Please be aware when you make a mobile order at this location and it's the facility. I placed an order at this location (I do not live near this location) by mistake. I called to let them know that information and to get a refund and was told by the person that answered the phone(name unknown) that once they make the food they do no give refunds and I let her know that I do not stay in Claxton to pick up the food and she told me "she wasn't the one who placed the order at the wrong location and that it was the owners policy to not give refunds." I asked how can you make an order for someone who doesn't live near that location and then charge them for food they can not pick up? She said it was the owner's policy and I asked who can I contact to get a refund she said "honestly, it is an independently own restaurant" so If you choose this facility by mistake on a mobile order and want to cancel they will not refund you. I contacted Corporate to let them know the situation and they forwarded my information to someone in their department as well as to the franchise owner. (will update if I receive a refund)

First off, we walk in and the coldness hits us like a freight train. We tell them our order and go to sit down. I literally broke my butt sitting down. We get our food and start to eat. I pick up a chicken strip and there was a hair on my chicken. Two minutes later, there was a spider on my table. So we just left and ate in the car. But. Food was amazing. Keep up the good work.

Stopped in for some Blizzards today. The signage in the building is advertising the new smores blizzard served upside down. The employees are wearing shirts actually stating they flip the blizzards. Yet when I get my blizzards they are NOT flipped. And when I called the server out on it. I was told this store does not participate in that promotion. Yet all the signage and shirts state otherwise. Seems like they only "Don't participate " is when they get called out on it.

I have gone out of my way to this location because it is open later than another DQ closer to me. I usually take my dog and everyone gets a nice treat. The fact that "pup cups" are a thing at DQ keeps me coming back. Tonight when we received the "pup cup," it was a bite of ice cream out of a tiny cup that is usually used for sauces, roughly 1 oz. It was disappointing to say the least. I couldn't even share my ice cream with my dog because it had chocolate. I am disappointed because I've been doing this for years with consistency at Dairy Queens across the US and this is the first time where my dog got about 1/8 of what she usually gets. I realize this is free and I shouldn't complain, but this makes me want to consider other ice cream places if DQ is changing their pup cups so my whole family can enjoy.Service was fine (it's slow but it's always pretty slow) and the rest of the ice cream was fine.

Fast , friendly service, a clean and well maintained restaurant . I ordered the chicken strip basket with fries and gravy . Everything was cooked perfectly , and the gravy was very good.

Drive through service was fast and friendly. The drive through was extremely busy but I still got through very quickly. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and I received my at the window as soon as I pulled up hot and complete. I rarely have complaints with service at this location. Still a happy customer 😊

Drink machine is out of order, fries, toast, chicken tenders are all old and cold. My family and I used to like this place but it has definately falling off, I dont even think we will get ice cream. Ooh and they put signs on the door asking for patience that they are short staffed lol I count 6 people working and we are the only customers.

Horrible customer service. Simply asked for fresh food because mine was given to me cold and the manager began to cuss, scream, slam the window in my face, and threaten to call the sheriff. However, the young lady at the window was polite. 1/10 would not recommend

The staff this evening we're amazing. I stopped by for a cake. 1st employee was unsure of how to answer my questions. Immediately got another staff member. Very helpful and patient young lady. While I was waiting for the name to be put on another young lady made sure I was taken care of. Very attentive staff, curtious! Excellent job.

I ordered off the 2 for 4 menu, 2 chili dogs with mustard and onions and a large cold drink.They charged me $3.19 for each dog , no mustard and no onions and a small dollop of chili in the middle of each dog.Now I know that the standard answer here is, oh we are sorry for your experience, we listen to our customers, please give us another chance.I just don't know why one would.

Kinda disappointed when I come an hour before close and the foods warm not hot fry’s aren’t worth a dam and there out of gravy but in reality they aren’t . Come here for my cheat meals once a week it’s 14-16 bucks for a combo this shouldn’t be happening

We are in town visiting family and the young man in the drive thru was the most courteous drive thru attendant we have heard.Very polite and patient. We don't have people like that where we're from. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in town.

Ice cream cones supposed to have been a large but appeared to a medium. Sometimes it large and some times not. It also appeared too soft falling over.

The girl Amy here is giving time limits on how long you can sit at this place. It shouldn't matter how much I spend here eating I should be able to sit as long as I want here to eat if I'm a customer. Also after she said I can't be there and a paying customer she goes and gets on to an employee that knows me there even though I don't talk or bother that employee while I'm there

The lady in drive thru took our order and told us the price which was 26 when we get to the window she had to ask us again what we had and we told her and then she told us another price which was 30. We ask her to repeat it back and she was charging us for 2 large drinks instead of one and then the price still wasn’t adding up it was 29 dollars so when we get the receipt we look at it and the lady charge us two times on something we didn’t order and it was a brown with Oreo cupfection, not only that she got one of the burgers wrong and the fries was cold they’ve been sitting at the window for so long for her to TRY to get the order right, which she failed and didn’t get it right, very disappointing, this is the only Dairy Queen that I know of so far that can’t get a order right
