen location that had employees not wearing uniforms or company shirts. But nonetheless I was satisfied with our service, and food quality.

Always have loved the DQ this was a super nice place very clean and very friendly staff !! The chicken tender basket with gravy hit the spot and it even came with a hot fudge Sunday yum yum!! I enjoyed having lunch with my son !! Perfect time perfect food perfect ice cream treat ! Stop and get you some !!

Horrible soft serve. It was not ice cream. It was ice milk. We have gone there for years on our way to Franklin but will not go back. Blizzards we’re not good due to poor ice cream quality
